Quite honestly, my sales experience with Billy was one of the most honest exchanges I've had in making a major purchase. I feel very secure in his recommendations/guidance, and I cannot boast about his customer service highly enough. I was not thinking I'd make a purchase today...and I am very happy with the one that I made. This was a terrific experience from start to finish, and I will be recommending this dealer to others.

Bought a Fusion wednseday night with a PAL draft f...

Bought a Fusion wednseday night with a PAL draft from an out of state bank. Dealer said Friday or Saturday at the latest we would be able to drive it home. Throughout the day I as the customer had to keep calling the finance manager of this purchase , Darryl, for updates and he said Saturday it will be there. Which made no sense as every time I've used this PAL method, the dealer paid for overnight shipping meaning we would be out of there Friday morning as they would aid the customer.
So I called the bank to see where the hold up was... and found out Darryl failed to mention that he DECLINED over nighting it after they asked him and that I or the dealer would have to pay the fee to do so. He told me that "it is up to the bank how they are going to send it" so him declining and choosing regular mail so the dealer wouldn't have to pay for the check to get here (since the loan confirmation isn't enough for the dude to let us go ahead and take ethe car).... the check would get here after the holidays due to the slow mailing system with covid and the holidays.
I being on leave and having to prepare for deploying in January have appointments next week in Fort sill Oklahoma to enroll our new son in tricare before I leave. I made this know while purchasing the vehicle. Even requested a spare key that they REFUSE to include in the deal. And EVERY vehicle I've bought from a dealer (total of 6) they would always give a spare key or have one made for it.
So I paid the fee to over night it myself, I'm sorry to write such a long review but this has been the worst car buying experience I've ever had. I've never had a finance officer in the dealership bold face lie to me like that and I would never recommend ANYONE to this place. They DO NOT care about the customer and their needs all they care is that they get their money. I really wish I could contact a manager to go further in detail about this. The longer it is being drug out it is making me second guess doing business here and canceling the transaction with fear the car is just as poor as the service this company is providing.

UPDATE- Manager contacted me today after publishing this and we got the car today. Along with a spare key. Therefore ima change the review from 1 to 4 stars as they at least made it right. Just if you go in here and you have a guy named Darryl pay attention! You'll thank me later.

Car has been great so far and my wife is very satisfied.

I have been buying from the Ferguson Store since 1989. My 2009 1/2 T 4WD Z71 was the 12th New purchase and I have bought 3 or 4 used auto's, oh and a 2012 Terrain Great family, great product, great experiance; besides that their new remodled store is very professional.
Between the wife and I, we have driven in excess of a million miles since 1989 and we can count the warranty claims on one hand. Thank You Ferguson Family for your customer loyalty in sales, service and great reliable transportation and Thank You GM for your great quality products.

Sadly, you just can't trust a thing they say. I got a letter about 3 months ago about an airbag recall and I needed to bring my Outback in for a new airbag. While claiming the threat was potentially deadly, the earliest appointment was 2 1/2 months away. So I arranged over 2.5 months ago for this appointment, and the promise a loaner vehicle would be given to me for the day they needed my car. I made my appointments with that promised loaner vehicle in mind. Seven email and text reminders of my appointment, so I know I did not show up unannounced. Yet they had no loaner cars available. They blamed their customers, saying the cars they had loaned out had yet to be returned and many were several days overdue. Blaming your customers because you don't have the equipment you promised? Hmmm. I had appointments scheduled all over the city for today. I showed up early at Ferguson so I could get my loaner car and make my 9am appointment. Not gonna happen due to poor management and planning at Ferguson. After being told the airbag swap-out would take 3.5 hours, the manager told me he'd get mine done and have me back on the road "In 35-40 minutes, tops".. He said those exact words three times. "35 -40 minutes, tops". So I rescheduled my 9am appointment and did not change my 10 am appointment. Alas, it was over an hour before I was back in my car, so I was late to my 10am appointment, making me look unprofessional. Since they did the 3.5 hour repair job in one hour and made me sign a release, I sure hope they did the repair properly. After reminding me 7 times to not forget my appointment, they forgot to have a loaner car for me. They then blamed their customers for their lack of planning and resource management. Then they rushed through a critical, life-threatening repair job and still missed the timeline they set out. Sadly, the folks at Ferguson just can't be trusted. And they blame us, the customers, for their failures. Shameful.

I located a hard-to-find used Subaru Ascent on Ferguson s website and called to ask about it. I spoke with Chester and he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He was able to answer all of my questions and made me feel very comfortable purchasing a vehicle, sight unseen, for the first time. I drove down today to pick up the Ascent and it was clean and ready to go. Chester walked me through all of the features and the paperwork was easy and quick. I was out in less than two hours. Worth the drive down from Kansas. Thanks Chester and Ferguson!!

Great experience buying our Sorento at Ferguson. No pressure no hassle no gimmicks dealership. We were very lucky to get Don Vash as our salesman. He was very helpful. No pressure. Not annoying and genuine salesman. Car salesmen like Don are hard to find. We recommend Don Vash and Ferguson Kia to anyone that hate the typical car dealership experience. Prices posted here are what you pay. Not like other dealerships where they put every rebate available just to get you in the door to find out you don t qualify for half of them. We really appreciate how we were treated. Highly recommend!!

I stopped by Ferguson in Broken Arrow to look at a used truck I ended up looking at a new truck and Kaveh Adib was my salesman he treated me right I feel like he was straight up and honest with me about everything and helped me get the deal I was looking for and even though he is not the top salesman at the car lot he will go the distance for you to make sure you're happy and to make sure you feel like you got a good deal so my recommendation is if you're reading this and thinking of buying something go in there and ask for him and let's try and make him the top salesman and tell him I sent you....thanks again Kaveh

Paid cash for a used vehicle, service was okay but I could tell since I was paying cash not financing (they make more money when your finance) I wasn't a priority customer. When I picked up the vehicle it was not detailed, nor did they offer to clean it. I've had the vehicle two weeks and the change oil light has come one. This car was on their lot over 30 days, at the very least the oil should have been changed.

Called about a hyper blue edition brz they had on ...

Called about a hyper blue edition brz they had on their lot and spoke with Rex. The car was a certified 2016 and had a great carfax so I trusted the car was in excellent condition and Rex confirmed it was basically "a new car". I live in Dallas so I negotiated over the phone and we quickly came to an agreement on the price. After we agreed on a price, Rex went and checked on the car and the A/C was mysteriously not working (on a car with 5k miles, and one that just received a "certified inspection".) I was a little irritated but told him that would put a delay on when I could pick it up and I would be by the following weekend to pick it up. Fast forward to Friday night when I arrive after a four hour road trip. Go to look at the car, it has about an 8" scratch across the back end that Rex says, "Oh, that's the first I've noticed that." BS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! On a car that is x/500 and a paint color that is extremely bright, it's impossible not to notice. Obviously upset, I take the car for a test drive to figure out how I want to negotiate this. I speak with the sales manager and tell him since it's a rare car/color, I want to take it to my local Subaru collision center in Dallas and have them fix it. Whatever the invoice is, I wanted the dealer to pay. His best offer was $500 for the issues which everyone knows will go nowhere at a body shop. I told them no and the deal fell apart. 8 hour total road trip without a car because the salesman did not disclose paint issues on a car that is a special edition paint color. Absolute amateur hour...

He didn t show us stuff we couldn t afford and never once pressured us to purchase. That was also our experience with every Ferguson employee we came into contact with. Wonderful experience and I would highly recommend Jermane and Ferguson Subaru.

He was very knowledgeable, answered all of my questions, and made sure the process was seamless. I m bringing my spouse back to work with him in a couple weeks to buy her new Subaru.
