Five stars is an understatement for the absolute best car buying experience one could ask for! Where do I start?! I had been in the market for a new Jeep Wrangler for quite a few months and visited numerous dealerships throughout the DMV to no avail. Farrish of Fairfax far exceeded its competitors in price, service, satisfaction and overall experience. I had the pleasure of working with Sales Representative Frankie who walked me through the entire process as a first time buyer. Frankie won me over with his in depth knowledge of jeeps and determination in finding the exact features I desired. This was evident both over the phone and in person both before and after the sale. I gave him my specifications and budget and he exceeded both with no pressuring or haggling necessary. Upon walking into the dealership I was greeted with a smile and great service! Not to mention I was out the door in under an hour with a ton of bonuses. The car was spotless and moreover the experience was unlike any other. Well worth the hour drive!! Thanks to Frankie and the wonderful team at Farrish for making my dreams of owing a 2018 Jeep Wrangler a reality! Run don t walk to Farrish

I brought my truck to farrish to have an odd noise looked at while my truck was still under the factory warranty. I'm not a mechanic but I knew that broken exhaust manifold bolts are a common issue on the truck I have and the noise I was hearing was an exhaust leak, which I told them. I took my truck in twice and was told that their was "nothing wrong". On the third visit I got them to bring a mechanic out to show him what I was talking about. Turns out there were multiple broken exhaust manifold bolts AND a cracked exhaust manifold, after I had been told multiple times their was no issue. This should have been an easy and obvious repair. I went out of my way to take my truck to a different ram dealer recently and had such a positive experience with their service department that I won't ever go back to farrish.

This place has lost all of my respect.. I took my car in for a simple fix and they handed me a laundry list of things that NEEDED to be done right this second and were of course expensive. Half of the list was unnecessary. I decided to check on a few of the other items they deemed essential, just to be told that I was lied to! For instance they claimed that my rear axle fluid was disgusting and had metal shavings in it. I had it changed elsewhere (to save $) and they showed me that the fluid was still like new! On top of that, I asked them to check my warranty to see if any of this work was covered. They informed me that they checked and nothing was covered and that I would just be out over a thousand dollars for the 1 thing I decided to have them do... I took my business to another dodge dealer and LOW AND BEHOLD, my warranty did in fact cover the work needed. Farrish also told me I would need a new radio for like $600-700 Also a lie. Only go here if you like to throw away money and be lied to, because this seems to be the only thing these people are good for. Many other dodge dealers to choose from, go to one of them instead!

Absolutely horrible. I will never even consider this dealership again. Drove over 9+ hours for a car I was told was in immaculate condition. Come to find out, after the long drive for this ONE car, the check engine light was on. Good thing my husband and I carry a scanner with us at all times. The codes were for the camshaft. Basically what makes the pistons in the engine go up and down. So had I not been with my husband and made sure to check, I would ve driven away and had to basically take apart my whole engine to fix. Mind you it s a $900+ job. And to make it worse, the manager and all the mechanics knew exactly what was wrong with it and failed to include it in the sale listing. How people can morally do that to someone is far beyond my imagination.

Moral of this is... always bring a scanner and don t be afraid to tell them that the vehicle is f%$!ed up. Don t settle. EVER.

Mark Jones and his sales manager Kyle are about as good as it gets. I talked to 4 different dealers and Farrish not only had the best deal but they were a pleasure to do business with. I would highly recommend that you give Mark a chance before you finalize a deal anywhere else.

This is my family's 7th purchase from this family dealership. The staff is awesome! Their low key approach is so much more professional. The sales staff, the finance team and the service dept are all courteous and professional. The management team is outstanding. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I had the pleasure of working with Basem Saleh to purchase a used Jeep Renegade on 10/30. The whole deal was very easy and smooth from start to finish. I appreciated the time and attention Basem took over the course of a month-long shopping effort. He was extremely attentive, always responsive and considerate of my time. Once we settled on a vehicle, Basem had the paperwork pre-done so I was in and out of the dealer ship in ~90mins. Highly recommend Basem and the team at Farrish CJDR!

All these Jeeps are either rebadged Fiats or GM clunkers with Fiat engines in em. I can't imagine how many electrical problems I'd get in the first year no thank you. Sales people are pretty nice, but I'd venture to guess that's their job innit?

Edit: The owner replied and mentioned that their vehicles are "trail-rated". Trail-rated is a literally meaningless term. I'd be skeptical taking a Jeep on gravel, much less actually off road. If you want something to compare your vehicles to, perhaps $7000 in a first gen Toyota 4runner with a 4.7:1 transfer case and a lift kit with solid axle leaf springs. Nearly everything on the front line at this dealership would get you laughed out of the entire state of Utah, much less anywhere near Moab.

I was in the market looking for a vehicle for quite some time until I came across Farrish Of Fairfax. I found all of the employees honest & helpful. Especially Augustine Acheampong, he went above and beyond to make sure I left the dealership with the exact car I wanted & feeling like I got the best deal possible. Even after I drove off of the lot, anytime I have called him in regards to my car he has been extremely helpful. Farrish Of Fairfax is the place to buy your new or used car. They have good & competitive prices, are quick, & will bend over backwards to help you out. I would definitely recommend them.

I was looking for a Certified Pre-Owned Ram Promaster City when I came across one posted with this dealership. Mike Maguire was fantastic and worked diligently to get this deal closed for me. I live over 3 hours away and was leaving for a trip across country, but he was able to overnight me the paperwork to the west coast for me to sign and return. I gave a down payment over the phone so when I got home the vehicle was ready and waiting for me. I couldn't be happier with my purchase and highly recommend Mike Maguire!

I have been to many pre-owned dealerships and dealt with many saleswomen and salesman. From the minute I walked in the door, Debbie made me feel at home, comfortable, and confident in my buying process. From car searching, all the way until I got the keys, she was by my side answering any and all questions promptly and with ease. I would recommend Farrish as a dealer, and Debbie as a saleswomen to anyone I know looking for a car!

I've enjoyed doing business here. I purchased my first vehicle from Mohammad. He listened to what I was looking for and helped me choose the right car a beautiful 2006 Toyota Camry. I appreciate his candid no-pressure style. I would (and already have) recommend him to people I know. I will be a return customer, for sure!
Thank you Mohammad!

I must say this was absolutely the best car buying experience ever and we have Carlton Calloway to thank for that! We traveled all the way from New Jersey and left with a 2019 Jeep Cherokee! Carlton was very patience and professional throughout the whole process. If you're in the market for a vehicle I highly recommend that you go see Carlton.

Customer time is not a priority at this dealership...

Customer time is not a priority at this dealership. I tried The Express Lane last time and spent over 3 hours waiting. This time I made an appointment and still spent over 2 hours waiting for an oil change and tire rotation. The national average for oil change/rotation is about an hour per multiple online sources/reviews. If I require service again, I will explore other options.

The staff is friendly, and the waiting area is adequate, but neither offsets the inordinate amount of time spent waiting for service. I arrived 15-20 minutes early for my appointment, so I did not factor that into my overall wait time since it was self-inflicted.

Service department was very friendly. Called in after my Jeep had issues driving down 495 during rush-hour. They weren't able to get me in right then as it was almost closing time, but offered me the option to drop-off overnight, and it would be looked at at 7:30 the next morning. Great communication on what was wrong with the vehicle, quick but thorough diagnostics, and a quick turn around on getting my Jeep back, especially for a Saturday. Definitely recommend!

A friend of mines bought a Jeep from Fefe and referred me to him so that I could buy my own Jeep. I spoke to him on the phone he had great customer service and sounded very professional. I ended up not getting the Jeep because Farrish did not have the color I wanted. I would advice anyone to get in touch with Fefe if they would like to buy a Jeep from Farrish.

Great service. Very friendly and provided clear understandable explanations of what they would do during the service as well as after the service. I would use them again for my Jeep needs.

As most of us know, the car buying experience is stressful. Coupled with the stress of spending so much $$$ is the latent belief that car salesmen / dealers are unethical and are out to screw the consumer. My experience at Farrish, with Shane Nebel and John Grundy in particular, smashed the stereotype to bits. John was cordial, friendly, not overly assertive or pushy. He helped reduce the stress of the purchase to a pleasant experience. Everyone we dealt with at Farrish was friendly and helpful. I would recommend MY Farrish Team to anyone.

After the deal was completed I was called a week later to collect money because the office messed up the payoff quote. They were also unable to get the title and left that work to me to do. A very unpleasant post buying experience. Watch your wallet on the way out the door.

Would not recommend for an oil change. The average wait time is over 1 hour and I waited over 2 which is much longer than most Jeep dealerships I ve been to.
The staff at the service center was talking loudly in the waiting area about drinking and different types of shots they would be taking. This is the closest dealership to my home but I will not be back for my next oil change.

My wife and I came for multiple service visits, and probably gave Farrish more business than they deserved considering the way we were treated.

As new owners of a used Jeep, we wanted to find a reliable Jeep dealer that could get our warranties and parts in order...and most importantly, one that we could trust for future service. We received very poor customer service and a disregard for our time and unique scenario as federal service employees on medevac orders; within 30 days we brought our jeep in 4 times, made 5 visits to the dealership via uber and loan-car trips, and worked with 3 different service team members--all of which showed a lack in communication amongst each other, leading to our recurring visits.

I'm giving them a 2 Stars only because I believe the manager, Mark Johnson, genuinely showed regret for our experience. Unfortunately, Farrish did not do enough to make it up to us and retain our business, and we will not be coming back, nor recommending them to friends.

Highly recommend! Very nice people! Service was fast and easy, they were great at communicating. My only problem was figuring out where to go the first time I went, the property is pretty large. Will definitely go back!

Brought my Cherokee in for an oil change and tire rotation, recently. I was very satisfied with the experience. Nick was my Service Advisor, and the work was finished within an hour on a busy Saturday. Over the years we've bought two Wranglers and a Cherokee from Farrish. Both the purchasing and maintenance of the vehicles have been good experiences.

Out of ALL of the dealerships in Northern VA, this has been the BEST.

The sales associate Mauricio, his manager, David (finance), and Iman (frontdesk) created a truly wonderful, easy, positive and memorable experience. I am incredibly happy with my purchase which I got at the lowest out-the-door price compared to all other dealerships in the area.

I cannot express how grateful I am for how pleasant it was working with Mauricio and Farrish staff, and how easy and comfortable it was. He didn't make an effort to force me to change my mind or convince me to see things a certain way. He understood that I knew what I wanted to buy and wanted to know how Farrish could get me what I wanted.

Car shopping is exhausting, especially for single women, mothers, girls, & elderly. We have to deal with car salesmen (most often male) at some dealerships who knowingly give us a hard time and have a condescending tone, think they can take advantage of us, use every opportunity to throw their weight around, and don't value us or our time.

With Farrish, the Team greets you with warmth, spends as much time as you need to answer your questions, remains transparent/honest and attentive, & are willing to take the time/effort to help you get what you want. The Farrish Team has really good people & dealing with them has been a breath of fresh air!

I bought a used car for my son at Farrish Jeep and had a pleasant experience with our salesman Fefe. Unfortunately, within 3 days, the car started acting up. Took the car back to them and was told it was a transmission issue. They flushed the transmission and it didn't work so they flushed it again. That didn't fix the issue either. I was then told they are sending the car to their GM store where "they will be able to figure out what's wrong with the car".

After having the car going on two weeks, they tell me "they don't know what's wrong with the car and all they will do is buy the car back from me". They absolutely do know what's wrong with the car. It needs a new transmission and they don't want to pay for it. Even though I believe they should be fixing the car, I offered a solution that would basically split the cost of a new transmission. They then offered to sell me a warranty for $1,900 and i could get the car fixed. They then called me back and took back the warranty offer and said all the GM will do is buy the car back. I'm hoping we can come to a mutually agreeable solution without involving Chrysler, the BBB, DMV, Yelp etc. Will absolutely update how this situation is resolved.

Sue Febres made this the best buying experience I've had (and I've had a few!). He pinpointed exactly what we wanted and gave us reasonably good terms. I'll definitely look to do a car purchase with him in the future. Kudos to Farrish for engaging this salesman!

We worked with Debbie Hefty. From the time we walked in the door until we left with our new car she was always willing to help. We first wanted to buy a Jeep Liberty and she had just what we wanted, Unfortunately, it was out for a test drive. Those customer bought it. Debbie was not deterred. She contacted me the next day with a 2004 Acura MDX. After looking it over we decided this would be a wonderful first car for my wife. I cannot say enough about Debbie and the staff at Farrish. If you are looking for a vehicle new or used this is the best place you could go. I have bought many cars over the years and had some bad experiences. This dealership was a pleasure to work with and I was not pressured in anyway to make a decision. My next new vehicle will be purchased from Farrish.

Amazing customer service and assistance. The car buying process is never an easy one but the folks at Farrish Chrysler made the experience go by very smoothly and I was able to get exactly the car I was looking for. Amazing inventory and selection of vehicles as well.

We checked around for months looking for a 2013 Ram 2500 Powerwagon. We contacted many other dealerships, however, no one was as prompt, upfront and accommodating as Stacie Wakefield at Farrish. One dealership even told us that they wouldn't sell a truck over the phone. We worked with Stacie and Terry and we basically purchased the vehicle over the phone and then drove 6 hours one way to complete the transaction. They were true to their word and gave us a reasonable amount for our trade as well as a great price on our new truck. We would recommend Stacie at Farrish to anyone looking for a great price and an even greater professional and caring salesperson. It's worth the drive.
Thanks,
Ken & Tawni Sipple

I had no idea about Jeep, the only reason I got my first Jeep at 2017 was Mr.Colbert. His great customer service with sincerity brought us to Chrysler and I got my first Jeep with his recommendation. I was very happy with the car and the customer service. When my lease ended, l called Mr. Colbert he was at Farrish Jeep, l went to meet him and get consultation about my next car. My lease had three months left the introduced me to Mr. Falak man, he was treating me as my son! when l came out of Farrish Jeep at Fairfax we were driving our new jeeps with my daughter
I have not meet Mr.Farrish, but l believe he has strong leadership expertise that had gathered the best team at his center. I Love my Jeep and all it's supporting team.

I wouldn't do business with this dealership if they'd try to give me a vehicle. Very unprofessional and arrogant. They won't even try to match another dealers price quote. Horrible communication and shady manager. Stay away!

It was a pleasure doing business with Gus (Sales) and Frankie (Finance). They were both friendly and knowledgeable. Gus helped us get the exact vehicle we wanted, and Frankie helped us choose the best financing option for us.

Gus very thoroughly went through all the options of the vehicle as well as taking us step by step using all of the technology. He helped me set up my preferences for the ride home. He was never pushy; he never tried to persuade us to get features we were not interested in.

This place is bulls*t. I know for a fact that they took in a trade from my friend at MUCH lower price and when I offered them a price (with bit profits) they refused and said the online price listed is the price they are selling - which is $4,000 OVER the trade-in price.

I had a phenomenal experience with Farrish CJD. Stacie Wakefield and Terry Fant were great to work with and there was never any pressure to buy and they answered all of my questions. I had test drove a 2015 Charger SRT 392 in Ivory Tri-coat Pearl on a Monday and planned to return with my wife and kids that Saturday. At this point other dealers would have pushed to sell the car or ask that a deposit (non-refundable) be placed on the car. Not Stacie or Terry. They were very understanding and wanted to ensure the vehicle was right for my family. Unfortunately, the car sold late Friday night but we were able to test drive another 2015 Charger SRT 392 in Redline Tri-coat Pearl on the lot. After the drive Terry did try to locate another Ivory Tri-coat Pearl within a 500 mile radius as we didn't like the Red. They found one but it was not fully loaded as the original SRT I drove. So, they said they could order me one but based on their experience it would take about two months to build plus the plant closes for the Christmas holiday. After discussing it with my wife I ordered a fully loaded 2016 Dodge Charger SRT 392 in Ivory Tri-coat Pearl at the same great price as the 2015 that got away on 12/1 and it arrived at the dealership on 12/29! Unbeknownst to me they had contacted someone at Dodge HQ (?) to see if they could get my build fast tracked as they felt bad that the car I wanted had sold. They couldn't believe their contact was able to get it through so quickly. This shows that they truly care about their customers and our willing to go the extra mile for them. I even had a great experience with the finance person (Nayel Awar) who was able to beat my credit union rate (which I was pre-approved for), explained all the different options they offered, answered all of my questions, and got us through all the paperwork quickly and thoroughly. We were done in less than 20 minutes which is unheard! I'm very happy with my purchase and will buy from Stacie and Terry at Farrish again when I'm in the market for another vehicle.

I came looking to possibly buy a vehicle and left with the perfect Grand Cherokee Limited. Kudos to Ed Hashimi for talking with me, answering my questions, and listening to what I wanted. I couldn't be happier with the transaction. Farrish is a great dealership--the talk about the "Farrish family" is true.

I bought my Jeep Cherokee in 2015 and just got a new 2019 model. The service at Farrish has been the best ever to the point that I don t even go to other Jeep Dealerships. Excellent car buying experience. Great customer service, a fair deal and a helpful sales team. My 2nd purchase from an FCA dealer in the last year. They have a good system, relatively low pressure and pretty much stress free experience. I highly recommend Farrish if you seek one of their car brands. Mohammed was outstanding remaining very patient and helpful as I narrowed the field of potential vehicles down to the one I purchased.

Incredible customer support and interactions. Very professional with no games. Just bought my 2018 Jeep Rubicon JL from Farrish and had an absolutely pleasant experience. They treat you with the thought in mind that this is a large purchase. I have had terrible experiences in the past at other local dealers so this was refreshing. Rome and Sales Manager John Choi are all about treating the customer like a real person. Well done!

We drove over to Farrish at 6:30 one evening after having been to the Toyota dealer looking at a 4-Runner (and liking it a lot). We had bought our first Jeep from Farrish in 1989 and kept it for 22 years!! We had contacted Farrish earlier in the day and said we were coming - talked with Frank. When we got there, Frank was busy with another customer, but other folks were extremely helpful, found the car in which we had been interested, got it ready for us to test-drive and off we went. I was very impressed with the way they helped each other at the dealership - no competition for sales, just helpful to the customer!! We drove the car on 66, the Beltway, and all around Fairfax. I had come into the dealership not liking the Grand Cherokee (really wanted the Toyota), but after driving the Jeep, I was sold. It had extremely responsive
handling - completely sold me. I loved driving it, so we decided to buy it. I just have to say that both Frank (our salesperson) and Matt, the business person were extremely helpful and competent. We did not want to be pressured to buy things we did not want and we were not - they were very respectful!! We got out of there, with our new Jeep by 8:45pm. Unheard of. So awesome!! Matt and Frank were great!!!

Farrish Jeep, and the team there provided great service, and had exactly what I wanted in a new vehicle. Terry is knowledgeable, drives a Jeep himself, and tries hard to make you happy. I find it really hard to give the 'Great' price until I find a brand new Jeep I can drive away for free and if Terry could find a way to do that I m sure he could work it out.

I highly recommend paying a visit to Farrish, and talking with Terry. You will be treated well and you will be happy with the vehicle you drive away in, and continue to be happy for years to come.

We purchased a used Ram from Sue (Josue) in May. He was incredibly friendly and very easy to work with. Sue answered our questions and worked with us to get our old vehicle traded in and reach a fair price on the new truck. The truck has been great so far and we are very pleased with our purchase. Sue deserves 5 stars, for sure!

The dealership deserves 3 stars. The only thing we were disappointed with (which is a reflection of the dealership and NOT Sue) was how long it took to drop off our trade-in. What should have taken only a few minutes turned into hours and hours of sitting in the dealership waiting for them to take off the license plates. The plates were apparently held on with screws commonly used on Lexus vehicles and no one in the entire dealership had anything that could remove them. It was very surprising and disappointing that no one, including their service department, had anything that could remove them. Furthermore, they left it completely up to Sue to go to the local Home Depot (which is literally across the street) to purchase his own equipment to remove the plates. He already had a full day of customers to work with and really didn't have the time to go drive to the store and buy the necessary tool (which we know because we sat there watching him running around trying to help everyone). As we continued to sit there for 3+ hours, it was disappointing to look around the floor at all the other people who were not assisting customers and could have offered to help him (and us) not do anything to help a coworker and client. Finally, Sue was able to get the tool and it took him about 2 minutes to remove the screws and hand us the plates so we could leave make the 90 minute drive home. We loved working with Sue but were not impressed by the rest of the dealership.

I just bought a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Debbie Hefty. She was a real pleasure to work with: professional, friendly, and not your typical "used car salesman." I would recommend her to friends in a heartbeat. Matt, the guy who does all your sales paperwork, financing, and warranty, is also great. I love my car and am so happy that I went with a Jeep over the Hyundai I was looking at. There's just something about a Jeep.

My only complaint is that after I finished buying the car, and went to retrieve my keys, I was dismayed to learn that my car came with only one key. I was informed I could buy one from the parts department. $300?? When you buy an entire car (and not a cheap one, mind you), is it really too much to ask for the dealer to throw in a second key so you have a spare? I think that speaks volumes about the management that when the car was traded in, it wasn't dealership policy to create a second key and sell it with the car. A little thing in the grand scheme of life, but really left me with mixed emotions about the dealership itself.

I was very pleased with the fast and high quality work that was done on my bmw. Not only was my paint job perfect but Kyle, the quality control manager went the extra mile and buffed a scratch out of my driver side door for free (it had nothing to do with the original damage to the vehicle). He also made sure to order me a new weather stripping for my door because I had a large rip in it. That also had nothing to do with the original damage and I may not have noticed if he didn t bring it to my attention. I highly recommend this shop for anyone who wants fast quality work!

I took my Jeep GC there for a warranty dash replacement in March 2020 and upon picking it up there were multiple other things wrong with my vehicle. After numerous inconveniencing visits back and forth to the dealership my car was finally done. I asked if they could do something such as a detail and all weather floormats for my inconvenience but they told me that them fixing my car should have been good enough for me. Mark Johnson (Service Manager) avoided me until I went and tried to speak to the GM of the dealership. When Mark appeared he started yelling at my and told me that he spent $700 fixing my car (which was his technicians fault). The dealership refused to do anything for me because I told them I would tell all my Jeep buddies about my experience, so I contacted the dealership President/Owner Kevin Farrish. Kevin replied back to my email and threatened to sue me for defamation because of the reviews which I had posted. I have stayed silent for 4-5 months but there is a truth behind this dealership.
I will not stay silent about my experience and I will not be threatened .
