I was on Sunday morning, the truth is that we did not like anything, the massage we hired was 1 hour and it lasted 45 minutes at the most, besides it was not a massage, they seemed caresses. The spa can not be enjoyed as a couple, it is like a gym, I do not recommend it, the treatment was normal, the truth is that it is not intended for it.

Beautiful hotel. Well done service and room quality. Air conditioning works well. I'd say 5 star for sure. Just needs a slightly bigger shower and to ditch the traditional European bidet.

Incredible hotel, well located, very good service and cleanliness .. They are under construction and if you touch a room nearby it can be a bit annoying, otherwise highly recommended

Excellent food and drinks, well layed out, decorated very nicely, lovely beds and good furnishing all round. Plenty of facilities; conference centre pools, gardens longing areas etc etc. A good all round hotel which made a good trip great.

We didn't stay here but attended an event organized by our associate. The hotel is classic with a beautiful front garden and spacious lobby. The staff is very helpful and the food super delicious..

I went to a job interview that took place in the hotel facilities and it seemed like a good place to stay with attentive and professional employees.

I love this hotel. It is like a palace. Its a bit far out away from the center. I have only been there in the evening to attend functions but the place is worth the time it takes to get there. The staff, from the door men to the waitstaff and everybody in between, are friendly and helpful. The piece de resistance on the weekends is Alex, the DJ. The Fairmont snagged a gem when they employed him. We dance the night away and then pour ourselves in a taxi to head home

Great hotel and quite fancy. Only drawback is the location. But it is very quiet, so it's great if you want to have some privacy and peace.

i maa reservation with another 32 different people to attend the WEM2015 esthetic congress at the palao de congre in Barcelona - 12 houeres before my plain took off i was advised by my travel agent that the hotel had an overbooking and we were transfrered to another hotel in the airport. now let us put aside the extra cost i am abot to have - thsi is NOT the way you should treat 32 clients. i am fluent in Spanish was talking to the reservation explaining them we are 32 people from all over the world and NOTHING. i will NOT make any additional booking in this hotel nort the chain.

I was at an event. Inconceivable that the "Metre" ignored the content of the event menu. The issue of intolerances, food, total ignorance. Even occupational risks because we are almost the guests who have to pick up a dumpling from the floor to avoid slips. A classic of events hot drink and scarce food. That's the rest of the super-professional and professional staff. Thank you very much for saving the evening.

Lose a day of vacation looking on the internet if there are pools available elsewhere because it is impossible to have access to that of our own hotel: the large pool being privatized, we only have access to a small pool that is already shielded . No place available.
Paying for a 5 star hotel and wasting your day in your room ... INADMISSIBLE.

The architecture is starting to be a little dated - hard to think why anyone thought atriums were a good idea for a lobby - and the location is way out of town but the food is excellent and the staff are awesome: hugely anxious to please, no effort spared. Even the bar pianist is great! The staff really make this hotel.

Stayed for a few days in this lively hotel. I liked the modern elegant design and the rooms are very comfortable! Mattress and pillows are a dream! Facilities are nice and well maintained - special mention for the pool adults only great for people who already know well Barcelona and just want to relax and chill.

The staff has been lovely and so helpful; I highly recommend!

Luxury hotel located 15 minutes walk from Camp Nou.

Location is near Zona Universitaria station, vast hotel with good service, comfortable rooms with nice view.

Perfect upscale hotel staff very courteous no doubt go back again.
Do not have a rental car there Metro 500 meters away fifteen minute drive and you are in central Barcelona .... highly recommend.

Very classy hotel with good ambience and nice bathroom

We stayed here for 4 nights, everything was perfect. Well maybe just for few little things like the cleanliness of the bathroom walls or not putting complementary water in the room, or the ac in some rooms not working properly and...
evrything else was perfect. There was a lady at the reception named Andreea who went way over board helping us with every little things. She is an angle. Very energetic. Allways smilling and explaining every little things. We gad a great stay at this hotel mostly thanks to her.

Fabulous service, room (very clean), location, and facilities (pool and gym). Inclusive breakfast great, however, lunch and evening meals were not good value for money nor were they varied enough for a five night visit. Get the food sorted and it would be five stars all the way.

We went to Barcelona with a friend to watch football. What a great hotel this was and I slept very well. We enjoyed it. Beautiful lobby, beautiful restaurant. Service is excellent and very professional. They have delicious wine too. Here attention is paid to the customers. Definitely recommend to experience it

Was only in hotel for two dinners stayed elsewhere as this hotel was beyond my businesz travel budget.

One small group dinner wasn't very good (I wasn't paying, invited guest, did not want to embarrass host) but big conference dinner for several hundred people was excellent, included high quality local wines.
