We had a fairly complicated 3-way real estate transaction in 2016, involving a 1031 like-kind exchange and the sale of two Old Town properties and the purchase of one rural acreage with a house. We dealt exclusively with Chris Lombardi, and he was 100% honest and on top of things, always, all the way through the whole long process. We also had an enlightening experience in working with other real estate agents who were not so on top of things. I am so glad we had Chris on our side. His timing, communication and diplomatic skills, as well as his instincts on what we could expect, were spot-on. There were so many moving parts it is easy to imagine how none of it could have ever worked out. The best part of the whole thing is that Chris was such a good patient teacher that I got a fabulous education in real estate!! It no longer feels like (quite) the unfathomable mystery it had before. Chris made it all seem easy, but I do know none of it was. In real estate matters, I will always consult with, and refer friends to, Chris. He earned my complete respect and appreciation.
