We worked with Jeremy and his team for our home loan and I could not be happier we made that decision. We started with another lender that we have worked with, and been happy with, for a number of years. However, we decided to do a bit more research for this loan and came across Pinnacle Capital.

After speaking with Jeremy the first time I knew he really cared about his clients, had a real strong understanding of the loan process and programs, and was going to be totally straight forward and honest. What we found was that all turned out to be true and then some. Jeremy, Sharon, and Marcea were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the whole process. Jeremy was out of the country during our closing but was still texting me nearly every day, all the way through closing! WHAT?!?! Now that is customer service!

I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for a home loan or refinance.
