I was not happy with the fact that the service department took one week to provide me with a lender car. When I asked why they don t have lender cars available they said they didn t have enough cars. Not acceptable. I had to pay for my own Uber to get to work. The staff didn t explain to me throughly what was wrong with my car. After a week they told me it was the accelerator pedal that needed to be replaced but was back ordered by GM for a 2016 Malibu. Called a couple other Chevy Service Departments (Simi Valley) they were so nice and went above and beyond to locate the part at a location in the Santa Monica but apparently the part needed to be purchased by Felix Chevrolet. Santa Monica had the part available but Felix Chevrolet refused to purchase the part from them. The manager couldn t give me a definite date of when the part would be available through GM. I was so annoyed with how staff handled this as I had to call in each time to get an update. Never going back to that location.
