It started with Don Vash, very professional courteous and all around great guy. I made my appointment to see a car that they had on sale. When I got there Don had the car already pulled up and ready for a test drive. I had already test drive one at Midtown Kia and started the negotiation and the salesman got the owner and he proceeded to tell me how he loses money anytime he sells one of these very discounted cars, anyway we agreed on the price and I told them that it needs to be good because I have great credit. The sales person came back and said I have good news we got you 4.99%, I told him that they did this the last time and I walked out. As I am driving away they come running after me, blowing up my phone to let me know they found a better intrest rate. This was on a Saturday and I was going away for the weekend.
I decided to check out Furgeson Kia and boy am I glad I did. Very professional and courteous all the way around, no high pressure sales tactics. Straight foward no games. The price for the same car beat Midtown Kia by $1000 it was not a demo and had a full warranty not like what they told me at Midtown about Furgeson. They smashed the 4.99% intrest rate and the 3.99% I was told at Midtown. How about 3.23% at Ferguson, they went to work for me! Courtnei in finance was awesome and very knowledgable, a pure pleasure to work with.I highly reccomend Furgeson Kia and will never purchase another car from Midtown Kia!
