The hotel is distinguished by its service and location in one of the torch towers

Nice hotel with a beautiful view of the city / sea. Responsive staff. The room is clean and large, cleaned regularly. The beds are very comfortable with lots of pillows. Kettle and coffee machine (capsule) in the room, assorted tea and coffee. For breakfast, the choice of dishes is quite large, although it has hardly changed. You can choose something new every time. Restaurant, pool and spa for such a hotel is very small in size, well, that was not the season and the people were few. On arrival, we blocked 300 AZN, although we warned that we will not use the mini-bar. The blocking took place in the total amount with the payment, so there were inconveniences during the proceedings with the bank. The jacuzzi did not work.

Five stars hotel. Rooms had views and well equipped and modernised with necessary amenities.

One of the best hotel in Baku the sea view rooms are fantastic. Room quality is quiet high i believe that you will be satisfied

This hotel was hit or miss during my stay. The hotel and property itself is beautiful, but the service was a mixture of good to medium quality. There were multiple issues during our stay which included a broken Air Con, electronic curtain not being able to open, towels not restocked during daily room cleaning. The staff was helpful, but did not go above and beyond.

Stunning hotel with incredible views but the service is shocking. Someone with access to our room (presumably a staff member) stole my bank details and tried to carry out a series of transactions over 4 different cards I had left in the room (luckily my card companies caught it early). When it was reported to the hotel they completely ignored my email. If you stay here ensure ALL your valuables are kept in the safe in the room.

Without a doubt the best hotel in Baku.
Spacious and very modern rooms, with a smart system that moves the curtains and turns off the lights at the touch of a button. Comfortable and large beds with lots of pillows and cozy blankets.
The breakfast is excellent, and includes omelets, pancakes, cheeses, meats and more, very good for the Israeli palate.
All the staff are very nice and will do everything to make you happy - service above and beyond expectations.
There is an outdoor and indoor pool with a lifeguard course and a free towel service. Pool bar restaurant.
In short an excellent hotel at an equal price per person.

Excellent hotel location on high reception good prices a little high and there are many facilities.

In this hotel either you sleep on 26 degree temperature or you sleep on 5 degree with an open window and windy sound I feel like punished for being a guest in this state of art rooms because of the climate control which they didn t fix and asking me to move to at 4:30 AM
The breakfast is full of selection although service is bad waiting more then half an hour for my egg taking in consideration that only 3 tables occupied .
another room at 4:30 AM , one of the worst experience o have ever had .

Everything about the hotel is beautiful. The location .. the stay. I was here with an Indian group for their award night celebration. I give them a 4 star only because I didnt want to eat Indian Breakfast with the group and wanted to eat at their continental bf at "TheBristo" ( thier regular bf area ) but the lady in charge of The Area didnt allow me to switch menus even upon the request of the main travel organizer .They said you have to asked me to pay extra if you want to eat continental

Stellar service, real fine dining, excellent room service, Goliath twin sharing rooms and a surreal view of Baku( if you get the right room) . For me it really stood out as a true world class hotel

It is one of the landmarks of Bacu amazing location gym food and staff not to mention the great rooms and squeaky clean bathrooms.

No doubt best of facility and building itself is a tourist attraction in baku.staff also polite and well trained ...not sure about price as it was corporate sponsered

The magnificent flame towers that have become the symbol of Baku. It is a magnificent hotel with its service and quality. It also offers a very high quality living space in its residences.

As for the finest hotels, it is very bad and I do not know about the rest of the hotels
Service is very bad and procrastinating requests means to ask them something lengthy p what they answer if they withdraw
The second thing is hygiene
The view, design and decoration are beautiful
The buffet is a few varieties and somewhat varied
Coffee and sweetness are excellent
From 6pm to 11pm breakfast, 2-4pm after lunch, followed by lunch with Sawa dinner
All this is appreciated by a comprehensive room
Most of all this is considered close to tourist places
"Fountain Square, Mini Venice, Beach, Old Town, Ain Baku"
And Front Water MOB Elly so far what opened
As for my choice in their rooms, we took our apartment and it was much better, although the apartment is bigger and more expensive, but unfortunately it is worse and almost deserted.

Brilliant Hotel. I stayed in one of the suites and it was impeccable. The pizzas are really good.
Some of the cocktails on the poolside are really good.
I loved the unique grand piano in the lobby. One of 3 in the world i was told.
The exec lounge on the 18th floor is simply eclectic. Interiors are fab and view is phenonmenal.

It is not just the luxury , it's the personal touch

You will see famus flame towers closely and another famus place in baku, tha Shahidlar avenue.

At the end of this avenue you will reach to baku highl land, a beautiful place with a horizontal view of caspian sea side.

We came here to have a drink at the Fairmont Flames Hotel - The Jazz Club. There's Crispy Smoked Duck Salad for AZN 20, sparkling water 500ml AZN 7. Live jazz music at 2100.

The duck was overcooked and overly salty.

Good hotel and the service was also fine one of top hotel to stay in Baku

I would recommend spa services to everyone. They have great facilities. Day light and ambiance superb. I strongly recommend Ceylan for massage.

When I was staying in the hotel, one of the staff members "helped" me with the change machine in the lobby, and then a large sum of my money simply disappeared. The staff member offered his help as a "VIP service". Later I found out that I wasn't the only person that this happened to her, and the hotel admitted that this is the case.
I was in touch with the hotel for weeks but they didn't help and escaped responsibility regarding the incident.
This ruined my whole vacation.
Take this into consideration while deciding on the hotel.

Very beautiful and very pompous hotel on a hill in Baku. Very ceremonial lobby. In the evenings, the hotel glows with various installations including The flag of Azerbaijan is very impressive. The rooms have a great view of the city and the Caspian Sea.
