Service Consultant Katrina Schlothauer provided the highest standard of customer service we have ever experienced in 30 years of car ownership. Across several weeks she coordinated efforts by multiple parties on recall, warranty, and routine work for our Chrysler Town & Country minivan. My husband and I just traded in one of our vehicles and walked out with an amazing Durango. Gus, was the one who assisted us from the very beginning and was very patient with us as our demands were a bit high. He walked us through the whole process with ease. He was very professional, helpful and informative. Mike was the one who helped us with the financing and he was also very professional and took the time to explain every detail of the agreement. This is our second time purchasing a vehicle from Farrish Dodge Fairfax and it will sure not be the last one. We recommend this place to anyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle since it has a wide selection and the customer service is excellent.

We purchased a 2019 Grand Cherokee with the Upland package. The day before, we had gone to Lindsay in Manassas. Huge mistake! They wanted to sale a 2018 Grand Cherokee with the Upland package for: One a higher price than what was listed on their site. Two, a higher price than the 2019 version (same model and trim). Ridiculous!

Anyway, we had a completely different experience at Farrish yesterday. We worked with Franklyn Teos and John Choi, and I believe Vinish (I may be wrong on that one). From the showing of the vehicle to finalizing the purchase, great overall experience. I will definitely recommend this place to family and friends looking to purchase a Jeep in the future.

The worst dealership I have ever been to, very rude salesman and a very rude manager. They are thieves they will rip you off, I don't recommend it at all, especially that fat stupid salesman.

Buying a new car seemed overwhelming and intimidating until I walked through the doors of this dealership. Simon answered my questions before I even asked them, was a pleasure to work with and we are thrilled with our vehicle. Farrish CJDR is a true gem among car dealerships. The service here is just phenomenal and the salespersons are knowledgeable about the vehicles they're selling you. The location itself is quite nice and the dealer's inventory is huge, especially in regards to well-specced R/T, SRT, Scat Pack, and 392 models.

I was enroute to Delaware when my check engine light came on and my car began to decelerate on its own. I naturally began to panic. I called a dealership I had recently used and while they allowed me to come in for service, I was told they probably couldn t repair my vehicle til the following day, but that wasn t feasible. I called Farrish instead and Casey informed me they could fit me in immediately. Once I arrived I was told to give them a couple hours and I could get back on the road. Sure enough in less than two hours Zaheer was explaining the issue and the acts he performed to resolve it! Service was excellent and they even have outside seating while you wait!! Farrish is my new go-to dealership!!!!

I bought dodge vehicle from here first i want to let you know guys that this place deserve 7 star rating and
the salesman mr.Dane pepper is the awesome person he made the deal very simple .he is the person with lots of positive energy always smyle and help me alot if you go there meet him for smooth deal with good price .
Finance department is also very nice and gentle they dont play money games they are very genuine person .
If you want to buy new vehicle go to farrish because i meet all the dealers for dodge but finally farrish is the best .
This place is best in customer service and price .

Don't trust this dealerships service department take your vehicle to somewhere like Sunaco or an independent garage these people cause more problems and even gave me back my vehicle with 55 PSI on one side of the car and 30 on the other side..... amateurs who cause more problems then good

Alex at the parts department has the most soothing voice ever. Super helpful and understanding. Goes over details with you does not rush the conv. and act like the creator of the universe.

Buying a new car is usually an ordeal...however, this was not! After doing extensive research on the model I was interested in, an online search pulled up exactly what I wanted at the best price. Contacted them via email, went for a test drive, talked price, and sure enough, Farrish stuck to what the online search and their website indicated. No haggling, no BS. I had a negative experience at this dealership over 10 years ago, but after this experience, I will definitely recommend them to others and put them at the top of my list when I am in the market for another new vehicle.

I had a terrible experience with this dealership. Mark Jones is who I was mislead and drug out here by. 110 miles to look at a like new vehicle that had damage in the front end. I was lied to and mislead, and had my time wasted.
I will never be back to this dealership. It is typical car salesman environment when you walk in. No one was friendly except my salesman. The manager sitting at the tower. it is just typical car salesman atmosphere. And lived up to a typical car salesman experience lies deceit Etc. Thanks but no thanks.

I bought my first new car here and had a number of unpleasant experiences. I've learned to be put more energy into my due diligence going forward, but wish spending money at this level looked more like attentive and accommodating customer service and less like taking a hit from an unscrupulous industry.

bought my Chrysler 200 there a couple years ago. sales is great service department is even better. they are the only place I let work on my car

Fantastic customer service! I recently purchased a Rubicon through Farrish and the experience in it's entirety was very pleasant. It was a bit of a drive from my home to this dealership but well worth my travels. Brand Specialist Rome Bernardo kept great communication via email/phone to ensure they had exactly what I was looking for and my needs were met. I would definitely say he went above and beyond my expectations. I was greeted by friendly staff when I arrived and I never felt pressured into making a purchase. After choosing to move forward with my purchase Matt Hull in the finance department assisted me with my fiance options. He was very professional and displayed a great deal of knowledge regarding the maintenance packages they have available to offer. Throughout this process Rome and his supervisor were both flexible and worked together to ensure I would leave a happy customer. They succeeded! They were Very helpful, I was at work and they helped me do everything remotely. They also picked me up after work to just sign the paper works. once there i was out in 30 mins. I would recommend them to friends and family, Carlton is the man!

I had a great experience at dealership. My initial choice was Ford Escape vs Jeep Cherokee. I've worked with Basem Salah (Sales) and Vinny Choi (Manager). They both provided all the info I was seeking and did not pressure me AT ALL. I've ended up going with the Ford due to my other half's choice but wanted to quickly give these guys credit!!
