The hotel is very sophisticated and clean, the staff treated very sophisticated and professional. Ground Floor The lobby is large and features coffee, bar, shisha and outdoor sessions. In the third floor is a jazz club and the fifth floor has a swimming pool, Jacuzzi, health club, gym, lounge, pool bar and beautiful sessions overlooking the city. Beautiful view from the window, a cozy large room with a well-thought-out arrangement of furniture (separate dressing area, desk, armchairs near panoramic windows, sockets near the bed, TV opposite the bed, and not somewhere on the side), king size bed (came up husband with a height of 1.96 m) with a very comfortable mattress.There are also nice bonuses: bottled water with the hotel logo (in the double room there were 4 bottles, seeing that we all had a drink, the next day we put 6 - very nice), capsule coffee machine and teapot glass with there s a bathroom, which you can make transparent if you wish, a large TV, Russian channels, but the main thing is, of course, the staff, attentive, friendly, always ready to help. They speak Russian, good English. Special thanks for the birthday present (delicious cake) and early check-in! We arrived 3 hours before check-in, checked us in quickly, and while we were preparing the room, we conducted a mini-tour around the hotel. The hotel location is convenient: 5 minutes walk from one of the best observation platforms in Baku, to the Old Town - 20-30 m inut on foot, but back better by taxi, so as not to go uphill, and cheaply and with interesting stories from local residents! In the tower of the hotel there is a cinema, films are shown in Russian. By the way, if you want to visit the Alley of Honor, where, in particular, the graves of Heydar Aliyev and Muslim Magomayev are located, it s better to go out through the cinema - closer and more comfortable! Worse experience at Fairmont hotel.
Went for a 4 days holiday and stayed at the Fairmont Hotel everything was going smoothly. I had my money in a wallet inside a small bag hidden firmly between my clothes in my luggage. And i did not take my wallet outside the hotel at all. When we checked out and when i reached the airport, i checked my wallet and my money was gone is was a big amount of money, i immediatly tried to contact the hotel but did not receive a response so i contacted the police and sent an email to the police station and i was advised to travel and they will contact me. I followed up with the hotel and they kept telling me that they are investigating and they are asking all the employees and will get back to me after a long bad 2 days i received a call that they were not able to find my money. I am so sure that my money was stolen from my bag inside the hotel. Since i had money from different currency that i will not use in Baku. This bad experience ruined my holiday i am still working closely with Baku Police who were very helpful and helped me and still helping me a lot. I hope that i will be able to get my money back. I know that i should not keep my money in my luggage and i should have used the safe but this is not an excuse to be robbed in such a well reputated hotel.
Be aware of the places your are staying in don't trust the stars.

Its the iconic building in Baku later discovered that our Hotel was in same building.. Excellent rooms... swimming pool having 3 options within the hotel.... Overall Best Hotel in Baku and at city center....

The best place where I stayed in a very nice hotel in terms of design and service, and also the price compared to the price in the Gulf, and also Wi-Fi internet free and integrated center for the spa, I recommend lodging in the hotel and take a room overlooking the sea, there is a cashier inside the hotel, I do not recommend visiting Baku and if you visit her you can not live but the hotel has a special sparkle

It's a lovely place to stay. The towers give you a spectacular view of the Caspian sea from one side. The service is also very nice and they have excellent staff. I had been here as a part of the group tour so they had special arrangements for Indian food. The food was unbelievably good. Overall the stay was worthy and I will never forget this experience.

Worst 5 * Hotel in my life. Service at 0. At breakfast you have to stand in line, not only to get scrambled eggs or pancakes, but just to get a table. A hotel with almost 1000 rooms and a breakfast restaurant with 30 tables.
We were a very large company, they lost half of our reservations.
More friends arrived, they were told that there were no places, only suites, although there were 35 free rooms on the Booking com. To the question "how so?" the general manager replied "I don't know"
The staff is rude. I was knocked on the door twice while there was a do not disturb sign on the door, that is, the staff woke me twice because what if I didn't understand what the sign meant .
One of my friends had a birthday, we ordered balloons and a cake. They said that they would be brought in at 9 am, in the end they didn t bring anything, and when I dialed the reception I was told sorry, it didn't work out . That is, they were presented with a fact at the last minute.
Room service has to wait forever.
I asked for water in the room 3 times and only the third time it was brought.
To all of my above-mentioned complaints, the front desk said "we are very sorry to rectify the situation, we will deduct the balls from your account." That is, they subtracted what I hadn't received anyway.
