We received great service from Jeremy and team. They were very quick to respond to any question we had. We were never in the dark about the process, and were constantly updated on which step we were in. Gathering the documentation for them was very simple and quick, and everything went smoother than I could imagine. I would highly recommend Pinnacle for any mortgage process. At the end of the process they even sent us a thoughtful gift thanking us for our business. One thing to note is it doesn't seem like Pinnacle will service a lot of the loans they do, but they make any process so easy.
