UPDATE: So I went back to Farrish on September 10, 2020 for routine maintenance and some other things. What did I get? The outstanding service I always get! I really appreciate that the service team that took the time to explain what repairs were needed and the costs. Even when my eyes glazed over as the technical details were being explained (that's not Farrish's fault that is just me glazing over on mechanical topics), I knew it was important to my service representative that I understood what was needed and I would be driving in a safe vehicle. To me, everyone at Farrish IS concerned about the quality of the work they do and the customers who trust them. Thanks Farrish and as a customer I will work on not having my eyes glaze over
My experience with Farrish has been great. Sure whe have had our hiccups over the 15 years (but what relationship hasn't?). But through it all, Farrish team was concerned about making and keeping a great customer relationship and always went above and beyond to make sure everything was great with my Jeep Ghost and with me. Do I recommend Farrish? Yes because Farrish understands and strives to make the service after the sale a top priority. I really do feel like a valued customer.
