I worked with Jeremy, Sharon, Tyler, and Zac. They are very professional and I did not feel pressure given my complex circumstances. They use a web portal so you can securely upload your documents instead of sending through email. They will not automatically run your credit if you fill out an application. They will call or email if you want a quote first. The rate I got versus the quoted rate was actually lower. Overall great transaction.
