Rooms are just ok, carpet is worn. Coffee is great, but 5.50 euro. Not many other options to eat in the area.

We came in super early as our cruised docked early. My original room was unavailable as it was 8am but they offered to bump me up for a small fee. Definitely worth it, the staff are incredible, the hotel is immaculate. And the facilities are super nice. I definitely recommend staying here at the fairmont!

All phenomenal but the way to eat to the terrace, next to the pool is very slippery as soon as four drops fall. It takes a long time

The open feeling of the lobby is wonderful and quiet. The breakfast buffet is all delicious. Egg dishes, French toast, and porridge are served on the spot. Room had enough area, and there was bathtub, and hot water plenty came out.

Nis stayed at this luxurious hotel due to a flight cancellation from Vueling. I would have preferred to have dinner at my destination. The dinner was Menu Vueling. Obligatory in a bar. Two dishes to choose. Burrata or gazpacho. And chicken or hake. Without bread without dessert. Just water. It seemed that we had been punished. Or what we were pariahs. Fatal. And without breakfast. Bus at 4 when our flight was at 11am. Ridiculous.

The building looks amazing and the lobby and staff are excellent. The location is great if you want to go watch Barca FC or get to the metro. The health club and pools are truly resort worthy. Where things broke down for us was the lack of vegetarian options in any of their restaurants and the fact that there were stains and holes in the carpet / furniture in the two rooms that I booked. I get that they are renovating and we were in their older rooms. But, if you're charging for a 5 star, I do expect carpeting that's not worn to the point of having holes and a sofa without big stains.

Nice personnel, nice park with a pool and a pond with a swan, nice view (you can see the sea). The Barcelona Congress Center is next door. Yes, the bathroom is small but not a problem for me as it is well-equipped and functional. I recommend the hotel.

We went to the spa to get a massage and enjoy the pool. The massage was great, the therapists were very friendly and competent. The spa facilities would need a refurbishment to be at the hotel level. Both the indoor and outdoor pools were spacious, at a correct temperature and well maintained.

Had a very memorable stay. Every thing went very well from check in to check out. The staff were very professional, friendly and helpful. Every one does his (her ) job with a big smile. The hotel is located in a quiet area away from the city centre hussle. It has a very beautiful garden, which is not marketed at the website.
It is very convenient if you are attending a meeting at the conference centre, which is a 2 minutes walk. You can easily reach city centre and most of the landmarks by metro or bus. Camp Nou is on a walking distance.
I would not hesitate to stay there again if I go back to Barcelona.

I went to an event for the 25th anniversary of Daba. The place seemed adequate but honestly, the quality of the food was quite mediocre. I can only talk about the event, because I have not stayed

Good rooms Simple rooms at a high average price, but great suites. The restaurants both outside and inside quality and also somewhat expensive, but the free buffet is worth it.

The staff here is world class the hotel is what a five star hotel should be like. We loved our stay here rooms are perfectly appointed. We ate at the restaurant here as well also excellent amazing service and great food quality. We also loved the DJ they had he was also great. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

It seems (and is) a business hotel or step, but it really is very welcoming for people of all ages. The prices for nothing are exorbitant and the rooms, excellent. Unforgettable stay.

It really is a hotel that you will remember forever. This hotel will not leave you indifferent, its rooms full of details that will conquer you, its attentive employees that will make you feel at home, its ideal bar to have a drink on a special occasion and its very complete breakfast, they left us an indelible memory.

Very average hotel, noisy pool with lots of kids even though it's supposed to be 18+, staff does not go the extra mile to make it a true experience (except the door man with braces). Why is the whirlpool for men and women seperated?!? Front desk asked us for 100 euros to check in 1 hour early which is UNACCEPTABLE!!! Some parts of hotel needs upkeep such as the spa area, walls are stained and yellow. Switched over to Sophia Hotel for duration of stay, they should take notes, what an absolute pleasure it was!!!

EDIT: Reply to your response. I was at the pool that is "exclusively for adults" but because your other pool was closed due to a wedding so everyone was transferred to the small one.

The perfect massage, very good treatment, but the spa facilities leave much to be desired for a 5 star hotel.

Everything had started well, welcome and first lunch at the top.
Then the service is degraded, unscrabched servers, aggressive and very poorly organized with sometimes 30 minutes waiting to drink a simple Coke.
For example, it took one of our friends to take over the restaurant bill and redo the point because it was full of errors.
Concerning the Parking, the, it is a skit.
We were with our 8 sports cars, and the person in charge of the parking lot tried to scam us. Indeed, it is well noted in the hotel that the parking is charged 30 for 24 hours, obviously we had to go out and get in, this person wanted us to pay at each exit without taking into account that our ticket was valid 24h he told us even made the brides of honor, he also insulted a friend who had paid his parking under the pretext of the opposite ..... in short a zero point with even slaps that get lost! more

Very nice hotel, staff courteous, international breakfast buffet with a large selection.

Beautiful hotel and grounds. 2 lovely pools and a very nice outside eating area. Definitely a little bit of luxury. Thought for the price of the rooms it would have been nice to have more included as standard (like breakfast). Food I would say in general is lovely but overpriced for what you get. Lovely stay though.

Coming to the Fairmont for Valentine's Day, I was extremely surprised by the professionalism of the staff. Everything was perfect, the room, the setting, the services.

I wanted to leave a very special mention for Doriane, a woman of incredible sweetness. She is French, which is a luxury for communication!

Also, we had dinner at the hotel restaurant (of great culinary quality), and we were served by Siffedine. This man is the nugget of this hotel! We loved chatting with him and we will certainly not forget his attention and kindness.

Finally, our flight was at the end of the day and we asked Arshad to arrange us so that the wait is not too long. Arshad was understanding and flexible.

The SPA is quality, thank you to Clara who took care of me and I loved it.

Be assured that we will come back, but above all to have the pleasure of seeing all the people mentioned in this review! A big thank you to all ! And congratulations to the hotel for the recruitment of its staff!

One of the best hotels in Barcelona. Its location and gardens are truly unique in the city, and although I consider it a bit cold, this hotel is a bet of success.
