A situation happened upon our arrival, where the internet was off, but it was better for the two years to deal, especially Ismail Dinia, where they received the arrivals and served us coffee. And it didn't take long. Then we found in the room after our return in the evening this polite message and with it a sweet gift expressing their interest in the guests despite the crowding these days.

The front desk is horrible stood in line forever to check out and I was in a rush

Very nice hotel, but a bit farther out to walk to shops and restaurant. Easy to get cabs but could get pri ey after a while

Apart from the stunning atrium and lobby area, the hotel has really amazing service and the rooms are beautiful. The location isn't ideal if you want to visit the city but it us super close to the nearby convention centre and is within walking distance of the palace.

I can tell you it is not up to 5 stars
If you come with a Porsche or large sedan you will be well received, if you come by classic car it is something else the porter indicates to you with his arm the parking lot
We waited 45 minutes to check in a shame the person at the reception did not speak French, after this wait we waited another 15 minutes because the room was not ready, there we started to show our dissatisfaction with it came out a manager with our cards and accompanied us to the room, (very nice room)
we went to the swimming pool and there is a huge lack of deckchairs, at least double the people installed their towels on the floor, very Classy for a 5 * (the ladies with their Vitton bag) Mr the director buy deckchairs if he Please !!

The Hotel is fantastic, but I did not like the food at the pool restaurant, they also did not respond to my request that I did not chop the dish that I ordered, I left it practically everything, they did not have any details, or explanation when I asked for it, very bad A hotel of this category cannot afford this.

Luxury hotel in the city of Barcelona, both by definition and the great treatment of its employees and their employees with clients. They make you feel comfortable and well treated, even if you are away from your home, family and comfort. A very cozy and charming garden to take a peaceful walk around it and the urban environment full of green areas and exclusive sports clubs create a perfect climate to rest and relax. If we can find a catch, it would be premise that this isolation must be at the entrance of the city, far from the center. It is necessary to assess if we prefer peace of mind when resting, or being in the middle of the city. For me, an exceptional hotel.

During the wedding season I visit many hotels, restaurants, farmhouses, and places for celebrations. Without a doubt, the Rey Juan Carlos Hotel pleasantly surprised me by the perfection when it comes to holding this type of event.

The place, outdoors in the month of June, at sunset and with the pool, as you can see in a photo I have added, is an Oasis in the city of Barcelona.

The staff in charge of the organization is one of the most professional with whom I have worked in the last year. The person in charge of the event contacted me a few weeks before the wedding, for anything she might need, and I really liked that.

Fantastic place, perfect treatment and the course of the event and dinner went perfectly.

I hope to visit the place again during this season.

Good food but employees with little experience and not very fast. Great atmosphere.

The service and rooms are top notch. The only drawback is that it's fairly far from the old city. But if a 25 minute metro ride doesn't bother you, it's a nice place to stay.

Very good stay of 3 nights with cleanliness, calm and finesse the only downside and being French nobody speaks as much in the room as in reception and I find it a shame for a hotel of this size otherwise beautiful place and impeccable service with a breakfast well complete

Overall a very good experience! We held a 2 days, +150 people, company convention. The facilities are very well equipped and the staff always attentive during all the session. Technical team was also well staffed and had good equipment to control and deliver the experience we wanted. Breakfast and lunch were very nice and speedy, cocktail dinner offering was a bit off (although some vegetarian and gluten intolerant colleagues were given a nice alternative). The main restaurant is outside of the main building, nearby, but still outside.

Good place for a business dinner (in the outdoor jrdines).

I was on aa67 that was cancelled on August 30th and we were all shuttled over to the JC1 for the night. The hotel took in 300 or so unexpected guests like a military exercise. Check in. Three meals. All amenities all languages. Unreal. Never seen anything like this outside of the evacuations at Dunkirk.

The rooms were fantastic with a great deal of amenities, great views of the Stadium, and nice 24 hour menu. However charging for things like access to the whirlpool when the pool was infused was a bit of a bummer

A luxury! And it could not be less after the hotel level that it is ... but beyond the hotel ... the bar service is impeccable! The great food! I recommend the croaker ... and the dessert there are no words!

Hotel perfect, but it is specified that pets are accepted without further detail they made me pay 50 per night for a small clean dog that does not bristle and not lose a bowl or a cushion ... C ' is abuse. Never paid such a price in a hotel !!!

Excellent hotel, a little away from the center, with beautiful gardens. Modern rooms with good views and well maintained. Breakfast abundant in variety and with good quality of pruductos, that in addition, offers kitchen in the moment. The staff is very friendly and professional. Hotel highly recommended.

Very nice upscale hotel. Near metro station. Easy to travel to downtown Barcelona. Staffs are very helpful. Hotel is rather new and generally its facilities are in excellent conditions. This hotel totally live up to the reputation of Fairmont chain.Overall great experience. Would stay here again on my future visits to Barcelona.

The room is good. The view is lovely. Just on a walking distance from Camp Nou. The staff are friendly. Breakfast was not that good and limited options. No coffee with the mini bar, you have to bay 20 for the coffee and water boiler. The food & water is very expensive in the restaurant.

Very badly received by the director's daughter who, under the pretext that we had 1 more 3 month old child, billed us for an additional room. Breakfast very far from the standard of a 5 star. I understand that the covid leaves traces but to take revenge on the client is shameful

I can only talk about the spa. The facilities should review them. One of the worst we've visited. The outdoor pool, the environment is not very careful ... Yes, the workers are very friendly.

A larger hotel than we would normally choose, but absolutely stunning and a great choice for a special short city break.
