I had the panzarotto. The trick is to ask them to cut it in half and wait 4 minutes before eating. Or you will burn your tongue. The bread is always fresher, but you have to wait 15 min. Would give 6 stars if they could make it in 14 min.

Had some pizza, I ate with the Creamy garlic sauce to be specific. I was outside eating my pizza on the go. Not the worst experience, frankly, it wasn t bad. Cheap price too!
Very slow service. I ordered by phone and was told it would take 20 minutes. I waited another 20 minutes in the store before the pizza was ready. No apology.
When I first came Toronto I heard about Pizzaville.. my first thought was.. I Need To Move There asap. What could be better than a while township dedicated to great pizza? Ive since discovered that its not a real city or a town.. but they still make good pizza and I eat there often. Thank you.
Staff can be quite rude. Once went in to get a slice for me boyfriend and the only two pieces in there had flies crawling around on them. When asked when a fresh pizza was coming out I was told there would not be till those two slices were gone. I didn't buy them as of all the flies on them. Not just one or two but multiple.
They also cover up the promotional sign deals as to charge more. Bad Pizzaville.
It's too bad as we are close by and other Pizzaville's are good.
Edit - I just read another review where the exact same thing happened here. At least it just wasn't me.
Don't eat the pizza slices. We just went in. Little flying bugs everywhere. Crawling all over the pizza slices. The worst part was the gentleman working, got up, heard what i said about the pizza and sat back down. I asked if he was going to get rid of it. He ignored me. Sat down with his friend and went back to his paper. This pizzaville should be investigated by the health department. My rating would be 0 stars if that was possible. Disgusting.
This is a much better option over PizzaPizza or domino's on the affordable pizza scale. The stone baked crust just makes it taste like a better pizza than the others.
Food came hot, and ten minutes early. Driver was friendly and went above and beyond finding my place (our apartment is kind of hidden, thanks)
Good portions, great toppings and excellent price.
Cheese bread and garlic bread knots are excellent. The mushrooms are cooked just the way we like, a little crispy. Pepperoni is different from the other pizza of this caliber (in a really good way)
Overall positive experience in every way. Will order again.
Complete waste of money. I could have shaved with the slices he gave me. Only two to choose from and I was there at dinner time 6ish. Obviously poor management because I'm a Pizzaville fan. Order it at home all the time. Next time I'm down there ill grab anything else. Even subway if I'm insaine desperate
We enjoy hanging out. Yesterday we arrived in this magnificent restaurant which friends recommended to us. We enjoyed a delightful experience there with great food and a professional crew and a talented chief cook. We added this restaurant in our phone list and we shall no doubt visit again very soon. Highly recommended.
I'm posting this review hoping to improve what used to be my delivery pizza go to. We Beachers know that when it comes to delivery pizza, Pizzaville WAS one of the best in this area. The pizza was always delivered fresh, hot, and cooked to perfection. I'm sorry to say this isn't the case anymore.
I've been ordering Pizzaville for years, and was always satisfied and happy to accept the pizza showing up at my door. I'm not sure what changed but the quality seems to have declined significantly. Over the past year or so I've always been delivered a sloppy, lukewarm mess. The taste is different as well, this store always had a signature flavor that seems to have disappeared.
Its not easy writing this because I've been loyal to Pizzaville for a long time. I don't mind paying the premium over something more generic like Pizza Pizza but I want that quality in return. I don't know if the suppliers, or the ownership has changed but I want my pizza back, so please fix it!
Great vibes and very welcoming service. The food was fresh and delightful. Will easily recommend this restaurant to others. Affordable prices and generous meals. Keep it up.
I ordered their gluten free pizza which was horrible and i am 100% it was not gluten free. I was totally sick afterwards like I had eaten regular pizza. Six months of gluten free and now this, never again.
My order took 1hr 45mins to arrive and I live 20mins away from Pizzaville. Delivery man showed up 2 Pepsis short because they had 'run out' but I had to pay full price. I sent an email to the central Pizzaville office to express my dissatisfaction. They were nice and offered me a $30 credit on my next purchase.
Pizza is fair at best. I went in there for t he advertised special. But they had none available, when I asked if I could wait while they make some, they said no to both requests. Lousy customer service . Go to anywhere else.
There sign says a slice and drink for 5.99. It shows a nice inviting gourmet slice, but the guys says "That's pepperoni only, is that okay?" I was hungry...
The owner is great and engaging. Remembers our go-to pizza, and makes it tasty and fresh. The clinic loves the fresh flavours and taste. Will continue to order from this location.
