Very nice hotel, large rooms with comfortable beds and great bathrooms.

The spectacular gym, the whole fitness area very well achieved and the rooms and the exquisite treatment.

Very poor service provided by all staff, we show up at 12 and got are room which had a the smell of cigars, We made a complaint and the cleaning lady came by and sprayed the floor, which did absolutely nothing. After making a second complaint for the smell they relocated us after 3 hours into another room. Now this room had pubic hair on the bed at this point we made the manager of the building come up and see the problems we had, telling us she would relocate us very soon they just had to make sure the room was ready. After waiting an hour they call saying it should be soon, we call 30 minutes later and the manager comes up and assures us it will be soon. Finally got the room at around 5 after waiting since 3 to be put into another room. Very unpleasant experience and they show no care for others time. I will be placing a formal complaint against the cleaning staff and the manager who had us waiting for 2 hours when the room would be ready very soon we just have to make sure everything is good for you . First off you shouldn t need to check a room to see if it is held to are level, if you hold yourself as a 5 star hotel act as one and know every room is cleaned properly.

5 stars hotel with a huge hall but the prices are high 5 for a coffee 5 for small fries and 9 for a regular portion

It is the best, although it is separated from the Center of the city, big inside, with good views, silent at night, which is to thank and has fantastic facilities outside.
If you want to watch a football match, FCB is very close.

The best hotel ever. So peaceful .....good energy around the hall once you enter the hotel.

We were appalled to see that the hotel is keeping a lonesome swan with clipped wings under terrible conditions. It is kept in a filthy pond (hardly any water and it is so dirty it stinks) which it cannot leave. Who is supposed to take pleasure in this?! We don't understand what this animal cruelty has to do with the values of the hotel.

Luxurious. Great service. Lovely bathtub. The rooms are great, but I would skip the food.

One word comes to mind when I stay at this hotel: PERFECTION!
The rooms are extremely clean and well decorated. Bathroom nice, and very well arranged. friendly and friendly staff. Chic and modern hotel design.

Nice view, great location, right next to a main Ave, tram and subway stations. Room was big and well lit. A/C is kind of weak, but I guess that's more energy efficient. Couldn't figure out a way to turn on just my bedside lamp. It was either really bright or really dark. Room service is great, cleaning staff does a great job. Bathroom was well equipped. Overall, a nice stay. P.S. A package of chocolate covered almonds was in my room when I arrived, great touch!

Lovely building with a great vibe. A refurbished room is a must. Drinks a little pricey but you expect that.
Also the best bed I think I've slept in at a hotel in a very long time.

I had food poisoning after breakfast so bad, that I needed to stay in bed for two days with high temperature. Thank God, my colleague had medicine. Hotel didn't took any blame on it or compensate me at all. Only offer one dinner that I couldn't eat anyway. Couldn't recommend it at all.

Luxurious hotel in the upper area of Barcelona, not suitable for all budgets.

My partner and I have booked a pool day pass with breakfast included and visited the hotel a few days ago. We were straight away impressed by this big building and were looking forward to spending the day at the pool.

Once arrived at the breakfast, we were welcomed and asked to wait to be seated (which was pretty quick). We received a few minutes later some cheese board, meat and bread and were advised someone would come to take our order.

Having finished everything, we patiently waited but realised after a moment (I would not be able to quantify exactly how long we waited) that no one would come. We then decided to ask a lady whether we could order and she advised us someone would come and get our order. It was 10:40 am. Since no one came 15 minutes later, we asked again a man whether we could order. Again, same response.

We decided to give up and leave at 11:15 am, 35 minutes after being told someone would come (probably 45 minutes after we finished eating).

We rapidly realised that everyone who arrived after us ordered a few times while we were still waiting to place our very first order. We were disappointed by this service but guessed people paying more would be treated better.

Our day was overall good but we were thinking whether it was worth paying for a breakfast as we paid for a buffet we never got. Without this event, we would have without any doubt already booked another day which is a shame as the pool day was pretty good.

Chic hotel. The lobby is impressive. Clean and spacious rooms. Quality bedding. Quiet location with nearby metro and camp nou too. Without hesitation. Excellent breakfast.

It is one of the best hotels in Barcelona, with magnificent facilities. The super nice and large hall, stunning views, with a garden and super nice pools. And the employees are very kind and polite.

Beautiful hotel in the upper area of Barcelona. The lobby is beautiful. We went to have a drink on the chill out terrace that they have and where you can also eat or dine with. It's not a cheap place, but you pay for luxury. I would love someday to be able to have dinner on the terrace where they offer barbecue service.

A wonderful few days in Barcelona for a conference and few tourist dats. Special thanks to Marcelo in the concierge for his help in choosing restaurants for us and great local tips for tourists. Every recommendation was just what we wanted. Service all round was great. A lovely conference venue.

It was an OK hotel for our conference but not a great location for the City centre. Rooms were nice and I'm sure in Summer when the outdoor pool area is open it would be a good choice. Not so good in late September

Good hotel, but located a bit on the edge of Barcelona. Some elements should be improved to get this hotel to top level, e.g. serving more vegetables for breakfast. On the other hand, location is not so bad - 15 minutes by taxi to the airport, walking distance from a metro station - but you are still far from the historical center.
I admit it has very interesting architecture.

Impressive hotel with a very nice lobby and superb exteriors. Unfortunately the soundproofing of the room leaves something to be desired. Especially we were charged 262 euros when check out while we were only paying the tourist tax for 2 nights ... After calls to the hotel I am assured that my file has been transmitted and will be processed, but nothing is happening for the moment.

I am delighted to stay in this hotel. Although, or maybe because I have spent countless nights in various hotels in my life, this is my first hotel league. Everything at the highest level! Service, concierge, interior - everything is great. If possible, I recommend paying extra for the room with access to the bar upstairs! Great views, delicious snacks and dishes and Cava!

Second time we go for spa and massage. Excellent treatment, good facilities although the spa would win in "refreshing" a little, paintings and details that would make it more cozy. Also a very good place for a total relax moment

The meeting room was comfortable enough to house the event, and even being a lot of people there, there was so much space. Catering was OK, and the service was very good.
