I called on Saturday, July 25, 2020, for an appointment and was given one for Monday at 10:00 AM. I arrived at 9:50 AM. I wanted an oil change and Information about what would be necessary to get the touch screen in my car repaired or replaced. This took over 5 hours. The new service manager says that he gives first priority to white people and then to Mexican people. Blacks have to wait until they ( white and Mexican ) have been served and gone. Then blacks can get service. The mechanic work at this dealer is good. I have been a customer at this dealer since 2008 when they sold Cadillac automobiles. It was the closest GM dealer to my home. The waiting area is now outside by the door. I was waiting and I watched people (white & Mexican ) arrive 1 hour and 2 hours after me. I saw them wait an hour and get their vehicle back and go home. I later heard that he had told men to fix his car tomorrow. I didn t get an oil change until 1:30 PM after arriving at 9:50 AM for a 10:00 AM appointment. The work was done by the workers but the service time was lousy and not what I had been use to receiving at this dealership. So this was not a good experience.
