Got a call from Matt the service director wanting to discuss and to see what they could do to make things better. Kudos for them finally reaching out. Was told to call this past week to make an appointment for a car detailing either on either Wed or Thursday.. I called on Tuesday and left Matt a message that Thursday would work and to call me back to confirm. Still waiting... Sound familiar? Jeesh!

Made appointment for oil change and tire rotation. Supposed to take 40 minutes but ended up taking 2 hours. Ran into my next appointment which I had to delay with a customer. Car came back with oil in the passenger seat, on the hood and on the ceiling panel inside (how does that happen?). We have bought cars from here when it was Liberty and had a good experience. Not so much any more. Oh, I also told my advisor who at least followed up. Said he would have the service manager contact me, still waiting...
