Sales man, Frank Russell sold me a brand new van.. I appreciate him listening to my needs for a vechicle that I needed and was able to come through with a deal. Thank you, to a great team at Fairfax Farrish Chrysler. It was very busy but Frank was still able to take care of me. You made me your #1 customer. Thanks Frank. See you for my next vechicle
From initial phone contact to my congratulations handshake, the staff of professionals from Farrish CJD set the bar for what an automobile buying experience should be. It was above refreshing to be treated with dignity and communicated to without the "hard sell" or "lack of respect" approahes that is unfortotunately common place in the car shopping/buying experience. Specifically, Chris Lail thoroughly and patiently listened to my interest and concerns; researched my requests; and in my opinion, provided constructive honest feedback. Price alone is not the reason I select a new car and the level of individual attention provided by Chris ultimately made my choice to give my business to this dealership; and begin what will be a very long trusted relationship for all my car buying needs for years to come. I highly recommend Farrish not just for the incredibly fair pricing but for the immediate feeling of belonging and trust. They have earned my repeat business and have a business model that other dealerships should aspire to emulate.
I am an owner of a 2014 Dodge Caravan and have always liked the 7am hours for oil changes. Farrish has done the service on my van since it was new, with great customer service.
Recently I brought my van in at 7am for a oil change, the service advisor told me the van was due for the 60,000 mile service. I was put in a rental car due to the repairs would take more time to take care of. After waiting all day for a call (seeing I only had the rental for 1 day) I finally received a call back from the service person, saying they have not even started on my van yet.
The next morning I showed up at Farrish Service to see what their time frame would be and turn the rental back in. I was told NO WORK was done at all on my van since I dropped it off a day before. I was really upset that a simple oil change would be this difficult. The 60,000 mile service could have been scheduled on a later date instead of holding my vehicle for 2 days and nothing done.
I will never return to this dealership again. Poor customer service.
Great customer service. Love my car that I bought. Friendly staff.
Ed was a excellent sales person. My wife and I are truly grateful for the experince! Dodge Durango 17 Thank you very much for everything
Loved working with you guys. If I lived closer I would deff leave bring my vehicle here
I had the best buying experience at Farrish. Staci and Floyd were very helpful and efficient. They know their product and their inventory. We were in and out in 2 hours. No marketing gimmicks. No pushy salespeople. We had the opposite experience at another VA Jeep dealership earlier in the day. The contrast was amazing. Highly recommend.
Ryan was great like always. Unfortunately, my cars have need work to them and I have come here three times and each time their work has exceed my expectation.
We had a wonderful experience with Farrish dealership! By far my favorite car buying experience yet! Tai went through every option available for the new Dodge Durango we had been looking for. They were completely family friendly and hospitable the entire time. Once we decided on purchasing they went through all of the features in the car before driving off the lot, and with my little ones in the car, all the while Tai was smiling and patient! The new Durango blew us away, from the way it handles on the road to the infinite amount of interior options! What a great decision we made to switch over to Dodge....and thank you Farrish team for helping us do so!
This was our first experience with Farrish. Gerry Hebron was friendly, down to earth, and easy to work with. He listened to what we wanted, was knowledgeable about the products and our options, and was willing to work with us to make us leave happy. We were so happy to buy our new mini van from him yesterday.
The kids were thrilled with the movie room while we did paperwork, and all the staff we dealt with were very kind.
We will definitely recommend Farrish to friends.
From Gerry the sales guy to Matt in the financial office my experience was amazing. All the guys and gals that work here are amazing. We had so much fun on this purchase and laughed so much. This is my dealer ship and I will only buy my vehicles from them. #greatteam
I had a good experience, was quick and easy, they let me drive the car to and from home, gave me a decent deal on a nearly brand new vehicle, can't complain.
Both myself and my son took our Jeeps in for service and our service rep did a great job. I have been taking my Jeeps into Farrish for over 10 years and our service rep this time was the most efficient of all those we dealt with in the past.
Excellent Dealership. Great prices and customer service. Would highly recommend!
No haggle, straightforward and honest. Great car buying experience.
Michael oh is nice sales person i am looking to come back to him
Great place. Great staff. They were fast and courteous.
Extremely helpful and takes the time to answer all questions. They did not convey a pressured feeling when simply showing up to test drive a vehicle. Overall a professional, helpful and fun experience.
Great place. Joseph K. was my rep, he worked with me during my visit to the showroom and fully explained in detail all the features of the vehicle I was looking at, and the benefits for both leasing or financing. He is very knowledgeable about the car buying process and poses a strong desire to keen his clients happy and satisfied. A true professional. I would recommend him to anyone looking to lease or buy a car.
Everything about this place is horrible. We walked in looking for a used car, as I had just turned 18, we knew there would be some set backs to me getting a car. We walked in, one of the salesmen made eye contact and walked right past us, no proper greeting, not even a hello, we shrugged it off because we figured he was busy. We made it halfway through the place, walking past several people, before we were asked by someone at the front desk if we needed help. I saw a car I liked on the website so we were really just interested in looking at it and then seeing if I could get approved before wasting anyone s time. One of the salesmen said he d meet us outside to help us but after a few minutes a different guy came outside to help us which was fine, Nameer was super friendly. In fact, he was probably the only friendly, helpful person at this whole dealership. We were doing a trade in and started doing paperwork despite saying we wanted to see if I get approved first, it felt like everything was being rushed when we had said numerous times we didn t want to fill anything out until we knew for sure that the bank would approve me, again as not to waste our time or the dealerships. Fast forward to HOURS later, everything was going well, paperwork was filled out, they accepted the trade in. Then, a different guy comes over and says they want a huge down payment, on top of our trade in vehicle. I m sorry, what? We had already said our trade in vehicle was the only down payment we were doing, this was something we mentioned when we got here and were told we wouldn t need a down payment too. This was also another reason why we wanted to wait to fill anything out, but nope, we were rushed. At this point, we were ready to leave and I told them they wouldn t get more than $200 out of me (joking of course), which they declined, as expected, only to call us 20-30 minutes after we left asking us to come all the way back to the dealership and that they would accept the $200 down payment on top of our trade in vehicle. I m sorry, you couldn t accept this until after we were 30 minutes from the dealership? Against our better judgment, we came back to fill out the paperwork, everything was finalized. Days go by and we get a call asking us to come back AGAIN because they messed the paperwork up so bad it looked like they sold a car to a minor. They dated everything 8/15 when we bought the car on the 18th & I turned 18 on the 17th. So again, we go back and fill out all the paperwork AGAIN. Now, over a week after the cars been purchased, they want to verify my social security number, at this point i m 3 hours away mid-college orientation so I can t come in once again and fix another thing the dealership messed up.
We were pleased with Nameer, he was helpful and very open and positive about everything. The finance guy, Osama, not so much, he gives off this I m better than you attitude and he talked to me as if I knew absolutely nothing and tried to pull several things over on me, I guess assuming that since this was my first car buying experience, I wouldn t know anything.
I do love my car but it truly was not worth the terrible service, attitudes, & hastle that comes with this dealership.
Received a call from Manager Ralph; He corrected the concerns and was able to complete the sale. So Ralph is a 5 STAR, My rating is 3 because the manager shouldn't have to save the day.
Found a used car listed on there web site. Called dealer and spoke to Roger Shewmaker. We settled on a price and when I requested to pay cash when picked up he said NO, I asked to pay with my credit card, he said only a deposit. I had my credit union process a check for me to sign over to the dealer and sent it with the sales contract. I received a call from Roger saying they wont take the check. At this point I was done trying. I asked for a refund of the deposit and to send the check back. 2 days waiting with nothing from Roger,I send a text asking what's going on. He said he was waiting for finance. I'm sure this could be a great dealer but don't try to pay cash and live out of state. I don't think Roger was the problem, I feel its management. I did talk to 1 manager and he never followed up with me as he said he would.
Sales guy Gus was excellent. Sales mgr was good too
Finance and everything after that was disorganized and not efficient
Love my new Jeep Grand Cherokee altitude !!!
I had such a great experience with Johnny as our salesman. He was so knowledgeable about all the vehicles we were interested in. He was also so accommodating with our time frame due to our 8 month old baby. Highly recommend him to everyone I know!!!
What an incredible place! Thank you Farrish of Fairfax!
My wife and I visited several dealerships in the area to include Ourisman, Koon, and priority. None of them felt right. Some were just trying to push a sale, some were lazy and others outright lied and tried to Pressure us on a deal that only a high school 16 year old new driver wouldn't take! (Ourisman Alexandria avoid that place).
This was NOT the case with Farrish of Fairfax. From the moment we stepped in the lot, we were greeted and allowed to explore without a cheap pitch. Fefe was incredible! He and Floyd (financial manager) provided us quality service and sale. We did not go there with the intent to buy but found our car.
They are reasonable and want to help. They are also military friendly! Thank you Farrish team! You have earned our trust and continued business.
Joey from the service department was super helpful, I was worried that my radiator fan in my jeep was going bad so I decided to call and check in on the warranty and see if it would be covered if an issue would come up. Honestly you guys @ Jeep need to give her a raise or put her where her full potential can be put at use because she is definitely a people person. I 10/10 recommend Joey for any help/concerns.
Where do I start? I d been on the market for a new car for the past couple of months. Everywhere I went, I wasn t satisfied. I felt like I wasn t properly taken care of. It was as if I was being forced into a car I didn t want. All that changed when I came across Mr Mauricio Garamendi. He made the whole shopping experience such an easy task. He was very knowledgeable, super nice and made me feel like I was in great hands.
I definitely will be back to get another car from his.
If you re in the market for a new or used car, I highly recommend you stop by and see Mr Garamendi. You wouldn t be disappointed.
If I could give more than 5 stars, I will.
Very good experience at Farrish recently. Bought a Dodge Challenger. Sales rep (Williams Morataya) was outstanding.
-Eric Nardo
No touch process! Scheduled online, dropped of SUV, paid online, and picked up. Great communication through text messaging.
An excellent and accommodating dealer service department to deal with#
Very impressed with the entire experience. Carlton was very knowledgeable and provided me with great customer service. I ve dealt with several Jeep dealers in the area and they are (by far) the best.
Andrew has always been very helpful and professional. He is positive and kind.
Quick and easy transaction. Salesman (Hash) was super-knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in. He explained all the features of the vehicle very clearly, and got me a deal I was happy with. Would definitely buy from him again.
Our experience at Farrish Chrysler Jeep was great...Chris worked hard to get us the deal that made us happy and comfortable...we drove from Virginia Beach to Fairfax in order to work a deal that met our needs and our pocketbook...I would highly recommend
Farrish for your next Jeep purchase!
I had a great experience with Farrish while recently purchasing a 2014 Grand Cherokee and returning a leased Wrangler. The dealership staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful! Chris Davis and John Grundy were very helpful!
The advertised price is nowhere near the price they give you at the dealership. The minute you sit down they tell you that the advertised price is just discounted from the sticker price, and you can only get it if you have all the qualifications at the same time - recent grad, military, first responder etc., and if you choose to finance the car using advertised 0% financing, you lose half the discounts ($4250). So now it s $5000 more and you haven t even said a word. Also part of the discount is destination fee, but then they re-add it because they are giving you other discount. So now the car you thought was $35,000 is $40,000 before taxes and tags, and they are pricing it in the class where you shouldn t be looking at a Jeep, because it s not a luxury car.
We were ready to buy on that day and actually liked the car, but due to those tactics had to leave the dealership. Waste of time particularly upsetting due to the pandemic. I had to bring my children with me.
I've been to this dealership service center before with variable experience. However, this time everything went perfect. I was notified multiple times during initial intake and provided a feedback when the car was ready. My service advisor even talked to me while I was picking up the car to make sure I didn't have any other ?'s or concerns. Definitely a positive change from me previous visits. I'll be back to service my Jeep GC!

My wife and I had a very pleasant and fun experience purchasing a car recently at Farrish Jeep.
Our sales consultant Hash Murad and the finance consultant Nayel, were very accommodating and made us feel very comfortable and pleased doing business here. The overall service was impeccable.
I was great experience with Farrish thank you so much!
Stacie was outstanding! Really knows vehicles and is extremely focused at delivering a high level of customer satisfaction. She was easy to talk with and there was zero pressure applied. She went out of her way to make this a good buying experience. When there was a delay in processing the paperwork, due to DMV computer problems, she even offered to buy us lunch. Never had a male sales person go that far above and beyond!
Looked at a new vehicle here with Stacy D. Though we didn't end up purchasing that car, we were grateful for Stacy's approach to the sales process. Not too pushy, respectful of our time and wishes, generally not the stereotypical tough sales approach. It was refreshing during one of the more stressful times in anyone's car shopping life. Keep on Stacy! If you are looking for a car, go see her.
Melissa Davidson is the worst Sales Manager in the entire country. She does not care about you or your time.
The price was good and the salesman Mark Maggie s was really helpful and went over and above to help me in getting the right color that I wanted.
Mohammad was very helpful and made buying my first car so easy! I came in and left with my car the same day. Very professional and an honest salesman. Thank you again Mo!
I would recommend Farrish to anyone looking for a car deal! Frank was exceptionally timely and professional with communication. He was able to find the Jeep I loved for the right price. All the employees were great and welcomed my dog with treats and water. A great experience!
Very professional. Kept me updated while my car was being repaired. Quick service. Polite staff. Highly recommend!
I have been to Farrish jeeps many times and they always treat me like family. Just ask for Ralph he will give you honest treatment.
Great service. We were very pleased with the professional care and promptness they showed. Service department had an excellent attention to details. Excellent service.
I've been using Farrish service for years. They are the best. Highly recomend.
I want to start with saying Johnny is amazing! I had never considered buying a Jeep, but decided to take a peek... and I am so glad I did! Unlike the other salesmen at the trillion dealerships I visited on my quest to buy a new vehicle, Johnny was honest, patient (very very patient lol) and helpful. He didn't give me the run-around. I told him what I was looking for in a vehicle, and he worked so hard to make sure I got something I loved all within my budget. Whenever I text him with a question or concern, even after I bought the truck, he answered me promptly. After hours, on his personal time... It didn't matter! He was always available, and never made me feel like I was a pain in the butt... Even though I was lol. I'm now the proud owner of a Jeep Cherokee, and I couldn't be happier with my entire experience at Farrish.
The entire staff we worked with during the purchase were great. I m from out of state and set up the appointment ahead of time. We were running late and they called to check on us. I forgot how bad rush hour traffic was in Fairfax. I wouldn t hesitate to purchase another vehicle from them.
I have lived in Fairfax area since 1974 and have bought & sold many vehicles. Without question, family-run Farrish is THE BEST dealer in the entire DC Metro area for both sales & service. Farrish mechanics have kept my 3 Jeeps in tip-top condition for 25+ years. They are honest, reasonable and stand behind their work. Farrish treats their regular customers like gold. Need a new car? Go see my long-time friend Richard May at Farrish and mention my name. Richard is tops.
These guys not care their customer after they sold a car
I just got late filing penalty from county. Not a word or notice of reminder from the dealer ship nor sales person.
Thank you so much to Gus and Timi for helping my Son purchase his very 1st car! The deal was smooth and up front no hidden fees!
Thank you Frank for a very enjoyable car buying experience and your expertise and honest advice. By the way we love the car.
This dealership is very friendly and will help meet the needs you are looking for. They will work with you and give you a great deal. They handle everything correctly, professionally, and efficiently. I have dealt with a few other dealerships and this one was honestly the best regarding friendliness, efficiency, and hassle free tasks.
SUE FEBRES at Farrish made my first car buying experience easy and enjoyable , He help us with tax ID and one of the advantages of it is that he was able to help us in Spanish . I totally recommend this dealership , we look for a car like this in other dealerships but nobody was able to help us bc they said that a tax ID wasn t going to work, but Suc Febres didn t give up on us until they approve us with a 2015 Grand Cherokee .
Transmission failure on Ram Promaster that was *just* out of warranty. The team at Farrish (primarily Zaheer) helped work through the system to reach a fair compromise. The van was repaired ahead schedule. Great communication and service thoughout.
Thanks!
We had the great experience of working with Simon Chu at Farrish to lease a Jeep Wrangler and we told ourselves that when it came time to buy another car, that we would co see Simon first. Well, that time came this past Sunday and we could not be more pleased. Simon is a great guy with respect for his customers. He understands the Jeep product and listened to what we were looking for and offered great options. We were thrilled to have the opportunity to work with him again and with the purchase of our new 2012 Grand Cherokee Overland. When it comes time to trade in the Wrangler, we will go to Simon again and buy our next Jeep!
My husband and I purchased a new Jeep Trailhawk from Debbie in May of 2015, my dream car, fully loaded, did everything except pour coffee. This May "Mother Nature" and a trip to see our daughter in San Antonio, Texas took my dream jeep and totaled it. We had towed it behind our RV and got caught in a baseball size hale storm, the RV sustained a lot of damage which sent us to the factory for repairs.
I called Debbie and explained our problem, we needed a car and needed it quick. She went to work and helped us narrow down the car that would replace my Trailhawk.... when we arrived back in Virginia our new car was waiting, she had it cleaned and ready to go when we arrived. Again my new Grand Cherokee is now my new "favorite car" thanks to Debbie, she even did the test drive for us!
Thanks Debbie, you helped ease our mind about purchasing a new car, we'll be back again next time we need to replace my "favorite car".
Not a good dealership. Sales representative gives different information and the sales manager gives other. Not a good dealership - experience vise. For a vehicle, they run my score and sold that vehicle to other which sales representative (Frank Russel) keep telling its in transit.
08/20 - Hi Kevin, I have emailed you with the details on your email.
Out of the many dealerships I visited to find the right car for me, Farrish provided me with the best customer service (Sue was excellent), the best prices, and a wide variety of cars to choose from. Would definitely recommend.
Five star rating due to three key items: 1) the online purchase process was easy and efficient, 2) our sales consultant, Gus Acheampong, was professional and accessible, both online and in person and 3) the dealership followed COVID-19 protocols. Definitely worth the two hour drive to get our new Jeep Wrangler! A&K
I have had a great experience with Farrish and my sales person Iman has been great helping me to pick out a right car. Thanks guys keep up the good work. Definately recommend Farrish.
This is in reference to your Service and Parts Department. I had my Jeep Grand Cherokee in the shop for an issue. On Wednesday, the 24th of July, my vehicle was ready for pick up. When I returned the loaner around 3 PM that afternoon, I forgot a case of canned dog food that I had bought and left in the back seat earlier that day. I didn't realize I forgot it until around 4:30/5:00 that afternoon. When I called to see if it was still there and discussed the issue to Joey, I was hesitant about going back to Farrish during rush hour traffic (from south Springfield near Lorton) and asked if i can pick it up the following day. When Joey found out where I lived, he mentioned that I lived on his way home and could drop it off after work later that evening. Well I want to give a huge shout out to Joey and Bella who actually drove to my house and dropped the case off for me. Even if he won t admit it, he did go kind of out of his way to drop the case off and I really appreciated it. Joey and Bella's kindness and friendliness is something that should be acknowledged and it was greatly appreciated. Again thank you Joey and Bella for going out your way to bring me back something that belonged to me. No everyone would have taken the time to drop it off and save someone else the headache of a trip in rush hour traffic. Again awesome and thank you!!!!!!
This is the first time that I have to take my cars back to the dealer for routine maintenance. I retired after 40years owning my own auto repair shop. I was pleasantly surprised by their service department. The staff were courteous and helpful, especially Nate. They didn't try to sell me anything that I didn't need, and the service was excellent and fast and reasonably priced. There's also a shuttle bus taking you to the Vienna Metro.
I brought my 2009 Jeep Wrangler in for repairs. Service was very fast and appears that the work was done correctly. Great customer service. Andrew always takes care of me. I would recommend using the service department if you have a jeep.
Great service. Just overly expensive. But great customer service. Very friendly staff.
Jeep builds a very poor quality vehicle. I've had my 2015 Grand Cherokee towed in 7 times due to it breaking down. It has 45,000 miles on it. The most recent repair by Farrish took 7 weeks and would have cost $10,000...luckily I purchased an extended warranty! Terrible quality vehicle, terrible service, save yourself the misery and headaches and buy another brand of vehicle! Most disappointing purchase of my life. If you buy a Jeep, be sure to pay for an extended warranty or else your total cost of ownership will be astronomical!
Note: my extended warranty was purchased at Farrish and provided by Jeep. So Farrish & Jeep are the only ones to blame for this extremely low quality vehicle and long timeframe for service to be completed.
October 2019 Update
Mr. Perkins, GM and Mr. Johnson, Service Mgr., were very receptive to my feedback and wanted to address my concerns. I am happy to share that my next visit included quality service and professional treatment by staff. It's good to see a business that is attentive to doing the work the right way.
9-4-19 Update
Thank you to Mr. Perkins for taking the time to speak with me by phone. I appreciate his expressed desire to improve my customer experience. I will update this review again in the future pending a positive outcome.
Original Concern:
Repair was fast and economical, BUT service was substandard. 3 issues: 1. Service Agent called my wife s phone at 8:20 am after I instructed them to call me. My wife gave them my number again and the agent said they would call me. No call by 2 pm, so I had to call. 2. I saw a porter drop my keys to the pavement 2 floors below when he couldn t find my car. The keys landed on asphalt at the feet of another porter. 3. They advertise that they wash the exterior when you come for service. This was not done.
Will think twice before returning to Farrish for service.
Fefe was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable about the different Jeeps they had on the lot. Had a much easier time than anticipated when buying my Jeep at Farrish!
We have been looking for a Jeep for awhile and he found the right person that gave us a very fair deal for our trade and the vehicle we purchase. No BS added on from Farrish Of Fairfax and very transparent process.
I was not looking forward car shopping, as I hadn't purchased a brand new car in many years. I studied the Consumer Reports 2017 New Cars magazine in advance and had narrowed down my search to two choices. From the minute I was warmly greeted as I came into the showroom, to 5 days later when I left with my fantastic Subaru Forester, I was treated with utmost respect and no high pressure squeeze. Franco Deoliveira was my salesperson and he did a great job. When I declined the offer to test drive a vehicle that first day, because I was just "looking," he said fine. He spent a long time going over the various features and their advantages. I left telling him I would be back in touch.
Three days later I came in to test drive a similar vehicle, and begin all the paperwork. Because I insisted on a particular color, I waited another day before I drove off in my new vehicle.
Excellent customer service is essential and I experienced that at Farrish Subaru.
Trusted place to get maintenance on you Jeep even after the warranty expires! Always friendly. Service quick. Great people work at this great place.
Gus and Floyd over at Farrish we re great to deal with!
I couldn t be happier with my new Ram 2500 Diesel!!!
Michael Oh and the entire staff at Farrish were very easy to work with and made the vehicle purchase process pain free. I was also surprised with how quickly we were able to complete the entire transaction. I was out the door in my new truck in no time.
Excellent Service!!! Friendly, Courteous Staff. Highly Recommend Them!!! Made us feel like we were very important customers!!!
Not impressed. Terrible customer service and unfriendly people everytime I'm there. I will no longer service my Jeep or consider buying here.
Great customer service.was away from home shopping had a minor accident and they took care of me.more importantly it was on a saturday afternoon.
I had the pleasure of working with Stacey and Ahmad with the purchase of my 2020 certified preowned Subaru Forester this evening. The dealership was clean and filled with fun, upbeat employees. Everyone was kind and respectful! Stacey and Ahmad answered all of my questions and went over many details so that I was aware of the entire purchasing process. This was especially important to me as a first time car buyer. I was nervous and excited because I was eyeing this specific vehicle for a couple weeks and finally decided to go in to test drive. Stacey let me take the car out for 30 minutes or so. I was able to really get a feel for it, take it for a spin on the highway, and play around with the features / new technology. The entire process took 3 hours or so, yes it was long, but it was worth all of that time because I really felt like I was walking out with not only with the car of my dreams, but with a fantastic deal! What was really great about this dealership was that even though I had brought a loan package through my credit union, their bank (JPMorgan Chase) was able to beat the interest rate from 4.89% to 3.89%. I was very impressed! She stayed through the entire process, even took my picture with my new forester! I wanted to give her and Ahmad a big thank you hug, but unfortunately could not because of covid :( I highly recommend going to Farrish Subaru if you re looking for a new set of wheels & to definitely go see Stacey and Ahmad!
Farrish Jeep was great. Frank made the whole experience spectacular. Everyone there was very knowledgeable and very friendly. Everyone made it clear that our satisfaction was their goal. I would definitely recommend Farrish to anyone looking for a Jeep. Frank knew we were coming, so he called to make sure he had several vehicles for us to look at. Except he put the one he knew my husband would want right out front. We didn't even look at any other Jeeps. We love our new Jeep, and I don't know if we'll ever go back to any other car. We will definitely come back to Farrish for our next Jeep.
Gus was outstanding. Not sure I have had a better experience purchasing a car. Great job to all. Would definitely recommend Farrish.
This is one of the worst dealerships I have ever dealt with. Terrible customer service for 1, like someone stated before people never contact you back and you basically have to spend a week calling hoping someone eventually answers. Second, this dealership sold me a vehicle that had drivetrain damage and the car would not function properly. I took the car to a different dealership to have the car diagnosed turns out Farrish sold me a car with the clutch burned down to the rivets, a flywheel that was damaged & a clutch master cylinder that was crooked which was one of the reasons I was having engagement issues from day one of owning the car. This issue was diagnosed 2 weeks after owning the car by 2 different reputable dealers, who both gave solid picture/paper documentation of the fact this STEALERSHIP sold me a broken car for well over 25k & they still refuse to pay out even HALF of the over 3k cost to fix all this. I have contacted Consumer Affairs, The Attorney General of Virginia and the Better Business Bureau as well as my lawyer. I will be seeing them in court and god I hope they get shut down for doing this to a guy who's done nothing but try and serve his country and protect people like Stan (The Sales Manager) while he decides to sell broken cars to people.
My sales rep, Gus, and business processing manager, Matt, were both professional, efficient and a pleasure to work with. I felt as though I received a good deal on an extremely high-quality vehicle. I will look to do business with Farrish again soon.
Great Dealership to work with. I originally bought my car through CarMax and have a warranty through them. Normally, it is a pain to have any work done at CarMax, so this time I brought it to Farrish, which is right down the road from my house. I worked with Hunter Biggs. I have worked with plenty of service associates in the past and Hunter is hands down the best I've worked with. He made the process easy, helped me work with the warranty service through CarMax, and was extremely professional. There were also no crazy diagnostic fees tacked on. I really felt the team there is honest and is there to support their customers. Highly recommend.
My husband and I have had the most pleasurable experience at Farrish over the past two days. Kudos to Mark Jones who provided excellent service from the time I called about one of their vehicles I found online, through the purchase process, and to the time I picked up just the vehicle I was looking for this morning - my beautiful 2017 Honda CR-V EX-L. We traveled to them from Upper Marlboro MD and highly recommend this dealership. Excellent dealership!
Great experience once again with the body shop. High quality work and good communication during the repairs. Would recommend!
Great experience, transparency and customer service, I recommend Farrish Chrysler .
Farrish has to be THE easiest dealership to deal with when buying a car. I'd been searching for my 'perfect' Jeep for a few months now and when my husband and I got to Farrish I had a few in mind that I wanted to see. David Rawlings, our sales consultant, had the patience of a saint! I must have asked him to pull 5 different Jeeps, all of which were up on their parking deck. We went from looking at a Rubicon to finally settling on an Unlimited Sport. Not once did he get any sort of attitude with us, nor did he get pushy. He was upfront on how much he'd be able to move on cost and we were upfront on what we were able to spend.
The short of it...I'd absolutely recommend Farrish as the place to go when looking for a new car and I'd specifically tell you to go see David. The entire process was way easier than I expected and that's because Farrish is good people.
Took my car in for service and scheduled maintenance had good experience..
Went with my sister to buy her first car a few days ago and had a great experience. The staff was very helpful especially Frankie Cox, she got us in and out with a great car at great pricing. Will definitely be coming back when I'm ready for an upgrade!
