I went to Feldman Chevrolet of New Hudson with my husband because he was in need of a new lease... I wasn't even planning on getting a new lease of my own! After phenomenal costumer service and a couple hard to pass deals, we left with not one, but TWO new vehicles. I have been bouncing around dealerships the last 10 years out of dissatisfaction, but I have found the dealership I will be sticking with from here on out. Matt Soulliere helped us get the best deal for both of our situations, I HIGHLY recommend him!

Simply don't take your car here for service. Didn't realize my daughter took it here again or I would have stopped her. Her car appointment was Friday morning, it's Wednesday - no answers, no solutions. Can't get anyone to help. Manager doesn't even call back when promised. Try calling it's more frustrating. No one can ever answer questions about your vehicle and person you need to speak to is never available. Not my first time having problems here. Last time my other daughter brought her Jeep in. Told 2 parts of air conditioner were broke. One part they would submit bill to warranty but other part would cost her $869.95 out of pocket. Family auto friend said odd both parts bad and offered to take a look. He replaced the part they wanted to charge her $829.95 for a cost of $70. The part they were going to "bill" to warranty... didn't even need to be replaced. Sounds like a scam to me. Tried getting answers and no one called back.

After a terrible experience the day prior at Ed Rinke in Centerline, we called Feldman of New Hudson to schedule a test drive for Saturday, August 22. We had specifically been looking for months for a 2020 Chevy Spark 1LT - summit white. Feldman thankfully had it. I believe her name was Courtney that setup the appointment for us. Her phone demeanor was very kind, and she was quick to help us get the appt scheduled. When we arrived at Feldman Saturday at 10AM, we were greeted by Donald Prevost-Hart. He was so kind and welcoming. He had us in the car within about 15 minutes of arriving for the test drive. We loved it! Came back, and we thought we would have to wait until Monday when we had the GM discount code, but he assured us we could take the car home that day if we wanted to. We appreciated his transparency throughout the process, he was very detailed on the information and the breakdown of the costs. He was even able to have the car detailed while we worked out the finance aspect. He personally wiped down the windows for us, as they were still kind of spotty afterward. We were able to get a VERY reasonable trade in value, as well. He was the most kind, honest salesman I have ever worked with. We are so happy to have came to Feldman in New Hudson. We will definitely be back in the future for our next vehicle!!

I had my oil change and tire rotation done. I dropped my car off overnight on a Friday and picked it up Saturday. Nothing unusual. However, when I went to start my car that afternoon the alert for my tire monitoring system was on. Apparently the technician did not make sure my tires were calibrated with the monitoring system after they rotated the tires. Normally, I wouldn't consider this a big deal. However, a few months back I had a repair completed on my wheel bearing at this location and they neglected to calibrate the system then too. I called the service department and spoke to someone who told me to just "bring it back in". Yeah, ok, sure. I work crazy hours and every time I am able to "bring it in" this location is either not open yet or closed. I explained to him that this is a huge inconvenience for me, he didn't seem to care much and stated that "sometimes the car calibrates on its own after a rotation" and my response was "perhaps you guys should take the extra second to push one button and make sure the tires are calibrated". After receiving numerous emails to rate my experience I decided to call the number that is listed to call if you're unhappy with your experience. I left two messages for the service manager...not a single call back AND my alert is still lit up because I haven't had time to bring it in again. Overall, not enough attention to detail, lack of empathy and crappy communication on the service managers part. Doubt I will be back since this is the second time this location has inconvenienced me.

Got a call from Matt the service director wanting to discuss and to see what they could do to make things better. Kudos for them finally reaching out. Was told to call this past week to make an appointment for a car detailing either on either Wed or Thursday.. I called on Tuesday and left Matt a message that Thursday would work and to call me back to confirm. Still waiting... Sound familiar? Jeesh!

Made appointment for oil change and tire rotation. Supposed to take 40 minutes but ended up taking 2 hours. Ran into my next appointment which I had to delay with a customer. Car came back with oil in the passenger seat, on the hood and on the ceiling panel inside (how does that happen?). We have bought cars from here when it was Liberty and had a good experience. Not so much any more. Oh, I also told my advisor who at least followed up. Said he would have the service manager contact me, still waiting...

After Jake did a great job explaining all the options in the different vehicles I had decided between, I ended up buying the Equinox. I was very pleased with the service and love my new suv.

Bought my first car with them. They never grew tired of my many questions and concerns, and it resulted in a great deal and a newfound trust in a car dealership. If you're wanting great people to do business with, then ask for Matt or Nick. As for service, they made it amazingly easy. I dropped off my car, was given a loaner, and picked up my car the next day even though it was finished that same day. Go here if you're looking for a vehicle in the area! The people truly want to make sure you're taken care of no matter how long it takes.

I was talking to Eric Smit about getting out of my current lease and into something else ( I got my current lease through this dealership). I had emailed him some information early last week and he said he would look into it and get back with me. Thursday I emailed him, Friday I hadn't hear anything so I called late morning, by late afternoon I called the main number and said wanted to speak to someone else, they directed me to Jacob. I missed his call Friday night but I called him back 1st thing Saturday and left a message. When I called again later in the day Saturday Jacob told me how busy he was and he would call me back by Monday. It is now Friday and haven't heard anything from Eric or Jacob. It seems like if your sale isn't a slam dunk no one there has time for you.

She was great and made sure I was completley happy with the car and that it fit in to my budget. I would recommend Feldman Chevrolet of New hudson and I would strongly encourage you to ask for Karla. This review is for the sales department.

I was contacted multiple times and asked to come in and consider trading in my current saturn. I finally made an appointment when they called me. I had been considering a newer truck and picked one out from their inventory. The morning of my appointment, I called them and asked them to bring the truck I wanted over from another dealer. When I arrived at 5:30 for my appointment, I was introduced to a sales person and I gave him the printout of what I wanted and told him it should be on his lot.

He took my keys and said he would have my trade in evaluated. My vehicle never moved from it's parking spot. The finance manager came back probably an hour later asking me what I wanted for my trade. I gave him a number based on the research I had done and he proceeded to try and convince me it was worth considerably less. I told him what I wanted to pay, he returned to his office, and came back a while later asking for $300 more. I accepted and figured that we could get the deal closed soon.

While looking at the vehicle, we noticed that the key fob didn't work. The salesman assured me he would take care of it, but service was closed for the night. I came in the next day to have it resolved, he had the battery changed in the remote, but it still didn't work. I had service replace the fob, for $100 parts and labor. I was never reimbursed.

At this point I told my salesman to get me my keys, I had to go home and get the title as well as the other set of keys. He didn't want to let me have my keys, saying he didn't want to put any more miles on it. I was not pleased, no other dealer has ever treated me like this. He offered me a loaner to go get the stuff. I was back in 20 minutes. This time I felt a little more empowered because I had my second set of keys, they couldn't stop me from driving away.

I still wanted the truck, so I kept holding out. By 8:30pm, I still had not had my turn in front of the finance person to sign the papers. I made myself clear that I was not pleased. Finally, I got my turn to do the deal and I asked what loan they had found and what the payment would be. The finance person told me the amount, I accepted and proceeded to sign over my title and other paper work. Part way through, another form was printed with a different payment amount. I questioned it and was told that there was a calculation error on the first number I was given. I was irate, I had just signed over my vehicle and now the payment was going up $15! She called her manager and the manager ended up reducing the rate on the loan to help offset the increase.

Finally by 9:30pm, the papers were signed and I headed home in my new vehicle.
It should not have taken 4 hours to get a vehicle when I arrived to my appointment knowing exactly what I wanted and how much I was willing to pay. I will never by another vehicle from them.

They always seem to find a way to screw me at this place!
A few years ago it was telling me I had a defective battery in my car, when it was really the alternator, not charging the battery..... Still charged me for the battery though, because they had replaced it the day earlier and scrapped it out, and they charged me for the scan tool test, even though the alternator was under warrantee.....
Then it was telling me they would give me a tonneau cover when I bought my truck at dealer cost after I got home and looked on the internet I could have bought one for less than half price for the same brand from the supplier.
The latest time I took my truck in for a recall they told me that while they had it on the Hoist they noticed an oil leak that was dripping I left the truck there to get fixed because they didn't have the parts I went home swept out my garage found no evidence of an oil leak on my garage floor when I got the truck back a couple days later and parked it in the garage I ended up with a puddle of oil under it they put the gasket on wrong when they fix the supposed "oil leak" that I have no evidence of ever leaking....
There are a couple more times I had that car at this same dealer and they just screw me over every time I hate going there. I just hate this place!

I recently purchased a Chevy Silverado. My sales rep was Mike Berry. He was very helpful and took the time to explain all the options and features on all the vehicles that I was interested in. I have to say that from beginning to end my experience was great!!!! I can't say this for any other of the vehicles that I purchased in the past from other dealerships. I will defiantly recommend Mr. Berry to all my friends and family. I will be back when I am ready to purchase another vehicle.

Absolute worst sales experience I've ever had. They claim to honor America's Veterans, but as a 20 year retired combat veteran, and Purple Heart recipient, I feel completely disrespected. If you're a veteran, and in the market for a new, or preowned vehicle, this is NOT the place you should buy from!

I found this dealership because of their internet advertising. I was working with the dealership on a Chevy Cruze purchase when they switched the pricing. THEY ARE SCAMMERS!

Do not believe the internet price. They will only quote you a price about $4,000 - $5,000 more. Unless you are 0.1% of the population with the exact qualifications, you cannot get the headline deal.

They tried calling me and asking me to come in and talk to them. I asked why I did not qualify and they would not reply. As soon as I told them I would only buy the advertised price, they stopped all communication.

Go someplace else where they do not try to deceive you.

I have been coming to this dealership for service for a while now and the customer service has always been impeccable. I had a 2013 Chevy Cruze and I was upside down in my loan, out of warranty, with not the best credit situation, and feeling trapped and hopeless about my car. I went into the dealership to get an oil change and started chatting with Tony Whiteman who I had spoken to before about getting a new vehicle. After 4 short hours I was being handed the keys to a 2018 Chevy Malibu. The whole time I was at the dealership I felt welcome and Tony kept me in the loop every step of the way. I could not be happier with my experience and I will make sure everyone I know is aware that they should go see Tony Whiteman at Feldman Chevrolet in New HHudson. I came in for an oil change and left with a brand new car; it doesn't get better than that. Thank you Feldman Chevrolet and most of all thank you Tony.

Great service department! I was at Lowes on the other side of the street when my car decided not to start. I called Feldman service department and explained the issue to Kevin. I was thinking I'd be facing an additional cost of getting a tow to their garage, but instead they had a couple of guys walk over and help me push the car to the shop! Going the extra "mile" to do this for me was greatly appreciated. And to my surprise the repairs were done promptly considering the pandemic, and the bill was very reasonable which was another pleasant surprise compared to my past experiences with other dealers. Thanks guys!

First all I must say if your buying or leasing a car feldman is the place to go I personally went to new Hudson and was lucky enough to have mike Jones as my salesperson he was amazing he never rushed me he went into detail about my payments and he even helped me budget it out he even bought me lunch because i said i was hungry and i was waiting for my car to finish getting detailed!! The only time i ever walked into a dealership said want I wanted to pay and left paying lower!! Thanks Mike and I also have to stout out mark crystal the sales manager he helped make it happen love you guys

The people in service were very nice.... however I went in for an alignment. Sat there and waited for over 3 hours (was suppose to be 2 hrs) when the service girl comes in. Tells me I have all these other issues wrong with the car and they couldn't do the alignment because of it and the cost was almost $3000. I said no thank you and took the write up of what was wrong with it. The next day I went to my regular mechanic to find out that absolutely NONE of the things Feldman said were wrong with it were. I am beyond furious that they try and rip me off like that, not to mention the people they have done this to that have paid. That is a lot of money not to mention using scare tactics on customers to pay for these costly repairs. I would not ever recommend them to anyone, ever!!!

DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP! The last time I took my car in for a routine oil change and tire rotation, it took over 2 hours. Before leaving, I asked if they made sure to put air in all of the tires since they were pretty low when I brought my car in. I was told "yes, of course" and I believed them. Got in my car, looked at the gauge...all 4 tires had the same amount of pressure that they had before I brought the car in. They didnt rotate OR put air in them. So why did it take so long?! How terrible that they would lie like that.

I had a great experience purchasing a car from here. Rick and Richie were both extremely helpful and accomidating. Pricing was competitive and they bent over backwards to get make sure I got home in my new car that had just passed safety inspection and had not even been detailed yet because it was traded in the night before. They cleaned it up and worked late to get the paper work done. I am a ford guy and after having so many negative experiences at local ford dealers I was delighted with this experience from.a chevy dealer. I would reccomend this dealer to anyone. They are honest, competitive, and EARN your business.

Brandi was my service rep - must admit that it was a bit of a shock to take my car in for an oil change and then discover that I faced about $800 in repairs to the exhaust system. She walked me through the process, gave me options, got me a lovely loaner car, and the repairs were completed as promised. I can be pretty picky - as this dealer well knows, since I have been bringing my 2013 Equinox here for service ever since I bought it from them. As a Human Resources executive, I have a special appreciation for good customer service - and a very low tolerance for poor service. I will definitely complain about the bad service - but I am also always happy to give credit where due. Brandi did it all the right way, from beginning to end.

Buy all my parts there and have everything that needs to be fixed worked on there until now. Had a new heater core put in my Chevy truck they forgot to bolt the steering column back up and instead of having my truck towed back to the dealership insisted I Drive it up there in that state bought a water pump for $300 it leaked right off the shelf had a new blower motor put in they didn't put all the screws back in the plastic cap that covers it inside of the cab and now every time I go to the car wash it leaks and blows bubbles right where they serviced my blower motor. took it back up there only to be cornered in a back office buy a manager and somebody else where they continued to verbally attack me and tell me that I was wrong the customer is not right at Feldman Chevrolet in Lyon township you are simply a cash cow to fill their pockets while they hack your vehicle in the back

Horrible- refinanced my car in August, the bank is just now getting the first payment that I gave the dealer! And I'm 60 days late on the other payments because the dealership never did their job and did any of the paperwork!! I called the financial guy and his voicemail was full and my sales rep had no idea that none of it was taken care of! Also no phone calls back from them regarding the issue or when it finally got resolved. Will NEVER EVER get another car from them!!!

If you have a competitive vehicle to trade in don't come here. We traded in a competitors car on March 14 and it has been over a month and we are getting threatening calls from the competitive company because Feldman didn't pay them! I have called in numerous times to talk to Mr. Feldman or the general manager and am told they are not in the building. The only person willing to help is the salesman. Shame on you Feldman Chevrolet!!!!!!! Customers don't walk away from this dealership, RUN!!!!!!!!!!!!

Horrible service. Absolute failure.

Took my Colorado in for it's first oil change. Also have one tire that slowly loses air. Tires were rotated but TPMS was not re calibrated. Tire still leaking air. Checked all tires with a manual gauge. Returned to dealership the next day. Brandi was the service agent. It was clear that she could not care less. Standard line of insincere BS. I was shown that the tire was actually patched. After remounting the tire it was discovered that there was another leak. However this leak was too close to the existing patch and the tire needed to be replaced. I was offered quotes for a new tire. I declined and requested that the spare tire be put on. No way was I wasting any more time at this dealership. Took the tire across the street to Belle tire. $20 they took off the patch the dealership did. Redid the patch. Tire holds air. Great job Belle Tire. Fantastic customer service. It is clear Feldman's service department give 0 Fs about wasting their clients time. Horrible experience. I would rather pay to have my vehicle serviced elsewhere then ever go back here. Hot garbage

Had a horrible experience with this dealer. Was pressured to get the warranties, lied to, when attempting to call after I bought car wouldn t ever get any response or anyone that knew what was going on. Ended up they lost my paperwork, had to go back to the dealer multiple times to keep signing additional paperwork. Then the car ended up needing work and ended up that the transmission went out on the car with only 65,000 miles on it. Horrible experience and wouldn t recommend.

Many of the staff were not wearing masks, including the person that worked with me directly. Of those that had masks, at least half were not wearing the mask in a manner that it covered both nose and mouth. While I was in the customer lounge, and employee walked by and asked me "How's it going?" He was one of the few wearing a mask correctly. I asked him, :Why are you the only one wearing your mask correctly?" He snickered and continued on his way.

I brought my car here after it had been hit. The collision center did not keep me updated well. When my car was finally finished, they told me that they had to fire the guy who was working on my case. That was unprofessional in my opinion. I then took my car here because it was having an electrical issue that is specific to Chevrolet. When I made the appointment, they told me that they'd do a quick diagnostic, write me up a quote and I could think about if I wanted to fix it or not. Upon arrival of my appointment time I was asked what my weekend plans were, and informed that they would need my car for the entire weekend to find out what was wrong with it. I asked for a rental car just to find out they didn't have any for me. I won't be going back, and I won't be referring anybody to this place for service, infact I will discourage people from going here for the fear that they might have to experience the terrible customer service that I've had.

This was my first visit to Feldman Chevrolet New Hudson's service center. My experience started in the Service in-take area went very smoothly. Andy the in-take tech was very courteous and helpful. He also arranged the ride back to my home and a pick up the next day which I appreciated because I live quite far from the dealership. When the service was completed it came in on time and under budget. All in all a very pleasant experience.

Wish there was a zero star here. My experience was over a year ago and never heard back from a manager or supervisor to correct the horrible, unacceptable behavior from their sales people. Will never recommend or visit them again!!
Avoid them at all costs. Way better dealers and sales people available all around at other dealerships. Save your money and time not dealing with these POS people.
