Horrible service. Absolute failure.

Took my Colorado in for it's first oil change. Also have one tire that slowly loses air. Tires were rotated but TPMS was not re calibrated. Tire still leaking air. Checked all tires with a manual gauge. Returned to dealership the next day. Brandi was the service agent. It was clear that she could not care less. Standard line of insincere BS. I was shown that the tire was actually patched. After remounting the tire it was discovered that there was another leak. However this leak was too close to the existing patch and the tire needed to be replaced. I was offered quotes for a new tire. I declined and requested that the spare tire be put on. No way was I wasting any more time at this dealership. Took the tire across the street to Belle tire. $20 they took off the patch the dealership did. Redid the patch. Tire holds air. Great job Belle Tire. Fantastic customer service. It is clear Feldman's service department give 0 Fs about wasting their clients time. Horrible experience. I would rather pay to have my vehicle serviced elsewhere then ever go back here. Hot garbage
