The way that I became a customer was purely by accident - and mainly as a way of saying thanks. They did a video on BMW maintenance on YouTube - it was so good that I felt that I needed to repay them for the courtesy that provided. I wound up getting oil and a filter kit from them. The entire thing combined with the videos made it idiot proof. Their assistance completing brake pad change was impressive as well. The items came with free shipping and a discount for the first purchase. The oil container even had a built-in spout - listen, I usually give brief reviews on companies unless they really suck - this is the exception. Its Euro parts purchased from a USA company - they are a wonderful company. Other companies could learn from FCP Euro of not only parts customer satisfaction but CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Thank you FCP!
