What an absolute circus. After a bad patch of them repeatedly missing pickups, I've religiously used Courierpost for the last 18 months with absolutely no issues until I've had no choice to use them recently. My first booking a few weeks ago they never picked up so I called and was just told it "went to the wrong courier" and now this week I had 3 parcels booked in one day and the courier came and only took ONE of the three sitting there together!
At the same time this is happening, I've had a parcel sent to me sitting at our local depot for a week. I live on a main road, delivery should NOT be this hard. To make matters worse I've tried 4 times to ring and it just rings out. Finally getting hold of customer service the man took down my number and said he would call me back with an update...nothing 2 days later so I call again and speak with Debbie who was rude and completely unapologetic about my now two parcels that they have no idea where they are. She made me feel like a hassle following up on my parcels, sighed a lot and then I heard her slam the phone down pretty hard after her rude goodbye. Not one sorry either. This service is beyond a joke!! No manager's name on website and I don't trust the generic email address to forward on to manager just as it conveniently didn't reach the manager last time...
