Worse customer service ever!! I came to pick up my car and they told me to wait. I ve been sitting here for about 20 minutes and they haven t help me. There are about four employees feeling paper work and none of them have offered me help.

I have been a customer at Felix for about 2 years now, and I must say, they are by far the best dealership I have dealt with, and I've had several cars from different dealerships.
Ernesto Ortega is super helpful and cool. He never fails to make me a happy customer. :)

Online they have Service hours until 7pm, and they close at 9pm. I wanted an appointment for an oil change at 430, they told me that would not be possible because the Mechanics go home at 5pm. When I asked about the 7pm closing time for service, I was told that was when they closed completely, so I asked about the 9 pm closing time, and I was told that he didn't know anything about that.

I guess I am going somewhere else!

My husband called Felix Chevrolet because my 2018 Chevrolet Equinox broke down on the 5 Freeway and they didn t want to help with the warranty. We purchased that car with them new and since the beginning it would give us problems. We would always take it to the shop and they would say it was nothing. Anyways, my husband did investigation and we still had warranty to fix it. He made a call to 3 Way Chevrolet of Bakersfield and they were really helpful. They got the warranty to cover for it and got us a rental. They are currently fixing our Equinox and I couldn t have been any happier with their service! I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT!! Recommend Felix of Chevrolet. Their service is horrible!! I would highly recommend if you are looking to buy a car, to drive a little more and 3 Way Chevrolet will definitely help you get into the car you like not one that they want to put you into like Felix Chevrolet. I m so grateful with 3 Way Chevrolet of Bakersfield that they are fixing the problem. So Please Please listen to not working and giving business to people that don t know what HELP means. If you are planning to get a car from this place make sure to check the car especially the tires, three months ago i got a nissan versa 2015 everything was fine until i realized that the one of the fron tires was low, took it to the gas station thinking it just needs air well to my surprise it has a damn crack on it, i am not an expert on tires but i dont think it wore out so quick!! I called the dealer they response my warranty doesn't cover that! Well how do you give someone a car with a tire that is about to pop disregarding safety and all!! Go to the big dealers they said, they will take care of you they said!! If there's a problem with the vehicle they will help you!! Sure!! INSPECT YOUR CARS FROM ROOF TO TIRE!!! Dont give people crack tires!! And do not believe the no credit no money down crap they will treat you according to your credit score!! Oh and they send you a coupon for an oil change which only works if you have a chevy if you dont you will be directed to a Nissa or whatever make your car happens to be which the other dealer will unwillingly honor!

I called Dee Dee the night we knew we needed a new car. It wasn't an option but a necessity as my husband's car broke down for the last time. She helped me peruse the website to find the car I was looking for. When I arrived at the dealership we took one test drive and I was SOLD! I didn't need to look at anything else because I already knew the sites full inventory. I had also filed out an application online which made the financing part a little faster. She brought cupcakes and coloring books for my kids to be entertained and was really patient with us. I'm extremely happy with my new Traverse! I'd definitely go back the next time we need a car.

Medium customer service. I like the online appt option and the courtesy shuttle to work when I dropped off my car. However, I waited 50 minutes for the shuttle and wasn't provided an explanation of services done on my car when I went to pickup. Be proactive and advocate for service and ask a lot of questions and you should be fine. Seem to have knowledge techs and loyal customers. I'll likely go back for battery related fixes for my Chevy volt.

(Parts depot) 20mins on hold to just ask about getting a spare remote key. No details on anything, just $120. I had to ask over and over how they programmed it and fit the key to MY car..."I don't know what you mean," "it's all one piece" and finally "let me transfer you to service to get the price to get it programmed." I didn't want to hold again.

Prices their cars 50% over market value, I looked at a 2017 Toyota Tacoma with 30,000 miles on priced at $38,000 despite that it had huge scratches on the back panels, tags were about to be expired, and the hood was filled with minor scratches. I wouldn't buy a car here, they don't care for the consumer as long they make their money. I don't understand why anyone would buy a truck here .... I'd go somewhere else .

Absolutely the most terrible experience! I wish I could give less than 1 star, 1 star is being generous. Worse customer service and terrible salespeople. They tried to make me sign papers to buy a car that I only wanted to test drive.. I specifically said that I'm looking to buy, but I want to test drive FIRST. the sales person was soooo arrogant in telling me I had to buy the car and said "that's how we do business here".. I was so shocked I left immediately

Worst experience ever here. Staff is not helpful at all. When you have questions in regards to your car after they've fixed it they don't really want anything to do with you. Had a recall on my car, took it in to get fixed and they never fully fixed it. If there are errors on your receipt they're too lazy to fix it (even something as simple as a name.) I don't recommend this place to anyone. It's worth the drive to another Chevy. Felix sucks! Never coming back with or without discounts.

Always try to replace hard to access parts with dealership replacements. Staff is prompt, courteous, and they have a great coffee/expresso machine. And if you're really nice you can retuen unopened parts.

I called on Saturday, July 25, 2020, for an appointment and was given one for Monday at 10:00 AM. I arrived at 9:50 AM. I wanted an oil change and Information about what would be necessary to get the touch screen in my car repaired or replaced. This took over 5 hours. The new service manager says that he gives first priority to white people and then to Mexican people. Blacks have to wait until they ( white and Mexican ) have been served and gone. Then blacks can get service. The mechanic work at this dealer is good. I have been a customer at this dealer since 2008 when they sold Cadillac automobiles. It was the closest GM dealer to my home. The waiting area is now outside by the door. I was waiting and I watched people (white & Mexican ) arrive 1 hour and 2 hours after me. I saw them wait an hour and get their vehicle back and go home. I later heard that he had told men to fix his car tomorrow. I didn t get an oil change until 1:30 PM after arriving at 9:50 AM for a 10:00 AM appointment. The work was done by the workers but the service time was lousy and not what I had been use to receiving at this dealership. So this was not a good experience.

I was not happy with the fact that the service department took one week to provide me with a lender car. When I asked why they don t have lender cars available they said they didn t have enough cars. Not acceptable. I had to pay for my own Uber to get to work. The staff didn t explain to me throughly what was wrong with my car. After a week they told me it was the accelerator pedal that needed to be replaced but was back ordered by GM for a 2016 Malibu. Called a couple other Chevy Service Departments (Simi Valley) they were so nice and went above and beyond to locate the part at a location in the Santa Monica but apparently the part needed to be purchased by Felix Chevrolet. Santa Monica had the part available but Felix Chevrolet refused to purchase the part from them. The manager couldn t give me a definite date of when the part would be available through GM. I was so annoyed with how staff handled this as I had to call in each time to get an update. Never going back to that location.

Shady people when they called my company that takes care of all issues with the car they tried quoting them different prices each call and did not notify them of the safety concerns on First Call on second call after notifying them of the safety concerns my provider was able to approve what was needed for the car but only after I push the issue with the Felix dealership I will never be back and I suggest other people if you want honest people don't go here
