I became a customer in 08. I've always had a pleasant experience from the sales and finance crew, and until my last visit, the service crew. I took my new car in to have the electronic door locks repaired and was told it would be done under warranty. All was well until the DAY AFTER i picked my vehicle up. I received a call from JR, my service rep telling me there had been a mistake, my car was not under warranty and I owed them an additional $281.00!!! Bewildered, i returned and asked to speak to Jim Crews the service manager, (receipt in hand stating "paid in full"). After a heated conversation they got $281 and lost a customer for life. Overall i feel fortunate it only cost $281 to find out their word, and apparently their paper, is worthless.
