Amazing hotel, with the best panoramic views 9f Baku. The suites are wonderful and the lounge access definitely worth upgrading for, especially with kids

Try and get rooms 10 or 11 on each floor. They are massive.
Most comfortable bed slept in at a hotel

Very expensive for the treatment and the service and we asked two rooms equipped unit and the second Matlo from 4 pm to 8 pm very bad

No doubt one of tje best hotel. But tthe shower knob is pain in the hands

The hotel is quite expensive and does not offer service for the price paid

The room service is very modest for the hotel name
The internet is bad and the location of the hotel is relatively far from the tourist places and is difficult to reach by foot .. The good hotel is located in the Fleim Tower only ..

Take a room higher and enjoy the panoramic view. Delicious, hearty breakfasts. Great service.

I checked in 10:30 pm they gave me the key 12:00 am and I was waiting for nothing
The A/C was hot I called them twice and they didn t do anything

The hotel, located in one of the iconic Flame Towers, is one of the best hotels in Baku.
If you take accommodation here get a sea view room, it is spectacular!
Service is outstanding, starting from the reception staff, concierge (that was very helpful during my entire stay, making all the reservations and finding solutions for all my requirements) and restaurant staff.

Great Hotel starting from the Doormen to the receptionist and the room, amazing room the lights and the curtains were amazing, the bed was so comfortable and the the bathroom was spacious, everything was perfect except one thing, a little bit far from the center thoughI didn t mind that at all.

Great Staff, they do appreciate people who are members, they have upgraded our room. One thing to note is that the hotel is only 1 tower and not all three

My money got stolen from the room and I have claimed this to the hotel security and they have conducted an investigation then replied to me that no one took your money!!! Be careful

Also there was a government event at the same time but they didn t told us ahead of time. There was so much security and road blocks around hotels taxis couldn t come to pick us up.

Very good for families .. But his problem is relatively remote from the services

Rooms space, hotel's internal and external design, and nice staff.

The hotel was upscale but the air conditioning was bad and also the air sounds from the glass especially the upper floors where I changed the room from floor 28 to 26 and had the same problem with the windows nuisance and not cooling the air conditioning and the third time the room was changed to 15th floor and was better now but after suffering for four days. I recommend the hotel but the upper floors are not comfortable to sleep for the reasons I mentioned and the location of the hotel is excellent and close to the Corniche and eating it very well.

Beautiful towers .. worth seeing and visiting .. especially with its lights at night

I would like to thank you to Agil who work for fitness reception. He was very helpful person. I used fitness for 2 days. Everything was nice. Thanks all fitness staffs.

Wow.. It was nice experience.. We had problem in the room in the beginning but thanks to their wonderful management problem, was solved to much better room and facilities.. The hotel restaurant are amazing, hospitality is spectacular.. Special thanks to Mr. Kamil "Manager there" and very special thanks to Ms. Alya at reception in morning shift.. I always believed to experience local hotels in the town I visit but fairmont proofed that international standards can last everywhere all the time..

For sure the best hotel in Baku with the best view. Especially thank the jazz club manager Ruslans hospitality.

IT IS THE WITST HOTEL . Honestly people steel in this hotel don t go to this hotel with expensive resources and I would not recommend anyone to go.

Great location, great view, and very friendly staff (food was delicious but needs more variety)

Great rooms just as shown in booking sites. So clean, and modern, comfortable beds. Very helpful staffs. Nice view. Hope the pool vas bigger and deep.

The hotel was great, but the staff were even better, specially a gentleman at the reception kamil , he made the stay 100x better, and we were on the gold floor, personnel were very good, a lady named turkan helped out alot. Good breakfast, and a good afternoon snack were served everyday in the lounge, great sea view, and generally a great experience.

The best hotel I ever stayed in.
There's just everything, nothing missing.
To further enhance the experience, I would really recommend adding a few more shekels (here you monetize them) and take a room with sea views.

My stay at the Fairmont couldn t have been better. They welcomed me with a complementary early checkin at 7am, and gave complementary chocolates in celebration of the new years eve. The room were impeccable, together with the service. Amazing facilities, with the best view of Baku, in the landmark location that is the flaming towers.

Unfortunately I didn t expect that fairmont in Baku as bad as I found , as agist with health issue need assistance they not give and the redemption manager also not qualified to be so

Hotel 5 * With excellent spa, very rich breakfast. The rooms are very spacious, the electrical system like "smart home". Very recommended to take rooms with sea view !!! And on a high floor.
