Freshii Reviews

Freshii used to be a reasonable option for lunch, price and portion wise. Now, not so much. They've revamped the menu, jacked the price on the protein options like the chicken, and now they're going heavy on the 'filler' ingredients (rice) and skimping on the toppings. This changes the taste of the overall meal, the ratio is off.

I understand inflation, but raising the price of things AND skimping on the meal at the same time is a recipe which has cost them customers. Our entire office (just around the corner) has noticed and everyone is now leaning towards other options in the area. I'd suggest others do the same.

Extremely impressive customer service. I order on Ritual from Freshii all the time and they're consistently able to make my food in less than 5 mins (even at busy times).
Also, their staff are extremely friendly and patient. Last time I was there, a customer was complaining that she "hated her food and wanted a refund" (even though she had already eaten the whole thing). The cashier was extremely polite and dealt with the situation perfectly. The customer was obviously lying and just wanted free stuff... The cashier's patient was impressive.

Great healthy and fresh food options. Despite getting quite busy at lunch, the wait times are within reason.

They should learn from their competition. There is a fresh and even a Kupfert and Kim opening up near by. There menu lacks flavor and is not very appealing. You're paying for their rent, not the food. If they put more effort into the menu, this place could be good competition for other restaurants around them.

Nice concept with way more potential and better ingredients and recipes. Not bad, try it out.

Service was quick, food was missing the sauce and unfortunately I wasnt paying attention while it was being made. Tables weren t really clean either. No big deal I still love Freshii.

Not a great place for delivery. The quantity of food is less compared to other freshii and the order is not sent properly .

Fresh and tasty ingredients! The serving staff here is specially nice. I love getting a freshii bowl for lunch, because it's filling and incredibly healthy. Great when you need a boost in the afternoon at work.

Great menu and one of the few healthier options around the downtown core.

Rude/uninterested staff at almost every freshii. They're pretty unfriendly to customers and seem MISERABLE, which just makes it awkward to order. You can almost taste the misery in your food - sometines salads are soggy, sometimes they make mistakes and add the wrong things, sometimes they forget toppings. Freshii seems so overly concerned about the speed in which the employees make food but not so much the quality. Great food is made with love, which the manager and employees dont have enough of. They really need to change their attitudes toward their work. The bad vibe can be felt in the restaurant.

I ordered a bowl and took it back to the office for lunch. Turned out they had given me the wrong one and it had a dressing I had told them was allergic to.

Shoutout to the amazing team at this location that dealt with over 100 customers in 30 mins in such a quick, efficient and graceful manner. I ve been waiting 20 minutes for my food but I don t even care because y all are KILLING it right now and I am so impressed. Thank you for feeding us hungry lunch folk

It's healthy. The staff are quick and friendly. Enough space to sit and eat.

Very excited to see Freshii opening up in Leaside at 45 Wicksteed Avenue.

Not enough sauce and veggie. It's very different from other freshii locations. Disappointed.

Horrible is the only way to describe it. The sweet potato wrap I had was easily the worst sandwich I ve had in 10 years. Don t waste your money.

The presentation is WACK! The bowl are always covered in sauce or guacamole or something! Not all the workere but some are absolutely careless and the portions are inconsistent or less than... I'm going to a different location. I'll come back to see if things change in a year.

I placed $40 worth of food order and called to make sure they understand what i want. I had asked for a grilled chicken wrap (hot) which was clearly mentioned on my ritual order and i called to make a note but when i got back to my work - it was cold and very disgusting. i called the store to replace my order and they rudely said no and to call ritual for a refund. NEVER EVER GOING THERE AGAIN.

Ordered a custom salad today at around 12:30pm. I brought it back to my office, took a bite, and couldn't eat the cold, waterlogged, tasteless chicken since it was absolutely disgusting. The texture and taste seemed like it was cooked a week ago, frozen, then defrosted and dumped in my salad. I can't believe they served me that.

The restaurant's name is Freshii, and this chicken was FAR from fresh. I'd like my money back, and I hope to god I don't get salmonella.

They need to learn how to give proper change, but otherwise it's great!

Good choices of Salads at reasonable prices. There could be better sitting arrangements.

The staff there is so kind and helpful, and prepare your order so fast, i would highly recommend it, The best vegetarian restaurant in downtown and a lots of variety of salads and bowls to choose on

1/ staff are rude and ignorant, asked them about any organic option, they rolled their eyes and said may be only bell peppers are organic ,,,

2/ music way toooo loud, could not place my order without shouting;
(seems like the music was to entertain the staff not for the customers);

3/ salad bowls were stupid, layers of different veggies tightly stacked in a bowl ,,, I could not even mix them without spilling out the veggies at the top ,,, so I ended up eating the salad one layer at a time ,,,, not a good feeling in my mouth when it comes to onion;

4/ for the price they charge, they should be organic

Went there today around 2pm. Ordered Cobb salad with chicken. Got food poisoning. The salad was watery as well.

The food is ok. But what annoyed me is that despite already relatively high prices protean (chicken, beef...) Is extra. They don't tell you that. Instead, they ask what type of protein you want. After I naively selected, they told me the price. Once I got the receipt (which I had to ask for), I saw the add on for protein. If you carefully study the menu, you will see the charge on one of the screens. Of course, I came for a quick lunch, not to study their menu. I don't appreciate being taken advantage of.

I ordered a bamboo bowl with chicken on top and a can of raspberry kombucha for brunch and it was so delicious. I loved the green curry that they threw into the mix. I got a discount because there s a promo going on right now (2 salads for $15), otherwise, I think Freshii s salads are a bit on the pricey end. Everything was made fresh and the staff was super friendly. A customer walked in and complained the app was having glitches as the prices did not reflect what was displayed on the menus. The girl who served me immediately called head office and told them. She was pretty attentive to the customers.

Do not order soups from Freshii. Tasteless. If you are in need or just want some good hot soup, Freshii it is not the place to go. Stick to the bowls, those are decent.

Best place to have a healthy breakfast. Customize your ingredients and they make it and serve quick. Pretty crowded at peak hours. But staff here are super friendly and warm and handle our requests swiftly.

love this place! always so good with fresh ingredients and I love how they shake it all up for you!

No complaints here. Good food. A little bit on the pricier side if you buy lunch everyday.
