Great service department! Mike was very nice and got my car taken care of quickly. He explained everything to me well and made sure I understood what was wrong. I knew my car was in good hands. I had to drop it off unexpectedly on a Friday night (close to when they were closing) and had it back the next day! I bought my Jeep in another state (where I used to live) but Farrish takes care of me as if I ve been a costumer for years!

As the title states...Farrish is the perfect place to purchase a vehicle. After attempting to find my Ram at several other dealers in the area, I visited Farrish. The atmosphere there was apparent right away and I knew that this was not your average dealership. I was greeted and felt very welcomed by all staff members. I worked with Stacie who was the first salesperson that knew more about the Ram brand than me. After giving her all the features, options and color that I was after...she found the Ram that I was seeking. She went above and beyond to make sure that I got everything I was looking for and more. The sales manager Terry made me feel like family and put together the perfect deal. My buying experience at Farrish was very impressive and I wholeheartedly recommend this dealership to all my friends and family...as the Perfect Place to Purchase!

Farrish has one of the best selection of vehicles I have seen. I was looking for a used 2012-2013 Honda Odyssey. Having looked at tons of cars in the past month, Farrish's 2012 odyssey was in top-notch condition. I think they choose their cars well and do a good job of making sure the vehicle is in ready-to-sell condition. The car I looked at had brand new tires, brake pads, and detailed inside and out.

Chris Lail, from the used-inventory department was prompt in his response. He followed up consistently until the day of seeing the vehicle.

Though I did not purchase from Farrish, I highly recommend them for their selection and customer service.

Just prior from my return from overseas in 2018, I went on the hunt for a 2018 Jeep GC High Altitude, V8. This was one of few for miles and I was actually being posted in near Va Beach, Va so this was a drive.

I went with Farrish cause the sales manager Tony Trapal advertised being prior military. Although I'm not military I thought he would understand the stress that comes with moving back to the states and making major purchases. He pawned me off to another guy, Carlos, and it was pretty much downhill from there. My financing was through USAA and their attention to detail was so bad, I was in the store for 3 HOURS. Finally bought the car and rolled out.

Well Day 3 the sunroof won't close. I took it to the dealership in Newport News and it sat for 2 months while they waited on parts. After the first month I called Farrish and Tony was like what do you want us to do? I was like wow, I bought the car you could have been a little helpful. Well come to find out, he could have called the FCA regional director who would have called the factory to get a new sunroof. This is what the regional director told me.

The other issue really came to light a year later in Aug 2019. When I was buying the car, I wanted the calipers painted red. Farrish said they knew a company so acted as the middle man before I picked up the car. The company, Calipers R Us, painted completed the work...in a word, horrible. I put in a yelp review of them. Anyway, within a month, the paint started peeling. What's crazy is that the car sat inside at the dealership for two months so it wasn't driven much at all. Fast forward to 2019, I finally took the car to a guy in Va Beach who powder coats. He pulled the tires off and we learned that Calipers painted the calipers on the vehicle as there was overspray everywhere. Because they didn't take off paint correctly and apply a clear coat, the peeling happened.

Now what does Farrish have to do with this? When I tried to submit a BBB report on Calipers, I find out they are classified as an internet business because they don't have a physical address. Well that confused me cause the car had to be taken somewhere. So I called Farrish to find out the address. THEY DID NOT KNOW!!!! They let the Calipers' owner DRIVE MY CAR TO SOME LOCATION AND RETURN IT TO THE DEALERSHIP AND THEY DON T KNOW WHERE OR THE REAL NAME OF THE OWNER!! Tony was condescending and dismissive as heck when I tried to get information and understand what happened. Then when I brought in the general manager, he lied and said his short non-answers were just until he had a chance to write a full answer.

Bottom line, bought a $52k car from this dealership and their customer service during and after was beyond horrible. Go someplace else.

We were looking for a specific color Jeep with specific features. We drove to Baltimore to look at one but they weren't willing to deal any more than a set discount. We came back home and starting looking. We found what we wanted on Farrish's website. We called and spoke with Wayne Shaffer, told him what we were looking for and asked what kind of price he could give us. We basically made the deal over the phone then drove over to finalize. Relatively quick and painless. I would highly recommend this dealership if you're looking for a vehicle.

I was in the market for a new minivan. I had been in constant contact with Stacie and she was truly amazing. She was awesome at identifying my requirements (I'm picky) and even explaining pricing of other dealerships and how they hide certain factors into their costs to make it appear like it is a much lower cost! All in all, this made me have a very trusting feel towards Stacie and the Farrish Jeep/Chrysler/Dodge family!

In addition, my entire family was under the weather. When I told Stacie this, the made sure everything was ready to go so we could get in and out as soon as possible.

This was, hands down, the best experience in purchasing a new vehicle! I've always loved cars but hated the purchasing process. Stacie and Farrish Fairfax made this a very friendly and worthwhile experience! You've made a customer for life!

Last Friday I contacted Farrish about a Jeep Wrangler; I bought my current car from them in 2013 and had an excellent experience. The salesman, Zabi, was super helpful and attentive; he had the car ready for me to test drive when I got there so I didn't have to drag my 5 year old into the showroom. Zabi was very patient while I was having to communicate with my deployed spouse and took time to answer questions about pricing that are standard practice but made my husband uneasy.

Eventually we agreed on a price so I drove over Sunday to sign papers. This is where it really went downhill. I sat down in the office to sign the pricing paper and Zabi brought up financing. I was confused because we had not discussed this at all so I just mentioned we were bringing our own. I then walked outside with my kiddo to answer my phone. Zabi comes out with the sales manager and right off the bat the manager was combative about not selling me the car unless we used their financing. I simply told him it wasn't discussed and Zabi confirmed.

We went inside and the sales manager decided to not so nicely tell Zabi he had screwed up while simultaneously telling me he wouldn't sell me the car at the discussed price unless we financed with them. He then goes to the desk and another salesman comes over to try to explain the situation while also being rude to Zabi in front of me. They go off to look at the paper trail since a lot of our correspondence occurred over email. Throughout this I am getting heated because I came to buy a car and have an antsy kiddo at my side and my spouse is on the phone with me wonder that the heck is going on. This entire thing lasted for over 40 minutes.

Needless to say I did not buy a car here and would not in the future. While I understand that mistakes happen, the way in which this was handled was BS. Had the sales manager come outside and nicely explained what happened I would have been much more amenable to finding a resolution. He was a total jerk and the fact that as soon as I mentioned my own financing I was left to my own devices and no one would speak to me for large chunks of time speaks volumes.

Purchasing my automobile from Farrish was a wonderful experience from beginning to end! We were there with our newborn and Johnny made the purchase fast and hassle-free. We are very happy with our purchase and I am officially sold on Chryslers not only because of the car but the wonderful experience I had here. I recently purchased a new 2015 Jeep Unlimited Rubicon. Very pleasant experience and walked away with the exact vehicle I wanted. I am a USAA member (and used their car buying service) so that made the process even more efficient. The team at Farrish answered all of my questions and made it a pressure free environment. UPDATE: So I went back to Farrish on September 10, 2020 for routine maintenance and some other things. What did I get? The outstanding service I always get! I really appreciate that the service team that took the time to explain what repairs were needed and the costs. Even when my eyes glazed over as the technical details were being explained (that's not Farrish's fault that is just me glazing over on mechanical topics), I knew it was important to my service representative that I understood what was needed and I would be driving in a safe vehicle. To me, everyone at Farrish IS concerned about the quality of the work they do and the customers who trust them. Thanks Farrish and as a customer I will work on not having my eyes glaze over

My experience with Farrish has been great. Sure whe have had our hiccups over the 15 years (but what relationship hasn't?). But through it all, Farrish team was concerned about making and keeping a great customer relationship and always went above and beyond to make sure everything was great with my Jeep Ghost and with me. Do I recommend Farrish? Yes because Farrish understands and strives to make the service after the sale a top priority. I really do feel like a valued customer.

Vinny is also a great sales manager who patiently works the numbers with you and listens to your concerns. Your satisfaction is their topmost priority. They also have a really great finance team that tries to work with the bank to get you the best possible APR. I would always recommend this dealership!

Back in 2012 I purchased my 2011 Dodge Charger from Koons Ford in Tysons. I freaking love my V8, but my first stranded experience was in FFX about 3yrs ago and due to the circumstances, I had to get my car towed here to get it serviced... The very next day they got me back up and running and completed the work needed.

I brought it here a couple more times after that throughout the years. The department and techs were very efficient, quick, communicative, friendly, and I felt good each time leaving my vehicle in their hands.

It wasn't until this week that I had to deal with my first negative experience involving a dishonest mechanic. I had my car towed on a Sunday night from my home to get it worked on for the week and next day (Monday) I received and signed an emailed work order from my assigned mechanic with price number 1 (96k maintenance) which I responded to and approved the work. Later in the week (Wednesday) I decided to call the assigned mechanic and check the status of my car. Come to find out my car was sitting dormant for 2days Monday/Tuesday... I was a bit furious but I accepted it and explained my deadline to get it fixed and confirmed the itemized work order with what needed to be done.

Thursday comes and I get 3 more calls with inaccurate estimates from the same mechanic working on my vehicle, I verbally agree to a 2nd work order and Friday (which was the worst call), the same mechanic insisted on trying to advise me, price gouge and then up-sell me on buying new car. All the while, telling me my new invoice was 1k over the agreed upon amount. At this point I was done with him and needed to explain my situation to their Service dept Mgr. Marc Johnson. Unfortunately he was not there at that time but a gentleman named Heathe, who IF not for him, I would not be the Satisfied Customer that I am right now...

Hands down these two men handled this like Pros! These guys were my saints and I appreciate them very much. The way they scrambled to fix this mess ASAP was really assuring. They took it in their own hands and got it done the old fashion American business way. So good, I will come here just to visit them. I want to commend both of these gentlemen for their due diligence, hard work, listening skills, and patience and support towards me. Heathe took the initiative and was on top of it, overall Great Auto Shop and am very satisfied with the end result! Big ups to these two men

Let's face it, buying a new car can be grueling. I was determined to buy a new Jeep Wrangler and this was the first dealership I stopped by and ultimately it turned into the dealership I purchased the car from. With regards to Wranglers, they have a huge inventory (garage in the back with one floor full of them). I was promptly greeted at the door by a salesperson (Chris Lamb, highly recommend him!) and he stayed with me through the entire process patiently. Helped me pick the right wrangler with regards to my needs, highly educated about the car and its features, and overall very pleasant. It was only after going to the other local dealerships that the difference in salesmanship, friendliness and patience came through. I am very happy with this dealership and would recommend anyone!

I purchased a 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee with Gus and would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. I don t know if I could say Farrish (at the dealership level) has the best prices in the DMV area, but Gus was a true professional and worked his tail off to help me with a deal. After I purchased the car, he gave me a ride back from the rental car location in his personal car to save an Uber trip. He was responsive, courteous, and just a genuinely good guy, and I m happy paying a bit more to be able to work with someone I trusted.

I called Farrish on Sept 11th because I saw a BMW that I liked and was in my price range. Well this is where everything started to go right for me. I spoke with Joseph who was my salesman and he was very nice from start to finish. He told me the truck was still available and that's when I started to negotiate the price. Joseph said to me let me go talk with my finance manager Vinny Choi and give you a call back. Well he didn't have time to call me back because my husband and I jump in the car and headed there. When I got there another salesman asked me who did I speak with and I had forgot his name so he took my cellphone number and was able to see who I spoke with and got Joseph for me and he was so nice and cool. Joseph went to bat for me to make sure I left out of there with my BMW truck. I was paying cash for my truck so Joseph got the finance manager Vinny to discuss the deal with me further. Now, Vinny was so cool and nice also. He came over and introduced himself to us and said he will get me in my truck. So now Joseph saw how much I truly loved the truck after he took us on a test drive that he said no worries Vinny will get you in your truck today. Well to make a long story short, I got the truck and at my price, not only that everytime Joseph would talk about the truck he would reference it as my truck. I liked that, he spoke in existence with me. I mean before I pulled off that lot Joseph made sure everything electronically was working for me. He set up the navigation, phone, radio, and showed me everything this truck has in it. If he hadn't showed me I would have been lost, he even gased my baby up to her first full tank with me as the new owner. All of them in there were so nice and helpful from my salesman to my finance manager Vinny, even to the final guy who had me sign everything. They kept a smile on their face when talking with me and when I started to get tired after being there for four hours they said it won't take long and last guy finished all his paperwork for me in ten minutes. He said this was the fastest he has ever gotten someone out of there. He was very nice too. They all were so helpful that my husband decided to go look at this Mercedes GL550 truck that he saw. I would truly recommend Farrish Chysler Jeep of Fairfax to my family, friends and anyone. They will make sure you get the vehicle you want, trust me. This last visit was commendable and not as perfunctory as the previous three meetings with the same serious car problems. I was treated with respect and was heard out in full. Moreover I got attention from the sales department in coordination with service department in a way I believe was appropriate and considerate. Car was thoroughly tested this time I believe and so far the repairs seem to be complete. Thanks to mark and penderson (?) and mechanic for following through.

I think these guys try hard, but making appointments seem to sometimes require patience.

I had an absolutely incredible experience with the staff at Farrish! Their customer service is bare none, and they will surely be the only dealership I trust to handle the maintenance on my vehicle in the future! What sets them apart from competitors is their constant communication with customers. Every step of the way I knew what was wrong with my vehicle, how long it would take to fix it, and was immediately notified once the service was complete!

We had a terrific experience at Farrish purchasing our new 2013 RAM 1500 Sport. I don't often rate with highest marks, but this team at Farrish earned them. Our sales rep, Terry Fant, was supremely knowledgeable and professional, never pushy, and very patient and informative over the course of three visits, two test drives and hundreds of questions. He returned my calls and e-mails with the right information at the right time on at least a dozen occasions. Terry was also able to broker an excellent deal on our trade-in which made the purchase of our RAM 1500 possible. I'd easily and highly recommend Terry to anyone looking for an enjoyable experience buying a new vehicle.

It was my first time purchasing a Wrangler and despite the research I did on my own, Vinny and Mo helped me answer all the questions without a doubt. Vinny was very knowledgeable and knew the exact car that was most suitable for me. He gave me different options within my budget that I would absolutely LOVE. Mo gave me a tour of all the cars, side by side, to help me come down with a decision that I wouldn't regret. (His sense of humor was a plus!) You won't find pushy salesmen at this dealership or won't try to rip you off. The trade in was very exceptional and the buying process was super easy. It was effortless and pressure free. Andrew went out of his way to help us with a repair that recently occurred out of warranty. Because our warranty recently ended, Farrish honored the service as if it were under warranty and we were so grateful. Also, they provided me with a loaner vehicle and I didn t have to worry about not being able to go anywhere. Dropping off the loaner and picking up the Jeep was super easy, too. Farrish is our first choice and we recommend them highly.

We brought our Pacifica Hybrid in for a recall service and everything was handled smoothly. Hunter was our service representative, and he was helpful in coordinating the pick up and giving advice on holding off on our annual maintenance since we ve been driving so much less during the pandemic and the van used synthetic oil, which has a longer life than traditional motor oil.

We definitely plan to continue using Farrish to service our Pacifica!

I purchased a 2008 VW GTI from Farrish Chrysler in November 2018. Oscar was my sale representative and he made the buying process very smooth from start to finish. I was very impressed with Oscar's prompt responses in all email/ phone correspondences and he had the vehicle ready for a test drive upon my arrival. During the price negotiation process, we settled on a final out the door price well within local market value, with which I was very satisfied. Most importantly, Oscar and this Dealership did not hesitate or push back on my request to have a pre-purchase inspection completed at an independent shop, demonstrating to me that Farrish Chrysler stood by their product. Since purchase, my GTI has had one routine service at an independent shop, which has remarked that this GTI very well maintained and was an excellent find. The car buying experience was just ok. The automotive service department is slow. I have had 3 services done at this dealership 1 tire alignment and balancing (5 hours), 2 oil changes (2.5 hours). None have been completed in less than 2.5 hours. This doesn't include all of the warranty issues I have had. Oh let's not forget that my rims had to be repaired because the tech damaged my rims on my truck and all 4 of them had to be refinished which took several days to complete.

I also don't appreciate that fact that when you wash you vehicle with them that the detailers leave your vehicle idling for the duration it's being washed and or detailed. Which impacts the comuter avg MPG but also because during my last visit I was low on gas by the time I got my truck back.

I have made appointment withs all my services. I would prepare for at least 3 -6 hours each time you bring you vehicle in for service.

Andrew Morris went above and beyond. After the repairs, Andrew personally ensured my Jeep was dropped off at my home because I was temporarily unable to drive after surgery.

I am writing you this email today to complain about his behavior/attitude as soon as he asked about my credit score. I am a new immigrant so I have no credit score yet. Instead of finding alternative payment options, he was rude enough to reject me by saying you can t afford it, you are in the wrong dealership . Kicking a customer out with putting their dreams down isn t what people look for when they enter the building to search for their dream car. Fortunately, I do have enough down payment to afford it at the right dealership .
I hope your staff gets retrained and learns how to welcome people properly. Most importantly, I hope this doesnt happen to anyone else as you take proper actions.

After six months of working with the other dealer and no progress, I switch to working with Farrish. After getting in touch with them and explaining the problems, I had everything resolved and was fully satisfied in a week.

I have purchased multiple Jeeps from this dealership, and was very disappointed in the service I received during my most recent purchase. The sales experience was fine, but the dealership screwed up the registration process, and I was left with expired tags for an extended period of time before they sorted it out. Great vehicle, but there are better dealerships in the area if you want to purchase a Jeep.
