Frankie Cox was an excellent sales person. Took time to understand what I wanted and worked hard to get the car I wanted. Great customer service. Will work with her again in the future when I need a new car.

It was a pleasure purchasing a car from Ramon at Farrish. I found the exact car that I wanted online with their easy to use search function then visited the dealership to trade mine in. After arriving, they test drove my car while I test drove the new vehicle. The trade in value of my car was more than fair and the deal was done in about an hour. I love my new Chrysler and will absolutely go back to Farrish when I'm looking for another vehicle.
Wonderful experience. I worked with Dan in sales and David in finance. They were so wonderful right from the beginning. Dan texted back and forth with me over several Jeep Wrangler options before I even walked in the door. Then he and David both sat down with me and showed me every option available that met my needs until the dealership closed on a Thursday night. Dan followed up with a long text explaining how much he truly cares about the dealership and would do anything for his customers including personally picking them up if their car breaks down, etc. They both just made it a really personal experience. Neither of them talked down to me or tried to talk me into a car i didn't actually want, as many other dealerships tend to do. Instead, they looked at what they already had in inventory and discussed ways they could modify their inventory to meet my needs and negotiated with me for several days. They really truly do care about making the customer happy and feeling welcome and taken care of. I give my highest recommendation and commendation to this family business. It was the best dealership experience I have ever had, and I look forward to going back to see them for service and accessories.
Sam Rosa made this experience hassle free (even from out of state). Everything was up front and honest throughout the entire process. The staff to include the sales and finance managers were extremely personable and helpful as well. I would definitely recommend Sam in the Future.
I went in for a batter replacement. I made an appointment. I was told that It was going to take a couple of hours, so I decided to go to a nearby restaurant to kill some time. After about 2 hours, I got back and they told me they were still waiting for my battery to recharge since the lease denied the replacement (whatever that means). After more than hour of waiting, they told me that they weren t able to recharge the battery and they had to pick up another battery from another dealership. 2 more hours passed.... and I asked them if it was ready and then they finally said yes. Something that should ve took 2 hours took 6 hours. I felt like it should ve been handled better.
I think this is one of the best dealerships around. I have purchased 2 vehicles from them as well as used their service department and their body shop. Every experience was positive and professional. They have a great selection of Jeep, Dodge, Ram and Chryslers. Always great attitudes plus you don t feel like you are getting taken advantage of. Check them out.
Great people Greater customer service! Honest salesman Faraz Has been a great help from weeks before purchasing my car and to this day after almost 6 months from purchasing my car. I have purchased many cars and always fear dealerships because I have worked in one. Over here I felt safe cause they're an open book, there was no hidden fees with Farrish! all honest prices and great customer service with great deals.
We went down to Farrish in Fairfax and worked with Mo. Absolute pleasure working with Mo and the team down there! Highly recommended going with them if you re in the market.
I had an amazing experience, everyone was so kind and thoughtful! I hope my friends/family never get into a fender bender but if they do, I would definitely recommend them to my friends and use them again! They even washed my car when I got it back!!!! Thank you so much!
This is my second vehicle I bought from them. 5 years ago I bought a brand new Jeep Wrangler unlimited and the manager and sales guy were both great and made a deal work that took some creativity. They made me feel like a valued customer so when I decided to get another vehicle I reached out to them, not to mention I ve always taken my vehicle there for maintenance and their service team is just as great. After finding out the manager and sales guy I worked with many years ago were no longer there, I was set up to work with Mark Jones. I can say 100% he lived up to the dealership standard I had grown accustomed to. He was honest and to the point. He was able to set an appointment for me the next day on my time. There was no pressure at all. When I arrived for my appointment, he had everything ready and handed me the keys to go test drive by myself. Came back and decided to buy it. I was pre-approved so I didn t have a chance to work with their finance team. But due to the preparation from Mark Jones I was out of there, all paperwork done, keys in hand, in about 30 minutes after the test drive. Everything was no pressure and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. I can t recommend them enough!
Great place to service your Jeep. My service advisor, Hunter Biggs, was very professional, knowledgable, and followed up with me on all the details of my service. They took care of my Jeep issues and pro-actively performed all the outstanding TSBs. Highly recommend this place to have your serviced.
Overall decent experience. Wireless in lounge could be a little more stable. Had to ask them to restart the router. Also have free upgraded car washes but had to have them armor all the tires as they forgot.
These people are professionals!! I have been in this dealer two times within the last two years and every time I had a great experience. They are polite and try their best to help with your needs and situation! Highly RECOMMENDED!!
I was in on october 30th and bought a jeep Cherokee with Faraz. I was very happy with the service he provided. He helped me get exactly what i wanted and couldnt be happier. I have recommended my mom who also bought a vehicle from Faraz and now my sister, and will keep recommending people to him. Dealerships should hire more people like Faraz who are kind, patient, not pushy, and who actually care about their customers.
I had a great experience at Farrish buying my new 2013 Grand Cherokee! I had originally planned to use the United Buying Service (UBS) discount price to purchase the vehicle but Farrish had a much better deal online at their website and so I took them up on it. Sales Associate Richard May was the best! Very knowledgeable and very helpful, he made things go smoothly in the buying and new car orientation process. FYI, this is the 2nd Jeep I have bought from Farrish. I and was so pleased with my first deal (on a 2002 Jeep Liberty) and the years of good service I've had with them that I went back to buy my second Jeep. I have no hesitation recommending Farrish for both sales and service!
I purchased a new work vehicle from this dealership. The salesperson Aimee was a pleasure to deal with during every step of the buying process. She is knowledgeable about the vehicles she sells and listens to the needs of her customers. I recommend Farrish & Aimee to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle!
This dealership exceeded my expectations to say the least! From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted promptly and courteously by the manager Oscar who welcomed us to the dealership and took us to meet our salesperson Gerry Hebron. Gerry was not only very knowledgeable and able to answer all of our questions but had a truly cheerful and infectious personality...we really lucked out to have him as our salesperson. Nayel the Finance Manager, was magnificent as well, he made the tedious process of buying a car as smooth as possible and did everything in his power to make sure we were getting the very best service. Needless to say...I am sold on this dealership and their exceptional professionalism and amazing customer service. Farrish of Fairfax is officially my go to for any of my family members car needs. Thank you to the whole team, you all are amazing!!
As a family of two turning into three, we went in search of a more realistic vehicle with upgraded safety and technology for our growing family which also includes two dogs and a cat. Although it was hard for me to say good bye to my first real car, we worked with salesman John Grundy who was great. Knowing our situation, he did not pressure us into anything and was extremely patient with the indecisive nature of should we really be doing this. In the end, he was able to get us exactly what we were looking for and a little more keeping us under our budget. Thank you so much John! We will definitely be back to see you in the future, but remember, there is no way I am ever driving a van!
I have been a regular customer for two yrs. But a recent experience with the Service Department being charged for work not being done will keep me from ever returning to service my vehicle.
Excellent service. Extremely friendly. Upfront with pricing. John Grundy was extremely easy-going and was determined to make sure I was satisfied in my decision, even very willing to search for, or special order, a vehicle if it wasn't on the lot. I would highly recommend Farrish Chrysler Jeep Dodge if you are looking for excellent quality and service.
The clear protective coating was starting to peel off the hood of my 2008 Subaru Forester, Kyle at Farrish Chrystal Jerp Dodge Auto Body did an outstanding job. My Forester has a beautiful coat of paint, and looks new. I have always received excellent service at Farrish.
Came in with a recall issue expecting to go back to work and pickup later in the afternoon. To my pleasant surprise. He said he could wrap it up in 45 minutes. 43 minutes later we were wrapped up!
Good communication, from scheduling to expectation setting to execution.
Top notch dealership and service department. Service consultant was very thorough. Technician provided a vehicle inspection at no additional charge to identify any potential future issues. Very pleasant experience from start to finish.
I guess I am kind of jaded because they ripped me off and I let them. I just have to let others know what to expect if you should purchase a car from here. First off if you are military don't wear your uniform to this place it doesn't help you at all, as a matter of fact I think that it works against you. Second don't fall for the whole "sure I will discount you to this price." They have no intention of giving you a square deal you are a mark to them. I unfortunately traded in a 2017 Pacifica with under 10000 miles on it, on kelly blue book the trade in value was 29000 at a dealership, they offered me 24000 plus they wanted me to cover 2000 in "re-conditioning fees." You will figure out pretty quick that they only want to stick their hands in your pocket and rob you blind. Third of course every little fee or additional cost they can stick you with you will get. I thought car dealers in Georgia were shady. In the end I should have brought my business elsewhere but was stuck with Farrish because they were the only dealer that had the car my wife wanted. I could go on but I think that I hit all the salient points. In an effort to save more government and service members from getting fleeced I am considering submitting a recommendation to put Farrish on the black list for personnel in the DC area.
Johnny was fantastic to work with! This is the first time I ve ever felt like a sales guy was working with me, as opposed to sparring with me, when buying a car. Really appreciate the laid back experience, especially with all that s going on.
I worked with FeFe and I found this Jeep on autotrader. I called him the day before we confirmed it was there and I got there, they gave me what I wanted for my trade in, he showed me everything on the new Jeep. I got my finances in order and I drove him with a great new White Wrangler. I've been looking for this car for a year or two and with the price they had it and the deal I was able to get I had get it. Well worth the drive in my opinion.
Our daughter, living in Fairfax was having trouble with our 2014 Jeep Wrangler. We purchased it & have always had it serviced at Safford Jeep/Doge in Fredericksburg. Not being familiar with Jeep dealerships in Fairfax, we googled them. After reading the reviews for Farrish & the close proximity to her apartment we called Farrish. Our service adviser Kenny, was amazing throughout the entire process. He had the Jeep picked up from her apartment. He was in constant contact with us via text. We felt the diagnosis process was timely and fairly priced. The additional services we chose to have done, all were completed within a few days. The Jeep was picked up on a Friday & returned on Tuesday. When service was complete, they delivered the Jeep back. We were offered a loner car, but it wasn t needed. The only other thing they maybe could have done was wash the Jeep before they returned it. We would highly recommend Farrish At Fairfax & Kenny our service adviser.
Had an excellent experience today at Farrish with Gus helping us. Purchased a GMC Canyon Denali in a record 90 minutes. That includes test drive. Special thanks to Gus and Sanya for guiding us through the process. Would definitely buy from farrish, Fairfax, again.
I've bought a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited and a Ram 2500 from Chris Davis and both times it was a great experience. Chris took all my information over the phone and internet and put together a solid deal before I even walked in. My trades were all taken at a great value and the finance department worked hard to ensure all taxes were paid appropriately since I registered them out of state. Overall a great experience, and will deffinetelly buy again when the time comes.
Even though there were several Chrysler dealerships nearer to our home, we saw on the internet that Farrish had more convertibles in stock than most. Terry was very knowledgeable, and helpful to us, with the purchase of our 200 convertible. He was honest, and personable, while also being professional in dealing with our negotiations of our new car. Even after our purchase, he helped us learn the new features of our car, and aided in the trade in of my old Sebring.
John in Finance was also knowledgeable about his position and quickly helped us with all the necessary paperwork, so we were able to take our new car home the same day.
Both Terry and John, were very likeable individuals, making the purchase of my wonderful new convertible an even better experience. We would definitely recommend Farrish, Terry and John in the future.
The experience of buying my new Jeep at Farrish was phenomenal. Kind, patient sales team who took my needs seriously. I would absolutely recommend this dealership!
Do your home work and learn the true value of the car you're going for at this dealership people!!! otherwise you're going to get ripped off big time. Big time that for the car i went for, i was given a final price after a serious negotiation, the price came out as roughly 7k to 9k dollars more expensive than the other official Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram dealership... imagine, you trust them and finalize the deal simply based on their fake, bait, in house screen directing to your face and say "This is the MSRP of the car and here's the price we're offering you as...You're doomed!".
Great location, efficient and friendly service department, web payment option - overall great experience. Marcus in service department did a great job. My Pacifica Hybrid Limited is Happy !
Very nice team, but very expensive and unable to answer basic questions about our soft top in the service department, which is kind of odd considering that they only deal with, you know, Jeeps.
If you take a look at my reviews, a good chunk are super positive, full of life and energy. However, it will not happen this time as I am extremely disappointed with an outcome that could off been prevented by Farrish at Fairfax.
I am covering all angles to remain unbiased with my review and provide as much transparency for understanding. My review is completely with the handling of the situation and not the car itself.
We went in super excited about getting our first American made vehicle leasing a 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee. We had no issues with our credit and put down a significant amount as serious buyers, so, our deal went smoothly with the financial manager and nothing out of the ordinary and closed on the contract with no issues the same day and we left happy.
"No issues with the 2015 Grand Cherokee for three years we were extremely satisfied.
On March 2018 three years later, it was time for us to turn in the vehicle and because we love the Grand Cherokee so much we decided to upgrade. We met with Mr. Floyd Bui, who was the Leasing Manager at the time and walked us through the entire sale. The turned-in vehicle was turned in a day early but it was a couple miles over what we were authorized, understanding this, Mr. Floyd explained that because we were remaining loyal with our business to Farrish and leasing a brand new 2018 Grand Cherokee (at the time) we were good to go. The over mileage was included in the deal. We left with a brand new 2018 Grand Cherokee.
A month after, in April 2018 we received a delinquency notice from Ally Financial stating that we were overdue on a balance of $1,657.00 for Excess mileage, Extension Charges, and Personal Property Taxes. We immediately reached out to Mr. Floyd via voicemail with no success and we continued to reach out to him with no success until September 2018 where he responded and stated he was going to send our email to his Manager and that the Manager was going to call us back and call Ally financial. Never did we get a call from the Manager or even a call back from Mr. Floyd.
In February 2019, we received a notification that Ally Financial had processed two different delinquency notices which affected my spouse's credit report. On February 20, 2018, I immediately sent an email to Mr. Floyd so that he can rectify the situation with no response, so I called five different numbers until I was able to get in contact with someone who told me the Mr. Floyd, the Leasing Manager, was no longer working there and that he had quit. The individual I spoke to on the phone gave me Mr. Floyd's personal number and after calling him three times consecutively he finally picked and told me that he had quit and it was no longer his problem, I had to reach back to the dealership. As an act of desperation the same day I reached back via email to Mr. Farrish himself with no response in return.
On March 6, 2019 I found the contact information to the General Manager Mr. Ralph Perkins who responded a couple of hours later asking if we can talk the next day, and, he was good with setting the conference call to 1400. On March 7th, my spouse Cristine spoke to Mr. Perkins and explained the situation and also expressed that we were in the process of obtaining a loan and that these delinquencies could impact our approval. Mr. Perkins seemed really understanding and listened to all the information given; stating that he would check into the actual contract that we submitted and call us the next day with more details. On March 16th, I sent a friendly follow-up because we haven't heard anything back. Finally, I want to add that all documents of notices and detail of what's owe was sent on the initial and any follow up email thereafter.
As off now March 18th, 2019 @ 6:04pm, we are still sitting on a debt of $1,657.00 which is currently in collections and two delinquencies on all the credit bureau on my spouse's record.
Love the car, worst service....I got my new car this month and got a sevice job on monday about repaint from what i got from their service and broken rear light. No one called me about the vehicle and i called them back monday, tuesday, wednesday, and thursday to ask how long it will take to be done, and still did not have a chance to talk to them (left four messages). I dont know whats going on with my car now. Cars running great, customer services are not recommended.
Fixed the problem immediately, when other shops couldn't figure out the problem. Hunter was wonderful to work with. We will be back for all our regular maintenance going forward. Thanks!
I had a horrible experience with Koons in Vienna, so I called this place and they were extremely polite and knowledgeable from the moment we started conversing. I set an appointment and they resolved my issue in less than an hour. I dealt directly with Hunter and he was phenomenal. He s very courteous and personable. Even the mechanics were great people. I will be using this place from now on. I highly recommend.
I called the dealer to have a salesman email three jeep window stickers to me so I could compare them for the options I want. For whatever reason I could not access the window stickers from my computer. I'm still waiting of the info. They must not want to sell a vehicle too bad.
Amazing service. Very informative an patient with everything. Great team all around everyone was super easy going an helpful. Couldn't be happier with how everything turned out, an leaving with the vehicle I wanted.
Would give zero stars if possible. Went there due to usaa recommendation. Got offerred $6k less than anywhere else for our trade. No thanks. Go to Koons.
This was the MOST PLEASANT and PROFESSIONAL repair service I've encountered when it comes to getting my car serviced through the Jeep Dealership. Mike Doonis was wonderful and patient. He took the time to break down costs, options, explanations, and alternatives when it came to fixing my car. I left not only satisfied with the repair on my Jeep, but also knowledgeable about where my money was going and why. 10/10 recommend this place. I will definitely go back for future repairs.
We had a great experience with Chris and Farrish. The process was easy, we got the best price and exact car we wanted. They accommodated two trade ins for one car and held their promise that financial paperwork would be quick and painless (10 minutes of signing). Would highly recommend
Don't go to this dealership because they just waste people's time by advertising lower prices on web and when you go to take a look at the car then they rise its price three times than the actual value of the car. I saw the price of a car which was $16,901 as per the ad on internet. When I test drove and everything, their sales man Oscar, instead of negotiating he raised price 3 times than its market value, when I confront the price and tell him the online price he started to make lame excuses like, Taxes and Tag Fees this and that. Horrible sales man, very unprofessional
Love and hate. I start making appointment of service here for my Grand Cherokee since 2013. I am satisfying with their services and they always give me detailed explanation about the condition of my car. But everything changes since last service. I tried to make appointment and they refused my request and ask me to come directly. After they said they "started" working on my car, I waited for THE WHOLE MORNING (9a.m. - 1p.m), until they told me my service hasn't started yet... They tell me they make a reservation for me and I refused. Weeks later, when I tried to make an appointment for my 30k miles service, the service agent told me by phone. She said: " We never have appointment for service, just come directly, no matter you do oil change or other services. " At the same time, I find that they have a appointment page on the website. Farrish used to make me feel like there is a dealership can do service as good as sales. And now it also makes me feel like, no, there isn't exist a dealer like that. 5 stars for the love part, -3 for disappointment.
Hash was extremely friendly and very knowledgable of the vehicle I was purchasing. Everything went smoothly from the time we arrived, to application process which they was able to beat my credit unions interest rate, til the time I left. while I was in finance the vehicle was being detailed and filled up with fuel so she was ready to go when I was. First time ever, I was in and out of a dealership in 2 1/2 hours, which I think is great! I would definitely buy from them again and make referrals!
I was barely communicated with about the status of my car. I did have a rental for two weeks. When I picked my car back up Pembrooke never even explained to me what went wrong with the vehicle in the first place. My console where the gear shift was located was not put back on properly. I had to remove it myself and clicked it on praying I didn't break it. I asked for a car wash and vacuum but when I picked up the car there were the same crumbs on the floor in which I left the car with. I could've saved $17 and done it myself. Had better service in the past but not this time for sure.
I was on the hunt for a 2015 Tahoe LT, and I live 40 minutes north of Philadelphia. I was dealing with a local dealer and had a horrible experience. After that I ended up searching the entire region for my Tahoe. I came across a listing on New Years Eve, and submitted an online inquiry about the truck. To my surprise soon after that inquiry, I got a reply from Debbie on New years Eve. We communicated a few times that evening, and on New Years days she made the effort to take photos of the truck w/ her phone and send them to me because there were none online. We communicated off and one after that, and I honestly continued to search for a truck that was closer to me. After having two more poor experiences with local dealers, I started to focus on the fact that I was getting exceptional customer service from Debbie and what I wanted was sitting on her lot. We cleared up a few more questions, and I grabbed a train from Philadelphia to Fairfax, Va. In the end Debbie picked me up at the train station in my Tahoe, She had all the docs ready for me, she got me a superior interest rate to what we had hoped for and I drove home with the truck I wanted. Farrish seemed like a good organization, but the only reason I made that trip was because Debbie Hefty when over and above to assist me.
Fast and friendly service, and everyone on the team was patient in helping me through the process of buying my first car, especially Pepyno Katende who was our direct sales rep! He helped ensure I was driving home with my dream car!
I inquired about a Ram truck, and worked with Wayne Witherspoon over the phone and by email. He was polite, attentive, and thorough. I ended finding the truck I wanted closer to my home, but really appreciated the interaction with Wayne and the new car sales team. Thank you.
Frank was my salesman. He listened to what I wanted in a Jeep and delivered. Even when I seemed hesitant on the options in the Jeep that was chosen he looked through his inventory until a vehicle was found that made me happy. And the follow up that he gave me after I left the showroom was exceptional.
The showroom manager Spencer and the finance manager Floyd are top notch. They both worked my deal until I was happy with the final numbers. I have never had a dealership pay me as much attention as these two did. Walking into Farrish I feel like part of the family. Everyone seems to know me by name and welcomes me with smiles and hugs.
Prior to working with the folks at Farrish Jeep we were Chevy owners. We have since transitioned to Jeep owners and haven t looked back.
If you are looking for a vehicle and want top notch service ask for Spencer, Frank and Floyd. They will take care of you. I promise!!!
My experience with Farrish was excellent! Sue and David were exceptional with all of my questions and I could not be happier with my used Jeep Wrangler Sahara! Definitely visit Farrish as they make the buying experience seamless and stress-free. Thank you Farrish!
I've driven many different vehicles; so I've had an opportunity to experience customer service from many car companies. And I will concede that all vehicles may have issues from time to time. It's the manner in which you service your customer that differentiates you from your competition. Farrish's service to date has been incredible lacking. Communication is the basis for great customer service. And when you have to initiate every call to try to ascertain a status of your vehicle, that is not communication. I've called my service adviser 5 times and he has yet to return a call. I only spoke to him once, and that's when I happened to call and he picked up. He was not apologetic of the fact that he never called me back. Nor was he apologetic that he had my vehicle for 5 hours and they had not done anything yet. I am not sure if this lack of consideration is because the vehicle is under warranty and they do not make money from fixing it? At this point it doesn't even matter to me and I will never return to this dealership for service. I can only give them advice. A customer's time is just as our even more important than your time. They are the basis for your business' continued success, and if you continue to treat them with no respect or consideration, then sooner or later it will have an effect on your bottom line.
Mark Jones was my sale rep and was very thorough and patient with me during the process. When I initially met with Mark I was looking for a used Jeep but he took the time to show me the new Jeep models. This extra step he took plus being able to identify my 'wants' and address all my concerns made me feel good about buying the Jeep from Mark at Farrish Jeep. Thanks Mark!
Went to go see Lance Cote on 1/09/15 to buy Toyota 4Runner that I saw online. Let me just say that this was hands down the best car buying experience I have ever had. The negotiations took less than 5 minutes. I made an offer, they countered, I countered and I we closed the deal. If you are in the market for a Jeep, Chrysler or Dodge you have to check them out and see Lance. Many thanks to Walter G (manager) Matt Thompson (finance manager) and Lance Cote as I got the car I wanted at the price I wanted.
I had a very pleasant experience with this dealership. My Salesman, Floyd was very knowledgeable about the car and gave me great information. We had a little power struggle with the price but overall both parties walked away happy. When it came to financing, I already had a check from my Credit Union...The Finance Manager, Youn was able to beat the rate I had by 1.25% In less than 15 minutes. By the time I was done with Finance my Car was clean and ready to go....the Floyd helped me setup my phone and walk through "my laptop on wheels". Everyone I spoke to even the receptionist was very nice to me and told me how happy they were for me..which made me feel special! If you want to feel special when you buy your car...go to Farrish!
Pleasant buying experience! Professional dealership and staff, My salesman Fefe was very helpful. The staff didn t drag the process on for hours as some dealerships do. Very pleased with my purchase.
This review is for Sue (Josue) the salesman. Although I didn't end up buying a Jeep from Farrish I had the pleasure of being able to work with Sue who is a stand up guy. I typically cringe at having to go to a dealership and talk with the the sales team as a mandatory process to purchase cars however Sue was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and overall someone you felt like had your best interest first. Most importantly he acted like another human being just wanting to lend a helping hand. In the past ten years, I've purchased ten new vehicles (expensive hobby) so I feel like I have a good amount of experience to be used for comparison.
If you're considering purchasing a car from Farrish Jeep/Dodge/Chrysler, ask for Sue to be your salesman. I know he'll be a valuable resource to others and in this day and age that deserves some recognition.
Excellent service that was tailored to my needs and completed quickly. Mark Jones made my car buying experience actually enjoyable. He is professional, knowledgeable and truly pays attention to what the client is looking for in a vehicle.
Pembroke, service writer, takes personal interest in making sure that everything is done correctly. And, makes sure that your car is attended to promptly. I would recommend Farrish service.
Farrish Auto Body was very professional from the beginning to the end of my repair. The estimate was done very quickly. Farrish posted it immediately to my Insurance Company, and I had approval from the Insurer within a day. The check arrived within four days. The repair was expeditious. When I arrived to pickup my vehicle, the paperwork took less than five minutes, and my vehicle was delivered before the paperwork was completed. The Farrish mechanic gave me a thorough briefing on the damage and repair. I was on my way very quickly. All Farrish personnel, from estimator to administration to repair and briefing were outstanding and most courteous. It is easy to see why USAA places so much confidence and trust in Farrish, a first class business from top to bottom.
Service experience: I have been taking my car to Farrish Service Dept. since I bought it in 2016. Every single person in the Service Dept. are FANTASTIC! Today I had the pleasure of having Rick pick my car up at my home to take it in for follow-up service. Jeff Hanna had worked with me to provide me this option and ensured the work on my car would be handled quickly but I didn't have to wait in the lounge! Andrew Morris was the service person in charge of my car once it arrived at Farrish. He kept me updated throughout the morning, sent me a link to pay online, which was simple and efficient, then Rick returned my car and provided me with a receipt and keys. I always HIGHLY RECOMMEND Farrish, but this new COVID way of doing business is simply OUTSTANDING. Everyone should take their cars to Farrish. They are the absolutely best. 10 stars!!!
Best car buying experience. EVER. I had an appointment with David Rawlings who I highly recommend. For the record, I used USAA buying service, had researched exactly the car I wanted, read reviews, looked at dealer ratings, was prepped with financing, trade-in appraisal from CarMax, etc.) David went through information on the Jeep. I told him lets talk numbers. He took my USAA/TrueCar information, went and talked to John Grundy and came back with an amazing deal! They also paid me the CarMax appraisal with no questions asked. David introduced me again to John Grundy - excellent manager who really listed to me. Then I was introduced to Alex Eslamipour, Finance Manager. No pressure from any of the gentlemen. They listened to my (ridiculous) questions and comments and provided guidance on what they would suggest. Again, I NEVER FELT ANY PRESSURE. I was there several hours, but only because I asked a million questions and asked for copies of all paperwork :-) . I STRONGLY RECOMMEND FARRISH AS THE PLACE TO BUY YOUR CAR. Go see David, John and Alex.
My wife and I bought a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Farrish and were initially pleased with the transaction. My wife was pregnant with our first daughter and we wanted a trustworthy vehicle to cart around in. Anyways, I recently took the vehicle to a local Car Max to get the vehicle appraised and I was surprised to learn that Farrish Jeep sold us a Lemon from New Jersey. Car Max explained to me that what some Virginia dealers, (in this case Farrish), do is buy vehicles at auction in New Jersey because there is some title transfer problem or miscommunication between New Jersey and Virginia. This apparently means that if New Jersey deems a vehicle a Lemon and said vehicle is placed on auction and bought by a Virginia dealer then somewhere along the way, it is not communicated efficiently, via title that it is a lemon in Virginia so they can sell them at a higher price. Needless to say, Car Max appraisal was quite low and they apologized and seemed actually embarrassed that someone in their industry conducts business like this. So I called Farrish and left messages to speak to a manager about this and to this date, I have not been called back. Of course, this does not help me now, but rather I am a little wiser and now have a truer understanding of the words, "buyer beware."
I purchased my vehicle (not from here because they didn't have the model I wanted) on Saturday. Literally as we were driving out of the lot once signing, we noticed that the air-conditioning vent was detached inside the dash. The dealership told me that they do not have service workers working on Saturdays, so advised us to go to our local service center since it was under warranty. We went to one location on the following Monday, and they informed us that it will be an over night process and we will need to pay for the rental car fees. They informed us to go back to the dealership that we bought it from, because since we bought it from them they will have to give the rental car to us for free. That didn't sound right since we literally just bought the car over the weekend and everything is still under warranty. The dealership we bought it from was about an hour drive away. We called the dealership, and they told us that any Dodge should pay for the rental car fee since it is still under warranty. Right afterwards we called Farrish Dodge, I didn't even expect them to service our car, I just wanted a third opinion since these two dealerships are contradicting one another. I explained my situation to them and upon hearing the situation they simply said to come now and they would fix the car. I went straight to Farrish, they checked my car in and while couple of hours they had actually fixed my vent! It didn't take them over night to fix it, which rid the rena car fee problem all together. They were able to fix the vehicle in just a couple of hours. Honestly, next time I am just going to go straight here for all of my vehicle needs!! Would definitely recommend!! They were all very nice and friendly and really willing to help!!
I had a great experience with Farrish Jeep. They sold me a new Rubicon at an amazing price. The staff there were very courteous and knowledgeable. I called ahead and they had my vehicle ready for a test drive before I got there. It even had a tag with my name on it to let others know not to take it. I loved the JLU Rubicon, so we proceeded on with the paperwork. The process was easy and fast. Floyd, the finance guy, knows the process inside out, so everything went smoothly. Great dealership!
Very good dealership. Shopped around and their inventory was the most robust in the area. Sales floor and building inside is nice. Each sales person has a cubicle so you can get some privacy. F&I manager was not the best and is not very friendly. They are willing to negotiate to make the deal and will beat competitor's prices.
