I called regarding the 2008 Honda for 6,000. I spoke with a salesman by the name of Chris Lail. I was told the car looked exactly as pictured & they had another gentlemen interested in purchasing. So I drove in the snow storm an hour and a half away to then get to the dealership I waited for 20 minutes to even view the car when the sales men was well aware I was on my way and could have easily had the vehicle in the right location. I then go to view the car as I'm walking outside I notice the back bumper has been hit there's scuff marks all over it! My husband views the inside of the car it has a nasty cigar ate smell when I clearly asked if the car had been detailed yet and the salesman Chris told me yes ...the interior had cigerete burns all in it. I drove an hour and a half with two small children in a snow storm promised the car was as pictured the salesman Chris said well you have to figure the car is 6,000 let me see you drop 6,000 in cash on this car. This salesman is a joke. As well as this car.

I had a great experience with Joseph at Farrish. The dealership had exactly what I was looking for, and in no time at all I was driving away with my new Durango. What a great team to make the process so easy!
Roger was terrible! He neglected to tell me missing components from my car. Continuing to lie about ordering parts and never followed through with promises. Sold me a car with a bad battery and non working mirrors.
I called and spoke to Charlie about the Ford Edge he had for sale, I explained we had a 4 hour drive and I needed him to please be honest about the shape the Edge was in, he told me it was in pristine shape! I said awesome we would come that Friday and that I would call before we left to make sure they still had car. I actually texted Charlie Thursday night to make sure it was there and explained we were going to rent a car and a hotel room but I wanted to make sure it was there before doing that. I was reassured it was still there, so I went ahead and proceeded to purchase both. On Friday once again I called Charlie to tell him we were on our way was the SUV still there, he said yes it was come on down! Two hours into our drive I get a text from Charlie ( feel that was pretty cowardly ) saying Oh I'm so sorry the Suv was sent to Auction last night! I told him how upset we were that we had driven 2 hours, rented car, rented hotel room and I felt we should be reimbursed for at least our gas! He said there was nothing he could do. On way home I decided to call Charlie and ask him if there was anyway he could go get the Ford, that we would be willing to once again make the 4 hour drive. He said yes he could do that but it would take him 2 days before he could, we said that was fine and again asked him to please be honest and tell us what kind of shape it was in. We were reassured it was in Pristine shape! On Friday, we headed out there and saw the " Pristine " SUV, it was in horrible shape, in fact probably the worst one we had seen, the tires were rotted and the rims were severely chewed up and had scratches all over it! All 4 rims had chunks of metal missing from them as if it had been in a wreck and Charlie said it had just been curbed a little bit, the tires were so rotted they were separating between the tread, we were nervous to even test drive it. When test driving it, it pulled to the right. We spoke to Charlie about these issues and he was very smart alleck and said well I guess this is a deal breaker huh? Not what you want to hear after driving 4 hours twice to see this " Pristine " Vehicle, we left in disgust. This by far has been the most dishonest dealership we have dealt with so far!! Charlie was very rude to my husband and not at all honest. My best advice is to not to trust them or believe anything they tell you!! I finally did end up getting my dream car, We went to Ramey in West Va, and spoke to Buddy, he was fantastic!! Did not try to trick us, was extremely honest and worked out the most incredible deal ever. They fixed some minor problems at no charge! I highly recommend them!!
The staff are always helpful and professional. Often times they are able to get me an appointment for same day service. I have been using their service department for 4 years and have never had a bad experience. If they are unable to fix my car's issue the same day, they go out of their way to help me get it fixed as soon as possible. I find them to be honest, with fair prices, and timely communication, all of which are important to me.
We bought a pre-owned car from Farrish over the summer. After really enjoying working with the salesperson Frank, we had the check engine light come on about a month after the purchase. The service department and Mark Johnson in particular, took excellent care of the issue. Upon leaving, the engine light came on a second time. This time we took to an independent mechanic. I provided all the insights back to Farrish. They took care of the second issue promptly. The team was extremely focused on getting the car up to the Farrish standards and were a pleasure to work with. Other people mentioned that you can get stuck when you buy a used car. This was not the case at all. They are an extremely reputable dealer and stood behind this car. I will be back for my next vehicle. Thank you
They were very efficient. The paperwork took very little time.
I had been looking for my Rubicon for just about a year. I had received quotes from at least 10 different dealerships. They all were pretty much singing to the same hymn so to speak. Farrish gave me the lowest price I could find anywhere. Terry Fant (salesman) took a great deal of time with me after the sale to show me all kinds of features on the Jeep. He showed me how to pair my phone up (actually did it for me), showed me how to put the soft top down, etc. He is incredible knowledgeable.
I purchased a new Jeep Cherokee earlier today and I was very happy with my experience at Farrish. Sales associate Stacy Wakefield was great! Very knowledgeable, helpful and personable. I highly recommend this car dealership.
One of the best car experiences ever. My daughter purchased her 1st car a few weeks ago and we were lucky to have Carlton Calloway, help us by making this experience as smooth as possible. Being as though this was her first car purchase, he took his time to explain every step and answer every question in detail and very thoroughly. It was a very good experience and we appreciate him taking his time with her and making sure she felt comfortable. We will definitely be back .
I was helped by Mauricio Garamendi in my quest to find a new Jeep Wrangler after I decided I wanted something new. I already Owned a wrangler and wanted to get the latest, Mauricio was very helpful in laying out all my choices as far as cars available, and trade ins for my current vehicle. Mauricio was very attentive and informative on the vehicles I was looking at. I appreciate his help and am now a customer for life, I will also be recommending Mauricio to my friends for future purchases.
Rome was best salesman I have dealt with in years! Up front - no pressure. Very helpful with Jeep instructions and how to use all equipment. Highly recommend him!
I live 12 hours away and we worked this deal completely over the phone. Basem kept in constant contact even taking pictures and video of the Jeep being loaded on the carrier. If he and his team are this good to work with on a phone deal think of how great he will take care of you in person. I cannot say how impressed I am with this team.
Offered us the best deal on our Dodge Grand Caravan of any dealer in the Northern VA, DC Metro area. Our sales associate, David, was very friendly and straightforward. He answered all our questions and never exerted any pressure. Our finance associate, Alex, was also very friendly.
Kenny gave great service when I brought the car in, kept me up to date on the service. Car is always mechanically right and clean when in get it back. Overall 5 star service.
Went in for service with an appt for recalls. Kenny Derrickson was our advisor. Couldn t be happier with the courtesy and professionalism and worked done in a timely manner! I highly recommend Kenny as your advisor!
Gus gave me a great service and he was more than helpful on the processes of getting my new WRX 2019. I really appreciate all the hospitality that he offered. Thank You Gus!
Fair Oaks Chantilly quoted me $1800 for headlight replacements. Farrish initially quoted me $1200. They later agreed to do the install for $225 with me supplying the parts. I highly recommend Farrish.
Michael Oh and Frank Russell were great to deal with! Honest, friendly and not pushy at all! We went back purely for the amazing service and the great stock and price! Thank you to a wonderful team!
John Grundy, Jim Delgado and Rachel Adams combined their efforts as a team to make this a winning sales experience, start to finish. As a consumer, I knew what I wanted, and was patient to get exactly that... including the price I wanted and some above-and-beyond requests of the Farrish team in terms of equipping my new Durango Citadel with custom wheels and accessories.
John and Jim, in spite of their misguided support of lackluster NFL teams, still managed to treat me with respect and courtesy, making me and my children feel welcomed with each and every visit.
Rachel completed the experience, with delightful and attentive customer care, even following up after the service was complete, to insure that I was happy and satisfied.
Bought a pre-owned certified 2013 Dodge Dart under warranty with less than 9000 miles on it 7/23/15. Had it for less than 48 hours when the transmission died while driving on the interstate. Took 3 days to get a call back for a diagnosis, then another 4 before the estimated arrival of the new transmission. Original est. date was end of October by a snide service advisor, who after I said I wanted to speak to a supervisor didn't offer to transfer me so I had to call back. After speaking with multiple managers of different departments, the GM got the time-frame bumped up to 8/28 upon which it took 3 days to make the repairs even though I was told countless times it was "top priority." Upon completion of tranny repair, they noticed body damage done while stored in their garage and took another couple days to repair it. They were nice enough to deliver the car to my home after everything was completely but the hassle wasn't over yet....
When purchased, the car only had 1 key, which they agreed to make a second and it was supposed to be with the car upon the completely repairs. Of course it wasn't. I had to wait over an hour for them to do what I was told by managers should be a 30 min job max.
Then today, I receive charges of over $850 for the courtesy rental car they neglected to extend and don't receive a call back once again.
I can not begin to explain the level of poor service, communication and professionalism this dealership offers.
I had a great experience with purchasing my RAM 1500 with Spencer Colbert. He was very professional and friendly. He provided me with all the information about the vehicle and the dealership.
When I went in to the dealership to pickup the truck Spencer was there to greet me. He showed me the truck and all of its features.
His Manager, Tony Trapal helped with structuring the purchase and was also very professional and friendly.
I would recommend Spencer and this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.
I just brought a Jeep there and 2 weeks later I got a flat in the front driver side. Looked in the back and there was no spare tire and no jack in the vehicle when the sales person Joseph told us there was a spare tire in there.
I asked them for a new tire for my inconvenience. They ended up just giving me a new spare tire and a replacement jack.
Then two more weeks past then I was driving and the car just cut off on me. I then tried to start it and it did not start and ended not being able to hold a charge and then when it did hold a charge I had to keep my foot on gas and even then sometimes it had acceleration and then sometimes it didn't. The battery looked like the dealership got lazy and put in another battery from another car. Very bad
I will never buy a used car from this dealership again.
Just had a very friendly and informative phone call with Sue. He answered all my questions and hit all the bases. Looking forward to my appointment later this week. If my experience is anything like my phone call, I will be walking out with a new Jeep Gladiator.
Stereotypical used car salesmen. No follow through. Still waiting on everything that was promised. Finance department is unresponsive. They claim they're different. They are not. They have great cars though. Unfortunate cause the team could use some work. Not satisfied with my experience by any means. If you decide to buy there demand accountability for things they promise.
Really bad experience. Their customer service is not so great, If you wanna get a car go to the one In rockville Pike, they have really Competitive representatives and they do appreciate your business.
I had a great experience with the Farrish internet sales team, particularly Aimee. She helped me through the process for ordering a vehicle, since I wanted a manual transmission Wrangler unlimited which are scarce. She was extremely responsive and even helped me get a fair price! Next time I am in the market I am starting at Farrish! Thanks Aimee and Vinny!
USAA put me in contact with John Grundy from Farrish of Fairfax; I can now say this was one of the best new buying experiences ever. His level of customer service is by far superior to any other that I have experienced. My overall experience with Farrish of Fairfax was excellent. Thank you for taking the hassle out of buying a new car. Would highly recommend.
I was sold the WRONG CAR, left the lot, had the vehicle for a week, and then got told to give them an additional $10,000 or return the vehicle. The price listed for the vehicle was $42,642 and the vehicle price listed on the documentation was $35,138. Making the price difference not $10,000 but actually $7,504.
I have been screamed at by the sales manager at Brown s Kia and I d rather go back and deal with him again than go back here. I went to about 10 CDJR dealerships in the DMV and this experience was appalling. The sales representatives at the other dealerships seemed very confused about how the management was comfortable treating customers this way. I ve worked in customer service for over ten years, and have never treated a customer the way we were treated. In my experience, your reputation for treating people fairly and in the best way possible is ALWAYS more important than money. When you make a mistake, you own up to it and do everything in your power to make things right and keep the customer happy. When a customer requests to speak with superiors because something was not handled correctly, you do not send them back down the chain of command and waste their time further. After our experience here, it s clear that this dealership cares more about making money than they care about doing right by their customers, even and especially when they are the ones in the wrong. If you would like specific details about our experience, please refer below:
1. They lied by stating that the car had arrived that morning. We found drivers slips from test drives in the vehicle from the day before. 2. They quoted us the wrong car, and made excuses about how busy they were when they only had a few customers and several spare staff members. When they realized they sold us the wrong vehicle, a week after they d sold it to us, they asked for $10K when there was an $7504 difference between the two vehicles. When we decided to undo the deal, and asked for our down payment back, we were informed that the accounting office was closed but that we would be cut a check on Monday. We were not given our money back until 12 days after the day we were told we would have our down payment refunded. 3. Bad customer service: Lost spare key for car the day we purchased it, no sense of urgency to correct mistake. We had to return to the dealer two additional times because we were not given adequate information re: when they would be able to make us the spare key. Took 12 days to refund the down payment from the day they received the purchased car back, 10 days longer than they said it would take. Would go days without responding to emails, had to explicitly spell out that we would take them to court to get a response. Requested to speak with general manager and finance director, but was sent back down the chain of command. Our last email from the finance manager stated that the bank had sent them the check for the trade on Thursday 7/30. When they finally refunded us the money for the down payment 12 days after returning the car, we were never informed that the refund had been processed or sent; we happened to stumble across it when checking our bank account on 8/5. Additionally, they took weeks to cancel the loan on the car we thought we had bought and had to be asked to do so. When we went elsewhere to purchase another vehicle, we got a much higher APR than what we anticipated. We did not figure out that the loan hadn t been canceled until we received a bill from the bank in the mail - even though we had returned the vehicle weeks prior. We got a higher APR because on paper, we financed two cars in less than a week. We now have a higher monthly payment than we should on the vehicle we ended up buying because Farrish did not do what they were supposed to do.
All in all, this was BY FAR the WORST car-buying experience we have EVER had. We will never give our business to a Farrish dealer again, and we strongly recommend that you do not waste your time with a company that cares more about dollar signs than their customers.
I m posting an update to my original post, feel free to scroll down and read that for reference. I received a call a few days after my post and was invited back for a look at my radio. Apparently, the person I spoke with before had given me incorrect information. After they couldn t determine what happened to the radio they replaced it at no charge. I was impressed with the service recovery efforts and it did change my experience.
DO NOT RECOMMEND. I took my 2015 Jeep Wrangler for service due to a recall (free). After driving it I noticed the radio AM/FM was no longer working - CD/AUX is fine. No sound comes out when I switch stations or put up the volume. I called to make an appointment to have this looked at because my vehicle was in perfect condition before I took it in. I said this when I made the recall appointment. Now I am told I have to pay $145 for diagnostics and who knows how much it would cost if I need repair. Extremely disappointed. My car radio was working fine. They also have no intention of assisting, only interested in making money.
This is our family s third Jeep from Farrish. Have loved every one of them. Our buying experience with Mo was very pleasant. He was knowledgeable, friendly and easy to work with!
I visited several other dealerships when looking for a new car, and had an excellent experience here. The staff and management (especially Dan) are very knowledgeable, the cars are priced reasonably and very well cared for, and best of all, they offer extremely competitive deals. Of course you have to haggle a bit back and forth, but they are extremely fair in pricing and trade in values. I had an exceptional deal on the table during a holiday weekend but walked away to give it more thought. Came back 3 weeks later and they honored the same deal.
I really appreciate you being so honest and respectful with your clients, that s rare to find in the car buying world these days, especially as a young woman.
I have leased multiple vehicles in my life and have never had a nice and relaxing time during the process, UNTIL NOW!! Please trust me when I tell you that you need to ask for Carlton if you go here. He is beyond pleasant and most enjoyable to do business with! I went to 2 other dealerships before coming to Farrish and both of them were extremely unprofessional and very rude - made me feel like I was a bother/waste of their time. But then I called farrish and got Carlton by luck and am so happy I did! I ended up leasing a Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited X and he made the process so smooth and even fun! I HIGHLY recommend coming here and working with Carlton - you will not regret it! Also, the financial advisor Frankie was amazing as well - very knowledgeable and easy to work with! Thanks Carlton, you're the best!
Ask for Sue Febres We travel 3 hourstoVirginia searching for a truck. At the end of the day we were tired and ready to drive back home empty hands. We met Sue Febres (sales associate). He answered the phone on his way home help us cut out a deal for a nice truck they had. Excellent customer service smart and quick individual.
I used to work with FCA corporate in this area before moving to the west coast 2 years ago, so I know many of the dealers here very well. I don t have anything bad to say about any of the northern VA FCA dealerships (though of course some are stronger than others in certain categories, of course). But when I recently moved back to the NOVA area and found myself needing a car, I didn t think twice about buying one from Farrish. They had pretty much the exact Jeep Grand Cherokee I was looking for in certified pre-owned. They gave me a super fair price, and had it ready for me when I got there to pick it up. I didn t have any financing or leasing to deal with that can take a little extra time in the dealership, plus I had already added insurance on the car before I bought it, so from start to finish the whole transaction was about 45 minutes, including a short test drive. This was not the stereotypical full day in the dealership, waiting around and arguing over price that most people think car buying is all about. Farrish strives to eliminate that experience (and its not just because I was a VIP client. ) The GM, Ralph Perkins, has less patience for BS sales tactics and wasted time than anyone and it shows in the sales process in his sales department. Plus the quality of their vehicles in CPO is top notch and you can trust that these cars have been fully vetted before being put on the sales floor. You really can t go wrong with FCA products in this area, but if you re in the Fairfax area looking for a new or used Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge or Ram, Farrish is a sure bet. I m so happy with my Jeep and the treatment I got there.
Farrish of Fairfax have excellent service and very friendly representatives. Always appreciate the hard work and fast service. Happy to go back every time.
Service department is pretty friendly! They corrected some wrong information I had and saved me an additional trip. I ended up coming here instead of the dealership by where I live in Alexandria
Stacie Wakefield was our salesperson also. The dealership was honest and very easy to work with. They made the car buying experience pleasant. The price was fair and they were very open about sharing their costs. I traded in a vehicle and received the exact same price I was quoted at other dealerships. I'm happy to have drove away in a new Jeep Wrangler unlimited. If you need to buy a vehicle this is a great place!
Basem, my sales person was fantastic in his efforts to help me find the vehicle I needed. I told him what I was looking for and he researched and presented me with multiple vehicles, over multiple days, that would meet my needs. He clearly identified the pro s and con s of each vehicle based on the criteria I gave him. Kyle Nam was also awesome with all aspects of financing. Although he represents the dealer I believe he also had my best interests in mind. I had limits that I could not exceed and Kyle was able to find financing that did not exceed those limits. After this experience I am a Farrish fan for life. Thank you Basem and Kyle.
Carlos and I had been shopping for a SUV for months. Much to our chagrin, we were getting turned off by the pricing and tactics of other dealerships. Fortunately, we stumbled upon this location as we were heading to Tyson s Corner. Best stop we could have made! Fefe was our consultant and made the process run smoothly. He walked us through options and financing, steps that seemed arduous with a couple of the other dealerships. We ended up with a 2020 Jeep Compass. The pricing and financing terms were amazing. The best of the best!
The staff was friendly, courteous, and competent, they kept me informed throughout the repair process. The car looks great, the work is top notch. Very happy with the results
I bought a new 2018 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Willys Wheeler W from Farrish on 10/27/17. Frankie Teos made my first car-buying experience hassle-free. We spoke briefly on the phone a couple days before my visit and he had the vehicle detailed and ready for me once I arrived.
He was super friendly and knowledgeable about the Wrangler. I didn't feel pressured to buy the vehicle during the test drive (even though he probably knew I was going to buy it anyway). The atmosphere was very relaxed even once we began negotiations.
On the other hand, Steve Cho, one of the managers, could have been more friendly. He stepped in for negotiations and gave me a bit of a hassle with pricing. Once pricing was finalized and I was ready to leave, I walked right past him and he didn't acknowledge me or thank me for my business. I won't hold that against the dealership though. Still, being that he's in the business of sales and customer service, he needs to be more courteous to customers once the deal is made.
Frankie made sure that my Jeep went through detail service again before I left, which I appreciated. He also offered his services if I had any questions or needed anything done to my Jeep in the future. All in all, I received excellent customer service experience from Frankie Teos and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking buy to a CDJR vehicle.
You guys definitely need to go to this dealership, ask for Sue. He s not there to sell you any car, he s there to help you find the right car for you. He was super patient with all the questions I had to ask and he was so knowledgeable about multiple different vehicles with in depth info and he was honest about what he thought of them. Rick was also really helpful with negotiating a deal and making sure I left happy. Please if you guys are looking to get a car, definitely hit them up and ask for Sue.
They have a new service department rep named Zaheer that was absolute wonderful to work with. It s never easy when your vehicle isn t working how it should but Zaheer was not only validating and sympathetic to my situation but he was also very informative. I must ve asked him 100 questions and not once did he seem too busy or annoyed. He is a gem!
Went in to check out a new Jeep. Was greeted by Faraz F, and we had a very positive experience. We had an idea that purchasing a vehicle might be in the future, but his help, guidance, and respectful nature really made our night. Despite staying very close to closing, he went above and beyond to answer our questions, all before seriously looking at a vehicle. Ended up leaving very happily as a proud Jeep driver. He sits on the left as you walk in, I recommend just asking for him as opposed to leaving your experience to random selection.
I can't say enough about this dealership. Everyone was very professional beginning from the way you are greeted at the door. They are very cautious but even with measures put in place due to Covid, you still felt the personal connection from everyone. I absolutely need to mention Basham Saleh who held my hand from the beginning and walked me through the process. Along with Vinny and Kyle, the 3 of them really went above and beyond for me. If you have a trade with negative equity and you want to get out of it...go to Farrish Jeep. The don't have you feeling that they're doing you a favor, they just work to get you where you need to be. You won't be disappointed by going there.
Purchased a Ram R/T in May, 2014. It was a special order because I was particular on my color and options choice and most dealers only have one R/T on the lot if they have any at all. I dealt via email with Frank Russel for over two months (I enjoy the art of the deal). To his credit, Frank didn't become frustrated but maintained contact as I went through my thought process. We came to terms over the internet and phone before I went to the dealership. I met Frank and we went through the numbers and they remained the same as we had discussed. I placed a minimal deposit and they placed the order the next day. The truck was built in the Mexico plant exactly one month later and delivered a month after that. They promised me the greater of the rebates in effect at the time of the order or at the time of delivery. I was lucky, my factory rebate increased by $500 while I waited on production and they were good to their word and gave me the extra incentive. The finance people explained all of the "extras" available for purchase but were not pushy. I'm happy overall. I don't like any "flim flam" when I deal with vehicles and always due my due dilegence before setting foot on the showroom floor as purchasing an automobile these days is complicated. Frank and the dealership were straight forward and kept their word. Cant ask for much more than that.
I've been working with Debbie in the used car department. I pulled on the lot to just look at the car I want, late Sunday night. she approached me with no typical salesmen attitude or demeanor. Honestly I thought she was a customer with how relaxed she was. She immediately offered a test drive and I loved it. Only problem was I have to sell my BMW before I can loan on the newer car. She's been working with me patiently as I wait for the buyer of my current car to get his finances together. Another concern was minor cosmetic and light issues which management agreed to fix once it is purchased. I don't have the best credit but they approved me with a rate I can afford and realistic interest rates given my credit history. If you need a used car, see Debbie as she won't pressure you or hard close just to get a unit off the lot. I'll be back, whether I get the particular car I was looking at or a similar one.
Truly had a wonderful and pain free car buying experience at Farrish with Stacie Wakefield. Sent an initial email late one evening and got an immediate response back. I was out of town for a few days and Stacie communicated with me regularly via email and when I was back in town ready to make a decision--she had all options ready for me to review in person.
First time in many years that I felt so comfortable and at ease purchasing a new vehicle! I definitely recommend the team at Farrish and especially, Stacie Wakefield.
Had a great time dealing with Gus here. Straightforward guy who does his best to find you what you want at a reasonable price. Rare to find a car salesman you can trust.
The dealership still rolls with the usual process of starting high, creating artificial time pressure and rolling the good cop/bad cop routine with the business manager but if you stick it out there's a decent price waiting at the end.
Terrible experience with mechanic shop service!!! Zero responsibility, zero communication... just never, never again!!! I waited 2 weeks almost for nothing. In two weeks the job was done that only requires 1 to 2 hours and it wasn't even done properly!!! Just lies and false promises, that's all that I got during my experience! Do not recommend to anybody! To compensate for bad service I was given a discount and a free carwash.
This is for their service department Way better than Koons, they won't try to nickel and dime you and will always go above and beyond to make sure everything is fine. I went in for a recall and they did a free vehicle inspection and didn't try to make me think my Jeep would explode if I said no, unlike Koons. They also seemed to be just as shocked that Koons wanted to charge me $150 to read a DTC code when NAPA or any shop does it for free and you can buy your own good code reader for around $100. This is now my dealer for things I can't fix myself.
I just moved into the area and needed some work done to the Jeep. Couldn t be happier with the excellent service received! I will be coming back for all my service and repair needs.
On February 28, I purchased a new 2014 Charger from Farrish and I am truly amazed with the dealership experience and the non hassle buying experience. I literally called the previous night, work out the numbers in a 5 min phone call and picked up the vehicle the next day on my lunch break. Hilaire Ngatcheu my salesman and the woman in the finance office made this my best car buying experience ever. Everything we talked about stayed the same and they did not go back on their word. I highly recommend purchasing a car from them if you re in the market for a Chrysler product. The dealership was nice and clean with professional staff.
If I could post no stars I would. I had purchased a Jeep that was to have the navigation system on it. When I went to the service dept. after calling Chrysler Farrish Jeep took a look at the system and first said the repair was under warranty, but then came back and said it wasn't and I would have to pay. I took the Jeep to Koons at Tysons and they were able to take care of everything, and yes, the system was under warranty. Another time I had my Jeep in the shop for a recall on a part and I received a call from Farrish Service Dept. telling me that my battery was low and needed to be replaced. I said no, since I was taking this to my regular mechanic the next day. When I went to my mechanic he tested my battery and informed me that he couldn't even return it under the warranty that it still had since nothing was wrong with the battery. I guess that Farrish thought a woman would be sure to panic and say go ahead and put in a new battery. I won't be going back to Farrish Jeep, even though it's closer.
Johnny was an amazing salesman he helped us find the right vehicle for us with so much knowledge about the vehicles and catering to our wants and needs. Definitely recommend Johnny rocket to anyone and everyone.
I had a tough experience trying to purchase a vehicle, however i had came here and my salesperson Carlton was amazing!!! Talk about a fun outgoing guy!!! Carlton made this process easy smooth and quick. He also was able to answer any and every question that i happen to have. If you are going to purchase a vehicle you need to go see this guy Carlton!!!! Cudos to you man!!
We went to see a Kia, and it did not look like the one in the photo, it is not good to put more lighting to make it look pretty, because when you go and vwz you do not like reality, I also check another car and as I found a Noise and we said we were upset, well wl sr. I wanted to be handled together to tell him, but as we did not have time we decided to leave, and he got angry, I as a seller or owner would say ok, when they want to come and check some other we are there to assist them, but that is the way most dealers when they try to sell all kind.
My wife and I have been utilizing our credit union's car buying service for the past three months to research and find a used Honda CR-V or Civic for our teenage sons to share, but every time we came close to finding the "right" vehicle, it seemed to sell quickly. We found a 2002 Honda CR-V through the buying service earlier this week at Farrish Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram that seemed to fit our needs well, so my wife called the dealership to inquire about the vehicle's availability and was fortunate enough to connect with Mr. Lance Cote. Lance not only provided my wife with the basic details of the CR-V over the phone, but encouraged us to stop by this evening for a test drive.
At no time over the phone, nor when we arrived at the dealership for a test drive of the CR-V, did Lance ever pressure us or pull some of the "standard" lines or tricks that some car salesmen use that ultimately make you feel like you need to take a shower when you leave the dealership. We were encouraged to take the CR-V for a test drive and to "kick the tires" to our heart's content. Lance Cote is one of the best sales professionals I've worked with -- he's knowledgeable, personable, motivated, a former Marine (HOO-AH!), and just a generally AWESOME guy to do business with. I felt throughout the entire transaction that Lance was working WITH us, and not just for the dealership and for that, I would bring my business back to Farrish in a heartbeat to do business with this young man and this organization.
In fact, *everyone* we came into contact with at Farrish Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram made us feel welcome and worked with us in a low-key, efficient and completely no-pressure way. A few car dealerships out there tend to give the ENTIRE industry a bad name -- but I can testify that Farrish Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram is doing it right, and doing it successfully. They deserve your business, particularly because of sales professionals like Lance Cote -- check them out!
Ask for Michael Oh! He's an exceptional human being. Really showed that he cared about me, my business, and my interests. He treated me like I was his only customer, even though he seems to always be busy...the whole team knows Michael's professionalism. Ask for Michael Oh! He knows how to treat people like people!
I had an unfortunate accident in my garage that required some body work. I called Farrish Subaru and they quickly made an appointment and allowed me to drop off the vehicle. They issued a loaner for the week that it took to repair the damage. They did an excellent job!
White glove all the way... Today I became the proud owner of a 20 Pacifica AWD and the buying experience was fantastic.
Gus, the sales representative I would recommend you all seek out if buying from Farrish in Fairfax, VA, was not pushy nor curt during our transaction. I was most satisfied with his ability to clearly and effectively communicate the information I needed as a consumer to comfortably move forward with this purchase.
I was also very satisfied with the customer service received during my interactions with the business manager and finance manager - respectively.
The business manager offered his expert opinion on how I should structure my deal to hit the targets I had in mind. And in Finance there was no fast talking that can becoming confusing and overwhelming.
The team gets the highest marks from me and I look forward to experiencing the same quality of service during maintenance visits.
My dad just bought a car. And I love it. I'm next in line to see this salesperson Sue since my dad told me his experience with him was awesome. I'm defitnally getting my car from there soon.
From the sales team to the service department, the staff at Farrish Jeep is awesome! I have purchased three vehicles from them, I keep coming back because they listen to their customers and make the process of purchasing a new vehicle less about making a deal and more about creating friendships. If they don t have it on the lot they will either find it or order it just like you want it. After my most recent purchase my salesman offered to deliver my old Jeep to my house the next day so I could drive the new one home that night! The service team is friendly and professional. I have never felt like I was getting forced in to unnecessary service. All of the service is explained clearly so you know the difference between what has to be done to prevent mechanical issues and what needs to be done to fix mechanical issues. I have all my basic service, oil changes tire rotations etc performed here because they are completed correctly and in a timely manner. If you are looking for a new Jeep, Dodge or Chrysler you have to stop by Farrish you won t be sorry!
My buying experience was great, but my first service experience was very disappointing. Just needed an oil change and tire rotation. Their Express Lane is supposed to take 30 minutes but the advisor said it would be an hour. Jeep wasn't ready until an hour and 40 minutes later. After it finally got into a bay my Jeep sat up on the jacks for over 20 minutes without anyone touching it. Would have been done a little sooner but I saw that they didn't rotate the tires the way they are supposed to so I questioned the advisor about it and they corrected the problem. Jeep says rear tires move to the front and the front tires cross over to the back. They were trying to save time (?) or didn't know (?) and just moved the back tires to the front and then the front tires to the back without crossing them over. You would think that if you went to a dealer they would know what the recommended tire rotation pattern is. Not real happy - will probably go somewhere else for future service. - Tim Small
Bought a brand new Willys. We worked with Basem and Vinny and it was a pleasant experience. Basem did his best to get us a good price without any pressure and everything was transparent. Highly recommended for sale rep. The finance process was also fast and without drama. Good dealer to work with!
Before going into this dealership, I checked out the reviews that other people have posted, and thought "not bad". Having purchased a car from here, I can say that I remain happy for all of the other reviewers with such positive feedback. However, my own experience has amounted to, literally, the worst car buying experience I have ever had.
I did buy a used car from them that was not a Jeep. Maybe that's the issue. However, it's now been three weeks and I am still suffering from the consequences of my purchase.
The car buying experience itself was dreadful. I arrived at the dealership at 3:30 in the afternoon. Had to wait for 45 minutes for them to bring out the car that I wanted to look at. Apparently, one of their dealers was driving it and they had to track it down at another location. Fine.
I was done test driving the car and ready to negotiate by 4:45. I left the dealership at 7:30 that night. All of the time in-between was spent waiting for the salesman to run to the back office "to talk to his boss" and come back several times, getting the price down to a reasonable number, then waiting for one of their finance people to emerge from the depths of the building just so that I could give them my money, then waiting for them to clean and gas up the car. Dreadful.
Little did I know my journey was only beginning.
Trying to get the car inspected the following week it failed in three separate areas (front rotors, rear rotors, cv joint boot). I am trying to get the car registered in Maryland, so had to do the inspection myself. I couldn't believe the result - all of the components that failed would have failed under a VA inspection as well! Looks like those guys are just slapping inspection stickers on everything over there. If you bought the car as a VA resident, you would have been fine for a year - and then, well, it's got nothing to do with the dealer! So now, I'm out $530 just to get the car to pass inspection.
And now, this past weekend, over the course of three days, the service light goes on, the check engine light goes on and the brake pads light goes on. The car is an X5, by the way, so yes, there's a separate light for all of those things. When the check engine light went on, the car started sputtering, losing power. It felt like it was going to die. This is a 2009 car for crying out loud, not a 1989! So now, no matter how I look at it I will be out at least another $2k addressing these issues. Oh, and I have to do it ASAP, since I can't get the car emissions inspected with a check engine light on.
I tried calling the dealer, but what are they going to say? "Oh, should have bought our extended warranty." Sure. That's to cover you for something months later. Not the minute you drive off the lot. The way I see it, they doctored the car up just right so that it kept quiet for a week or so. And after that - well, I'm on my own.
WORST. EXPERIENCE. EVER.
Filing a complaint with the VA dealer board and trying to get an inspector out there to evaluate their state inspection practices. Oh, and it's been 20 days and they still haven't produced a title. Hope another 10 goes by so I can cancel the sale under state law!
For the first time I took my older Jeep to Farrish Chrysler Jeep in Fairfax, Virginia, on a Saturday afternoon to repair my sunroof. My service advisor, Joey, was very friendly, professional and helpful getting the Jeep checked in and stayed in touched with me regularly throughout the repair process. When checking in, he asked one of their top mechanics, Andrew, to meet me and discuss the issue I was having. Andrew was incredibly friendly and said the problem was not unusual. He described the likely solution. They provided me a loaner car and Travis helped move my walker and other items to the loaner car (he was so helpful!). Sure enough, on Monday when Andrew was able to fully diagnose the problem, it was exactly what he thought it was. When I returned the loaner and picked up my Jeep, all three of them Joey, Andrew and Travis met me, fully explained the repair, transferred my personal belongings back into the Jeep, and helped me on my way. They are a small to medium-size dealer and from beginning to end, I felt like I was a member of the family, not just a customer. If you have a Chrysler Jeep Dodge or Ram vehicle, I wholeheartedly recommend that you visit Farrish and join the family.
I was in the DC area on vacation when my 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee let me know that it needed an oil change, so I stopped in to Farrish to take it through their Express Service Lane. Upon greeting, I was told that there was a great deal of general maintenance work due that would take an entire day and cost somewhere in the neighborhood of $2000. So I didn't get the oil change, but made an appointment for the next day to get it all taken care of. In the meantime I called my dealer back home to see if a significant price difference was worth waiting until I got back. As it turns out, none of the service work that Farrish recommended was due. One of the multiple items was due in 10,000 miles and at a fraction of the $2000 quoted. Needless to say I cancelled the appointment. All I needed was an oil change. I am disappointed in this type of business practice.
I have a new RV built on the Dodge RAM Master Pro 3500. When I went to local auto shops to get its Virginia safety inspection, they turned me away saying the RV was too tall or too heavy.
When i pulled into Farrish Dodge, someone came out immediately and greeted me with a handshake introducing himself as Adrian.
I told him my situation and he assured me that they could inspect my vehicle, and the cost would only be $16. He said I could wait in the waiting room.
30 minutes later I was on my way :) Kudos to Adrian and Farrish for making this process easy peasy:)
Waited over 2 hours to get an oil change. Poor communication . Apparently had to get an update for a recall and they said 10 minutes after an hour of waiting which ended up being another hour. Second time here and each time I hear something different about my plan that I pay monthly. Would not recommend this place!!!
Great experience at Farrish Jeep. Frankie Cox was professional, knowledgeable, and made it very easy. Highly recommend Farrish and ask for Frankie Cox!! Love my Jeep!
Purchasing my dream vehicle at Farrish Chrysler Jeep was amazing!!! Fefe made the process easy and was a key player in helping me thru the process. Fefe wore his mask, social distanced, answered all my questions and assured that I had no issues or concerns, once everything was done. He even delayed leaving work on time to ensure that I was satisfied with everything. Farrish did not nickel and dime me during the process either. The price was fair and actually it was way better when compared to other dealers I had visited earlier In the day. I would recommend Farrish for your Jeep/Dodge needs!!
