Slowest courier service ever. Always have to wait all week until Saturdays for my parcels?! Says it's out for delivery every day but then never arrives that day!!
Absolutely terrible service, no communication, should not be called fastway couriers at all!!!! Would not recommend to use them.
Disgusted that a parcel I paid $10 for signature required delivery was left in my letterbox and someone (the driver I would say) has signed in my place. I was home at the time of delivery at 7.57 this morning! My car was up the driveway and if they'd come to the door the dogs would have let us know. I only knew the parcel had been delivered when I checked the tracking at midday so it had been sitting in the letterbox for 4 hours!

Snail way couriers. I'm waiting for 3 parcels. All of them picked up by couriers. Only 2 of them on the way to Hawkes Bay. 2 days passed and no tracking updates. NZ Post ships parcels overnight even if its normal tracked delivery. Looks like these couriers have just one truck and their driver is drunk or/and sick :\

Our driver Krishneel is always happy to wait a few moments if the vet clinic is super busy and the parcel is still being packed. Krishneel is always professional and has a smile for everyone.
I think these guys doing some romantic trips with parcels. I took 1 day to ship a parcel from Australia. 4 days passed, but they still traveling with my parcel on their shuttles. Still not delivered.
NZ post much quicker and cheaper compared to them
UPD: After 9 days of parcel trips i finally received my parcel on 10th day (excluding 2 days of shipping from AU to Hawkes Bay)

Blonde Napier receptionist is one of the rudest women I've ever met in business! I made a polite inquiry to ask when the driver would pick up my parcels as they had been sitting here for 3 days awaiting collection for "overnight" delivery. No apology! No sympathy! Nothing but excuses and bad attitude. She needs to be hauled over the coals and trained in customer service. Disgraceful!
My parcel arrives tracked in Napier on Wednesday. It's scanned and in the courier van for delivery Thursday and then it's back at the depot and it's still there. It's Saturday now, I'm still waiting, it's still sitting there. If your buying off trade me make sure they don't use fast ways to send it. Just try walking and getting it yourself it'll be faster.
Please note this was for fastway. Since changing to aramex I have had no problems at all and highly recommend using them.
Can you please get out of Australia so other couriers can take your place. You're giving me such a headache.

The courier driver for our area, Krishneel, is great. Always friendly and smiling (the Post Haste guy is perpetually grumpy), and always drives up the drive and beeps the horn to let me know he is there (the Courier Post guy just crams things in the mail box at the end of the drive and takes off). Of all the couriers that work our area, our lovely driver is continuing the high standard of personal service we have always gotten from Aramax (and Fastway) drivers - a bright light against the declining level of point-of-delivery service that has become so prevalent in the courier industry these days.Thank you :)
Disappointing that delivery driver didn't make more effort to advise he was attempting a delivery. However office staff well prepared when I went to collect.
My parcel has been with these guys for days! Still not here and have just been told its likely to be a Saturday delivery because they are busy with business deliveries! NOT impressed at any level and wouldnt use them under any circumstances again! Get more staff for goodness sake. Christmas is at the same time every year!....
Rang trying to trace my parcel. Today is the 4th last tracking was the 30th nothing since. Rang help line. Absolutely useless, no labels apparently have over 500 parcels sitting there in Napier for rural delivery but waiting on post office order of labels and cannot deliver or track apparently. No time frame to do so. Why are we paying for track and trace when there is none ? What a circus . Cannot even collect item. Avoid these clowns
Our legend courier driver Krishneel makes our life easier. Very efficient and careful with our high quality food products, he always has a smile and is understanding if we are still frantically wrapping up the package and applying the last label! We dont have issues of items not getting to our customers nationwide, and the label printer makes the admin side very streamlined. highly recommend.

A family member arranged a gift of 2 big boxes of goodies from Riverside Orchard in Ashhurst. Ordered yesterday, they were delivered to Napier this morning in perfect condition. Aramex stands out at a time when other courier services are under-performing and struggling. Well done!
Out for a 3-5 working day delivery on 11/10. Called numerous times while tracking the parcel from Auckland-Wellington. Found it was misdirected. It finally arrived in Timaru, 14 days later. In the end, we had to drive to their depot on the 29th, as the delivery driver had so much work, that residential deliveries were not being undertaken. Although tracking told me it was in the van for delivery....all bull****. Would rather drive to the warehouse and pick it up myself, than use this service...
Im sending 100+ parceled a week, I always try and book with courier post. Even if its twice the price. But if i cant and get desperate, I book with Aramex. I'm always let down when i do.
Edited post: I have recently been delivered another parcel by fastway which actually arrived when it was supposed to, so I am updating to 2 rather than one star.
It's a shame there isn't a less than one star rating for this company. My parcel was sent from Christchurch on the 7th of December, it was only delivered today (the 18th) even though online tracking had in in the Hawkes Bay from the 11th. After lodging a query (no one contacted me), I had sent an email (no one replied to my email, numerous unanswered phone calls and finally I sent a facebook message (got an automated reply) then miraculously the parcel arrives. I understand this is a busy time of year, but it cannot be a surprise to you that you will be under more pressure at Christmas time...to finish on a positive note the driver was friendly and my parcel is not damaged.

Hopeless, always loosing Parcels or delivering to the wrong place, can't even read instructions pointed on the packages.
I have had 2 things sent to me in the last month and both have been misdirected to Auckland and Wellington and added at less 3 day more to post that should have been 2 days minimum not happy with the service at all would not recommend at all

So slow at delivering, parcels left sitting at local depot for days. Not good enough for price paid.

Paid $6.50 for next day delivery on a Thursday.
Friday still not delivered, called the customer service team to track item.
Item still with courier but he "ran out of time" said would likely be delivered Monday. (Happy to take money for next day delivery though) then my wife was told no he should be able to deliver Saturday. Well guess what the courier driver ran out of time again!?
Finally delivered Monday when it was meant to be delivered Friday, completely unacceptable and now avoiding my phone calls.
I suggest you employ drivers who have better time management skills then a 5 year old child.

Worst courier company ever. Whenever I am waiting to receive a parcel from them it takes weeks and each time their excuse is they have new drivers. Well they must have a high staff turnover then. Numerous promises to search for parcel and ring me back never happens. Would be quicker for me to walk to Auckland and back to get parcel then wait for them to send
Certainly lives up to all the other negative reviews. "Customer service" person was rude, incompetent and very unprofessional - initially said my parcel sent from Auckland was destined for Palmerston North. She then said I would receive it some time that afternoon even though their depot is less 2 km from my address and they had had the parcel in their depot's possession for over 2 days. Do not under any circumstances use Fastway Couriers (Hawkes Bay). There are far better courier companies out than this amateur-hour outfit.
Looking at the poor quality reviews I can tell you they are no better here in Australia. They have a parcel tracking system yet can't tell me where my parcel is, it is "in transit" from Sydney to Adelaide but left 3 days ago and still hasn't arrived. I asked whether someone had it strapped to their back and was walking it to Adelaide, pity that wasn't the case as I might actually be able to find out where it is
Indifferent and careless group - couldn't care less that they deliver to the wrong address, delayed delivery by over a week, no follow up. Owner seems to be bored by his business and makes that very clear in his phone manners.

I'm glad they're no longer called Fastway; a misnomer. One example: I had ordered a part from Honda NZ; it arrived at the local Honda shop overnight. But it took three days to get the 12.5kms to my workshop. Some of my other suppliers (e.g. Motozone) use "Castaway" and I am seriously considering changing suppliers if they keep using these couriers. Sometimes it's a day, sometime it's three to four days. My customers start to get impatient and it's embarrassing trying to tell them I'm still waiting on parts.
They need to change their name to snailway to truly reflect their delivery service. Customer service and general communication for hawkes Bay branch was disgusting. Don't use these clowns. You'll do better sending your parcel strapped to a tortoise!
Bunch of amatuers. Took them 3 times to deliver a pacel even when I stated it did not need a signiture to deliever. Pretty sure the courier drivers pre fill out the calling cards to leave in the letter box so they don't have to stop for long.
Don't order any goods for your children from anyone using these guys. They would be too big for them by the time they're delivered. But seriously absolutely abysmal service.
Lazy and unprofessional. Driving up to the letterbox and leaving a calling card is not checking to see if anyone is home..specially if there is a vehicle in the driveway...you get paid to do a service try keeping to your obligations.
Slowest in the courier business. Never had a good experience. Parcels always come a week+ late even though the tracker shows that the parcel is in town. It constantly goes out for delivery but never arrives! Avoid if possible.
If i have a choice when buying online in future i wouldnt be using fastway, a parcel left chch on the 20th of sep and is still not here another one went to a totally different region! And still waiting! Your competitors are much faster with there service, some being overnight, as i say i wont be recommending fastways and in future hope not to use this service

One star as it was delivered.... after 6 days, one email and a personal visit to their depot. What shocking service. Well, it is not service when you have to chase the parcel up after 6 days the parcel had a big red 'SAME DAY DELIVERY' sticker on it.. This is the third delivery using this company recently - all with the same sub-standard of service. Please fastway, read your reviews and act on the feedback or you will become a Tui ad.. When people want goods quickly they use a "good" courier, if not they post it, I consider 6 days, two follow ups longer than the standard mail service.
Great team and far cheaper than some of its competitors
My service didn't happen. 7 days still not delivered is hardly fast post in NZ. The package was urgent from my vet the animals died. They (Vet Services) believed I would get it the next morning, I was told I could come and collect it from the depot after tracking why it had not arrived 4 days later - why bother with a courier if I have to drive to where the package was coming from. This service was slower than a snail could have delivered it. Not acceptable. Do not use this service if you need anything FAST. Not reliable in any way at all. You cannot post this comment without ticking a star. They do not deserve any stars from my calves point of view.
I see allot of bad reviews here, but I've been dealing with Fastway for over a year and never had any big issues. Yes they are often slower then courier post, but they are also allot cheaper too.
Krishneel is our local courier driver for us he picks up on time every week he always happy and speaks good to us when he comes to pick up Krishneel is always professional when he comes check the parcel to make sure everything is OK before heading off you can't ask for anything more than that so I would like to say thanks to Krishneel for taking the time to do the right thing and stay safe. Is always a excellent experience to have a company like Aramex doing what they do please keep up the great job.
What an absolute circus. After a bad patch of them repeatedly missing pickups, I've religiously used Courierpost for the last 18 months with absolutely no issues until I've had no choice to use them recently. My first booking a few weeks ago they never picked up so I called and was just told it "went to the wrong courier" and now this week I had 3 parcels booked in one day and the courier came and only took ONE of the three sitting there together!
At the same time this is happening, I've had a parcel sent to me sitting at our local depot for a week. I live on a main road, delivery should NOT be this hard. To make matters worse I've tried 4 times to ring and it just rings out. Finally getting hold of customer service the man took down my number and said he would call me back with an update...nothing 2 days later so I call again and speak with Debbie who was rude and completely unapologetic about my now two parcels that they have no idea where they are. She made me feel like a hassle following up on my parcels, sighed a lot and then I heard her slam the phone down pretty hard after her rude goodbye. Not one sorry either. This service is beyond a joke!! No manager's name on website and I don't trust the generic email address to forward on to manager just as it conveniently didn't reach the manager last time...

Very fed up with Fastway.Have had trouble with every parcel sent via them.We are not a rural address but they say so.Therefore the parcel gets forwarded on to Courier Post who happily deliver.But....to have parcel sitting at Fastways for 7 days and still not here!Enough!
I realize the Hawkes Bay team is busy as . Top notch. The drivers are friendly as and damn good . Credit where credit is due . Any hiccups i have rang them. Sorted .Thank you Terry
