This business has a bad track record of luring people to the dealership with attractive offers to buy vehicles that owners are selling. I was contacted by Charles Wyche in response to a car I had listed on AutoTrader. I explained that I was not interested in trading the car in because I was moving out of state and needed to get rid of the vehicle and the loan on it. We went over all the details to be sure that I wasn t going to waste my time making the hour-and-a-half drive to the dealership from my home near Toledo, Ohio. He assured me that he wanted the vehicle, he would pay baseline or higher, he understood my concern about making the trip, and the transaction would be quick and easy. So I hit the road, followed by by wife and kids in another vehicle, and drove north. When I arrived at the dealership I asked for Charles, but never saw him or spoke with him. Instead a young man named Alex handled all negotiations. Alex told me up front, before my vehicle was even inspected, that the offer I received from Charles was not going to happen. He tried to sell me on trading in for a new vehicle, which I made clear to Charles at the beginning was not an option. I was finally given a value on my car which was significantly under the baseline, thousands of dollars less than my payoff, and Alex explained that the dealership was only giving me a valuation, not a cash offer. In all, I was either deliberately lied to by Charles Wyche, or he was so incompetent that he severely miscalculated the value of my car and the dealership s interest in it. In either case, Feldman Liberty Chevrolet was a terrible disappointment and a colossal waste of time. I gave Charles every opportunity to be straight up and frank with me about the deal before I made the trip and he led me on the whole time.

The Service Representative REALY needs to ask the ...

The Service Representative REALY needs to ask the customer where the wheel lock "key" is so that the technician does not need to search through my glove box and center console storage box looking for it. As most everyone does, I have my personal property stored inside these compartments and do not expect ANYONE to be rummaging through it. When I spoke to the Service Tech, he just shrugged his shoulders, which let me know he did NOT care about my concern or opinion on this matter. I am very upset about this!!!!!

I started out here taking my car to the service center to get a noise looked at. Another dealership had my car for about two weeks and still didn t fix it, they figured out the problem in about 45 seconds and had me up and running in a couple hours. Pat and Brandi took excellent care of me. Then I got a call from one of their sales people, Brittney, to come in and talk about trading in my Sonic. I went in with low expectations about what could be done for me since I am still working on building credit and owed probably double what the Sonic was worth. Brittney and the manager got me into a car I thought I was far off from getting. Absolutely impressed with everything here and will be using the New Hudson Feldman Chevy dealership for all my future car needs!

My experience at this dealership was awful. The salesman lied to my face that my warranty was bumper to bumper and they will not honor just about all of it. They lied to me and told me they switched my plate and I was good to go only to find out they never switched it.

I found this out the hard way when I was pulled over by the police and told my plate was no good. When I contacted the dealer about this they had no idea and tried to charge me for my new plate that they did not give me. My plate was there the whole time.

I basically drove around illegally for months. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE. It also took almost 5 hours to get the deal done and every other customer in there was having the same problem. I had to return 4 times just to get my paperwork and sign things that they conveniently forgot about. This place screwed up every single part of the car buying experience and lied the whole time. BRING A VIDEO RECORDER with you or you will regret the day you walked in the door here. Go anywhere else but here. I'm in the process of selling my car and buying a new one else where just so I never have to deal with them again. Dreadful. Absolutely dreadful!!!

I was very impressed with my salesman, Jake. I was on a tight budget and he searched through inventory at dealerships across southeast MI until we found the right car for me. Then he found an additional rebate that wasn't advertised and saved me even more. He called it the Good 'n Plenty special. I found it kind of strange that he kept asking me for fantasy football advice but it didn't matter cause I got a great deal on my new bu.

After checking out a few dealerships around my area, I was disappointed with the service and offers that I was receiving. So I ended up at Liberty Chevrolet which is quite a way from me, and I could not be happier. Everyone in the sales and service department were very polite, professional, and pleasurable to be around, especially my salesman, Jake Goodin. He was very straight forward and knowledgeable of the cars that I was looking at. It did not take long until I made a deal, and I have not regretted it since. I have recommended him to my family and friends, in which a few have already been out to see him. Jake has gained a new loyal client, and Liberty Chevrolet is my new favorite dealership where I plan on returning to for my future vehicles.

You had my new car for over 5 weeks and blamed everyone else for your inadequate attempts to get the parts. Was not kept informed on what was going on unless I called. Your service manager Matt is not a professional or business type person. Are paperwork shows you had my car for 2 weeks before you even attempted to order part. You would think a brand new car with only 5000 miles on it would get better service. Im still not happy with this whole mess. Not once did any of your employees offer an apology for this inconvenience on us. I felt like i was inconveniencing them.

I have been coming to this dealership for many years ...at least the past 17. I have always received great service from the sales department to the service center. I'm treat like a V.I.P. every time I enter their door. I will always continue to go there for my vehicles.

The best part was how fair and polite everyone was. As a professional this is something I look for and admire with people I do business with. Andrew Keller was the sales person that helped us ...

Andrew Keller was the sales person that helped us with some of our questions even before we arrived. He was in touch with us a few times without being forceful or annoying as unfortunately some sales people can be. When we arrived he completely understood our needs and met them. There was no pressure at all and he found for us the best deal and we left with an excellent vehicle. Andrew and the rest of the staff at Liberty thank you again for all your help!

My 97 corvette had a $1000 repair for a squeak under the hood. The repair lasted a few days. The car is going back for another try.
The repair took 2 days longer than mentioned. I sent 2 texts to the number given for updates but there was no response.

My last oil change and tire rotation, only took 20 minutes. It was way faster then I though it was going to be. The employs at the New Hudson location are the best. Emily took care of everything very quick in the service department.

What a great experience we had at Feldman Chevrole...

What a great experience we had at Feldman Chevrolet of New Hudson. Matthew Soulliere was so professional, answered all our questions, and made us feel welcome. He moved us from one lease to another seamlessly. He worked hard to get us in the car we wanted at a price we could afford. We will definitely go back to Feldman Chevrolet and Matthew Soulliere for our next vehicle.

I agree with others, the worst business practices ...

I agree with others, the worst business practices i have ever seen. This dealership is a joke and i will spend as much time and energy i can making sure people don't go back there. If you want to read my story its below, but they are the worst at doing anything close to selling cars. Stay away. I don't expect something special, just people to do their job.

Showed up Thursday to run numbers on new Lease(old lease was expiring). Was promised an offer(although not in writing, my fault) and asked to be there first thing Saturday morning to get deal done first thing. I said if the deal offered was good, i would be there when they opened to drop off old lease car. Showed up and they couldn't come close to the deal. Which is typical Bait and Switch, that part i kind of expected. But they didn't have the vehicle ready. We finalized price and did paperwork. Still no vehicle. So i turned my old lease in and they gave me loaner and they would have a driver swap vehicles when they had my vehicle.

Driver shows up unannounced Monday afternoon. No Email, no phone call (they had my number wrong although they have every piece of my personal info) luckily the wife was home. Emailed salesman my correct number and told his driver. Also provided info for Supplier Discount, thinking that was the end, i was upset but w/e its over....nope.

5 week later i get an email from GM financial saying i owe another month on my old lease because I didn't' turn my lease in. I called GM Financial and they said no documentation of it being turned in and that they would notify dealer but i should as well. Called Feldman Chevy and they at first tried to say they did ground the vehicle, i was already upset and cut him off saying no they didn't. Then he said i didn't respond to his texts. Told him i emailed and gave my correct info to his driver. Then he said it wasn't grounded because he didn't have my badge number(doesn't need it for grounding old vehicle). Then he finally says it was missed probably because they were busy and could have had 4 or 5 cars to ground. I am sorry it is your job to do it, and its one form to fill out. Then they refused to put the grounding date the actual date i turned it it. They did 7 days later saying they have some time to actually ground it. I will NEVER use this dealership again.

My original salesman over promised and under delivered on a used car I spotted on the Internet. My car was not prepped as promised when I came back to pick it up. Processing the "3 Day Buy Back" was painful as I didn't get my purchase amount back for 10 days. I eventually wound up with a very nice Malibu but the entire process was difficult and time consuming.

I would like to write a honest and non hateful review. The fact is liberty chevrolet is a VERY unprofessional dealer, it is not the fault of the owner, it is mostly their staff and whoever trained them. I was referred to this dealer by a friend, was coming to buy a brand new car. The salesman promised that they are better then anyone else, will give me what I want for my trade and they won't let me leave without making a deal done that I want. After I got there they dangled the new car in front of me for about a hour, trying to get my hopes up and then came back at the end with a offer WAY less then what the salesman told me they would match for my trade on the phone. They are unprofessional, the manager even says I will do whatever I can, but then says have a nice day lol????
Stay far away from this chevrolet dealer, they can't do nothing special for you, don't believe their sales techniques that try to get you in the door, they think they are still slick, those approaches haven't worked since the 90's .
