Jeremy and his team are on the ball. I am embarrassed to admit and regret that I must, but my wife and I switched from working with Jeremy for lower costs and fees that we found at a credit union that we were referred to. Big mistake. Where Jeremy was prompt and would have had our refi done, the credit union dropped the ball and is taking way longer than should be the case. So, we are continuing to pay on the mortgage - without the refi - and probably saved no money by switching but found frustration. We wish we had stuck with Jeremy and hope this may compel someone else to do so. I now recognize the actual difference.
