I really like their quality promise and lifetime guarantee. Their prices aren't always the best, but they're competitive and that's not the most important thing to me. Accuracy is. I've ordered exactly 52 items from them and 6 of them were wrong in some way; wrong part shipped, parts missing from kits, and fitment issues where their sales people confirmed fitment prior to purchase. They have adequately addressed all problems, but customer service is spotty depending on who is handling your complaint. A 12% shipment error rate is downright frustrating while planning weekend projects. Plan for problems with 1 out of 9 items purchased and your expectations will be met.
