Hadi many. Not suitable for young people but eating in it is acceptable and the hotel is a high class room

The delicious cocktails and the service were amazing

I have booked a suite room, they gave me the room key around 7 pm my bags arrived 9 pm my room was in the 8th floor somehow the wind gets inside the room but they assure me that it's normal due to the wind speed. I didn't get that , the room lack of water and the dental kit everything you should ask for.

Too much smell on the lobby due to shisha and cigarettes lounge. Food is awaful very bad taste and presentation

Public transport is very hard due to the operation of the train next to the hotel they operate from 10 am but we had to wait outside 15mint to 20 mint.

All in all it is not worth the money nor the location. Sorry Fairmont but plz look into what we have known you.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful. Rooms were big. Wasn't crowdy. The good thing is that you don't hear any cars outside because of its location. Bathrooms were neat, and equipped with hair dryer, trash, towels, and everything. The bed was comfortable. Would I go back? Definitely.

I came here for the massage. Gaya was very very succesfull. It was the best massage in my life. Other than that, i liked sauna it is comfortable and sea view. Also there is sleeping pods really good idea after massage for sleep a bit.

But my favorite area is garden at the massage room floor.

I stayed there for two days but I wished I could have increased it for days more

Truly the best place to stay in Baku. Rooms very huge, well organized and very clean. Awesome view of ocean, city and Baku eye. In the night, when tower light up with it's famous colorful lights, it makes it even more beautiful

That Flame Tower hotel.
It feels a little far from the city center because it is on a small hill, but since the 18th bus is frequent, it wasn't too inconvenient to use it.
Above all, the hotel is luxurious and thanks to the corner room, we enjoyed the hotel stay spaciously.
Breakfast was delicious too.

Pros, Rooms are great with high ceiling and views are great specially if you can get the one with Seaview and hotel's location is very near to martyrs memorial Cons, US dollars are not acceptable anyware in the hotel, they will lock the minibar if you don't want to use and charge you 10 manats for removal of mini bar which is no big deal but when they enter in your room by telling your roommate that someone called the reception to lock the mini bar and also if you don't answer after a knock they will open the door and enter which is very scary(main reason that I am giving 2 stars), service is not even up to the 3 star Accor hotels, if you had stayed in a hotel in Dubai or Abu Dhabi you will definitely feel the difference so lower your expectations and do not expect that they will allow you the COMPLIMENTARY checkout and lastly the only Pakistani or Indian food they have is chicken biryani which cooked by the local

Fairmont Baku is one of the most beautiful hotels in Baku. It is located in the three fire towers. The rooms are very luxurious and large compared to other hotels close to the old city. The crew is very helpful and understanding to the nature of his work.

Actually a very nice hotel with good staff, great spa plant and views of Baku. The rooms were also very beautiful and big. But when we were there, there were some delegations from Central Asia, the associated security personnel was very unkind. It was very impractical to come into the building. We had to wait and join a queue with our heavy luggage to come in. After that, a security dropped our camera bag, luckily nothing broken. I hope the hotel will communicate better in the future when they can have such events so you can descide if you want to go or search for another.

Amazing hotel.. Sarvan (Receptionist), Rustom (Duty Manager incharge) and the Duty manager were extremely helpful and solved my issue. Thanks to them. The hotel is located with wonderful views sea and city views are both spectacular. Rooms are very clean. Staff is attentive and friendly. Gold lounge is amazing with their staff comfortable seatings and views. Great for families and couples. Locatin is very good, walking distance to the Funicular, carpet museum, highland park, baku boulevard, etc.

Good services and location but they delayed our chick in for more than three hours and refused to replace it during chick out!!!
Also they requested to pay extra money after completing booking as per offered price and for any simple (room services) request!!
Really, I am surprised.

Wow. Great hotel! Gives this hotel at least 7 stars. Everything is clean and polished, the place is beautiful, innovative design and at a very high level. I loved the spa on the 5th floor with an indoor pool and two large spa pools. Also the dry and wet sauna and all this overlooks the whole view of the Caspian Sea. The staff are extraordinarily courteous. recommended!

What an amazing place, hotel is luxurious on the inside as it is on the outside. Staff is very courteous. There is a lady who plays the piano very beautifully. Ambiance is very relaxed and luxurious.

The bad part of this hotel is their breakfast, very limited options for a hotel that style , one egg counter with huge lines and etc.

I wish I could give this hotel -5 stars! We booked 2 rooms a month prior to our arrival to Baku. 3 days before our arrival we received an e-mail notifying us that our booking has been cancelled. Fairmont hotel already charged us for the rooms, which was a big surprise to us. We have called them to inquire about the CANCELLATION. We were notified that a government delegation is coming to fairmont and thus they cancelled our reservation to accommodate us. They did not even bother to provide us with an alternative. I can't believe its an international hotel chain with ZERO customer service.

Highly recommend staying at The Flame Hotel. Excellent service from the start. We got the Gold room upgrade which I would highly recommend. We did have the city views which gave us spectacular sunsets every evening. The spa is amazing and the food of a very high standard. Thank you Fairmont Flame Hotel for making our first visit to Baku an unforgettable experience.
