My husband called Felix Chevrolet because my 2018 Chevrolet Equinox broke down on the 5 Freeway and they didn t want to help with the warranty. We purchased that car with them new and since the beginning it would give us problems. We would always take it to the shop and they would say it was nothing. Anyways, my husband did investigation and we still had warranty to fix it. He made a call to 3 Way Chevrolet of Bakersfield and they were really helpful. They got the warranty to cover for it and got us a rental. They are currently fixing our Equinox and I couldn t have been any happier with their service! I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT!! Recommend Felix of Chevrolet. Their service is horrible!! I would highly recommend if you are looking to buy a car, to drive a little more and 3 Way Chevrolet will definitely help you get into the car you like not one that they want to put you into like Felix Chevrolet. I m so grateful with 3 Way Chevrolet of Bakersfield that they are fixing the problem. So Please Please listen to not working and giving business to people that don t know what HELP means.
