So many issues!

So many issues!
Paid to send a bike, they dragged the box and let it get wet so box disintegrated and parts missing on arrival and bike damaged!
Was meant to collect package today but apparently couldn t find it and lied blatantly about instructions for pick up given. Was so obvious you couldn t miss it!
Driver (M) is a danger to other motorists and pedestrians, she should not be a professional driver.
