Coming to the Fairmont for Valentine's Day, I was extremely surprised by the professionalism of the staff. Everything was perfect, the room, the setting, the services.

I wanted to leave a very special mention for Doriane, a woman of incredible sweetness. She is French, which is a luxury for communication!

Also, we had dinner at the hotel restaurant (of great culinary quality), and we were served by Siffedine. This man is the nugget of this hotel! We loved chatting with him and we will certainly not forget his attention and kindness.

Finally, our flight was at the end of the day and we asked Arshad to arrange us so that the wait is not too long. Arshad was understanding and flexible.

The SPA is quality, thank you to Clara who took care of me and I loved it.
