Brandi was my service rep - must admit that it was a bit of a shock to take my car in for an oil change and then discover that I faced about $800 in repairs to the exhaust system. She walked me through the process, gave me options, got me a lovely loaner car, and the repairs were completed as promised. I can be pretty picky - as this dealer well knows, since I have been bringing my 2013 Equinox here for service ever since I bought it from them. As a Human Resources executive, I have a special appreciation for good customer service - and a very low tolerance for poor service. I will definitely complain about the bad service - but I am also always happy to give credit where due. Brandi did it all the right way, from beginning to end.
