All the services you can imagine of a hotel with these characteristics. Adult pool separated from the pool for families with children. Impeccable facilities, although some details fail to make it perfect.

5 stars say it all, ans is deservea them all. Good service, excellent for Corporate Eventa too!

I recommend the Fairmont Rey Juan Carlos I hotel for all people traveling for business or tourism to Barcelona and who wish to stay in a high standard option, away from the noise and hustle and bustle of the city. Rest, relaxation and sports can go hand in hand for those who want to combine them. The lobby bar has a good selection of wines and liquors for a pre-sleep drink and the restaurant offers a generous and diverse breakfast. The staff is friendly and goes out of their way to make the guest feel pleasant and comfortable.

Absolutely gorgeous atmosphere, very friendly staff. The food was delicious, creative and beautifully presented. Good portion sizes. The picture is of chocolate cake which had the texture of very well made mousse. Yum!

very close to public transport and airport, also looking at the scenery of camp nou. You can stay.

We lowed the stay at Fairmont.The location is great and the hotel was clean and well upkeep. It shows some age and maybe some areas need renovation but still overall great experience. The staff was professional and helpful.The beds were extremely comfortable and we lowed the aroma throughout the hotel Will definitely come back

Beautiful hotel done properly. It's not new but it is in ideal condition and renovated to the best standards of quality. Staff attentive and friendly, breakfast excellent.

P.s. My room was great and really clean but the bathtub was dirty with hair etc. Not nice!

What an amazing service! We have been in a lot of hotels around the world and i have to say that the building is just amazing but the service is even better... Great hotel! Great accommodations! Restaurant can be pricey and sometimes unseasoned. But I would definitely come back!

Room not very neat, shower room too narrow and the water splashed outside.

Very nice hotel, good reception, an excellent breakfast (buffet well stocked) and beautiful rooms. However, the indoor pool is outside the hotel, there are hours for under 18s (13h-14h and 15h-16h30) and the spa (sauna and steam room) is not free.

Expensive but really great hotel. Foods are delicious.

The location is very good, very close to the Camp Nou and L'Illa, a fairly large shopping center.

I was staying here while on a work trip and was completely blown away with just how high the standard of this hotel is. From the second you walk in, you are surrounded by elegance and timelessness.

My room was clean, tidy with a gorgeous bathroom. The view was lacking but this did not affect my review as I wasn't in the room enough to worry about it, due to being out for most of the daylight hours.

Staff were very attentive. Food was lush. What more could you need?

I was several days for work last week and both the facilities and the food were optimal. Although I did not have the opportunity to use the spa, I heard several very positive comments about the pool and gym. The attention of the staff is wonderful, everywhere and at all times. I asked the maid about the composition of the shampoo they offer and they kindly referred it to the supplier and then they responded by mail. The metro is very close so you can easily reach any point of the city. It is surrounded by parks and the neighborhood has the charm of the university areas. They offer a map of the city and transport that I found very useful to move easily.

Excellent attention from hotel staff, cafeteria, reception.
The tent of the Palau de Congresos, especially the maitre or head of the room leaves much to be desired by the public.

Impersonal place but very convenient and easy with the proximity of the metro to the center of Barcelona or the airport. Also nice staff.

Newly renovated rooms, great quality beds in rooms, absolutely delicious food in the restaurant in the lobby and beautiful outside pool. Thanks will be back!

Is just a 5 star hotel. Service and food very good, rooms great with a nice view over the city - but also everything for its price. In the immediate vicinity there are also hardly any alternatives, e.g. for dinner.

We went to celebrate a baptism, we had also gone for the wedding, ... I have no words, all the details were very well taken care of, the exquisite food ... to make a stroke, the bathroom of the very small minusvalids

Was here for a meeting. The place is very clean. Everyone was friendly and professional. They catered food for our meeting space and were very attentive.

Super. Gargantuan breakfast, 5-star room, excellent gym and pool. At 5 min by bus and metro also valid for going to the airport in 30 min.

This hotel is spectacular, I was not really staying here, I went to meet someone who was waiting and I had a beer on the ground floor, with live music and ... super relaxing and 100% recommended .

I was working next door. I went in for a coffee and they charged me 5'50 .

I have stayed at this hotel twice. I was impressed by the cleanliness, the size and the beauty of the place. I chose this hotel because of its location close to the football stadium. Access is a 10-minute walk away and the metro to the center is also accessible in 5 minutes, as is the tram.
The hotel is warm and relaxing. You immediately feel at home, as much in the hall with the lounge and the bar / dining area as in the large bedrooms. The staff are charming and the little extra for me is the breathtaking view of the whole city, the sea as well as the large hotel garden and also the stadium for those who are interested.

Visited on the occasion of a reception held at this hotel, the place was beautifully appointed with a striking lobby level effect of impressive proportions. The location of the hotel is really interesting and the service is efficient and discreet.

I've only seen the reception, but I think it's a very large and very nice place

I have to say that I was not expecting such a great stay since I never stayed with this hotel chain in the past. Everything was excellent since the moment that we arrived with a welcome from the parking guys then the front desk experience was awesome easy and fast. the rooms are extremely comfortable with a very nice size bathroom everything sparkling clean.
Breakfast was awesome with a HUGE selection, coffee was great all waiters we so friendly and helpful.
Pool areas are very nice and clean very relaxing and the pools were big.
The bar and lobby areas were very relaxing at night for couple drinks, they even had a live DJ (not loud just perfect) to have a great time with some music and drinks.
I would like to give special thanks to the concierge Marcelo who was very friendly and try to schedule activities for us and Angelo which we saw him everywhere making sure everything was good even taking some breakfast orders to make sure things go fast and smooth.
Overall my stay was perfect. YES I WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN AND AGAIN!!!!!

The place is beautiful... the employees try to do the best and some cases did outstanding (like Vinicio from the restaurant or the team from the outside restaurant) but when things go wrong the customer service, response time and quality actions are very weak ... unfortunately after a 3 weeks Eurotrip, where a choose to spend the last night with my fam was a wrong decision.. they didn't fulfill my expectations and underperform as a team.... when things go wrong is where opportunities arise....

I'm talking specifically about the hotel restaurant.

Excellent restaurant at the Hotel Rey Juan Carlos I. They have a delicious menu that although it may not seem like it, not much food.



They have a good selection of bread of different flavors (with olives, nuts, tomato ...) that you can try with a very good oil they have and salt with spices.
First I ordered Burrata, which was delicious, and then Iberian prey.

The atmosphere is also incredible because the decoration inside the hotel is not lacking in detail.

I ate very comfortably

It is incredibly beautiful inside, the suites are really and the Terrace where the restaurant is, a spacious and green space with a very affordable grill restaurant for the prices that we are used to in the 5 stars.
