The Hotel is wonderful with impeccable service, but the prices are surreal, this turns out to be an insult. I've been to Five Star Hotels in Europe and by no means the prices were so abusive. A Simple Hamburger, bread, meat and cheese for $ 60.00. Mineral Water for R $ 13,00. All extremely expensive. A mixed hot room with the price of a meal with glass of wine in Italy, paying in Euro. The detail is when finished the water of 500 ml. they sold bottles of 250 ml water. for the same price. I complained and of course it did not help, I had to pay a lot for less.

Top hotel great rooms for events and a great restaurant

I was here just for a professional event. I do not know the accommodations.

All wonderful. The cleanliness of the room is impeccable, the cafe with plenty of variety of juices, breads, cakes and omelette and fresh tapioca.
Pool great. Anyway 5 star experience.

Gorgeus place, it has the barra Beach at front. Placed in a protected area.

Wonderful hotel, serves a top.vista breakfast overlooking the beach bar.

Brunch starts only at 1pm in the weekend. I was here at midday and they didn't let us sit at the restaurant for brunch...

Hotel spotless. High end infrastructure and great cuisine. In addition to providing an extremely comfortable bed with pampering for all guests. It is very worth knowing and enjoying each space of the Gran Hyatt Rio.

Great place for business events. Complete infrastructure with ample toilets and neither equipped. Support team neither trained nor helpful. Strategic location near the main access of the border of Barra da Tijuca. Secure parking.

The place is amazing and the service exceptional. Respect, dedication and warmth from the hotel staff is a very high point. Every little detail makes all the difference. Rooms with extreme comfort and always pleasant climate. Not to mention the different gastronomic options within the hotel itself. Well worth it.

Restaurant and hotel extremely cute and luxurious but the food left a bit to be desired, silly shrimp cake (little shrimp) and dry pks, and yummy but basic d + pro burger !! Flw

Excellent hotel, however access must be made by car.

I did the bridal day and the wedding night at the big Hyatt and loved every moment. The room was super comfy, very clean and the view was wonderful. I was super well attended by the hotel staff, all very professional and attentive. Loved the pool and SPA. I just have to thank for the care and attention I had in one of the most important moments of my life.
