Great place to stay in Baku .. we really enjoyed the hotel

After we left, we took money for using a minibar that we didn t use
After correspondence returned.

One of the best hotels in Baku. The view of Baku on high floors is exquisite. There are places to see within walking distance. On the 5th floor there is an outdoor, indoor pool and spa in the middle of 3 towers. Close to the center and most importantly safe.



The only problem is you need to get a receipt from the reception every time you want to remove the car from the parking lot. The vehicle must be able to leave the car through room card

The most luxurious hotel in it is the most famous landmark (Shala Towers) in Baku Azerbaijan

I love this place

One of the more upscale hotels we have stayed in .. The hotel is one of the flame towers that are the symbol of the city. The rooms are large and well decorated and have a huge display overlooking the magnificent view of the city. The hotel has a great restaurant on the 19th floor .. a luxurious lobby, a very pampering spa area, a very good breakfast with a wide variety of dishes and drink .. no chance not to fall in love with the place ..

The hotel is not bad. But the staff at the reception tactless ..

Away from traffic, it has the nicest view of the baku lakescene

Great hotel, but you need Taxi to go any attractions except one.

We from hayat regency to fairmount flame tower hotel . Me and my aunt came at saturday night there was person in the reception called umidvar he was so nice and very kind person and so welcoming. So we make the reservation . On sunday we did the check in it was so fast my aunt didnt like the view room he changed it for us. No words can describe the hotel ,

The most luxurious hotel! The most luxurious design and finishing materials, amazing service and courteous, excellent rooms and clean. New bathroom. You cant compare with any hotels in the world apart from the hotels in vegas .
The breakfast was so delecious .
The hotel has inside and outside swimming pool . Spa center was The staff in the break fast was so nice especially sabina and murad .

Awesome place to stay in! Gr8 view from Seaside Facing rooms. Each room designed differently. Suite room was an superb experience for our group as a common meeting point everyday evening!!

A really nice hotel. Location is great, because it's really close to city center and old town. It has taxis in front of the hotel at all times, so it is really easy to go anywhere. We had an amazing view from our room, can't get enough of it. Super comfortable, clean rooms and good room service. Breakfast is also delicious and has a nice variety of everything. It also has vegan food. Hotel has a nice pool outside and inside, two jacuzzis and saunas. Nice spa for relaxing.

Excellent hotel, no comments on food quality, kindness, service or content in the rooms. But there are mistakes inadmissible for the hotel of this class. For example, the shower door can barely open 10 cm because the blows to the shower are installed on the ceiling, so you can barely get into the shower.

I went to the spa, with an advanced phone request for details about service and prices. At arrival, half of the service (sauna and steam) was broken and the external swimming pool was optional for additional 50 AZN. So I didn't enter, even if it looked good and the staff was kind in excusing for the troubles

The hotel is very nice and elegant and deserves to be praised for its fast service and unique design and distinctive in the form of a flame of fire, especially in the evening shows its true beauty with lighting.
Its advantage is that you can watch it anywhere in Baku because it is high and its design is very special ..

Nice hotel. The rooms are large and spacious. Breakfast a bit weak. Not very close to the city center. You need to use a taxi for transportation.

Nice view 5 min from city center but very close with Uber or Taxi. Ask for high floor and sea view. Spa facilities are the best. Especially sauna view. Room was nice and clean . there is a coffee machine. I did not like to breakfast.

1- The location and location of the hotel is fine.
2- The bar area on the 5th floor is very windy and the stones and the environment are very old. A hotel of this size must be renewed. Also, serious handicap for this area hotel that doesn't walk from the heat.
3-Sauna and fitness are very nice. The staff was quite concerned.
4- The breakfast could have been better but the staff was friendly. The choice was minimal for the dishes.

Relaxed trip, swanky hotel with all the amenities you'd need. Service is a lil lax but we didn't mind it.

Exceptional experience at the world known Flame towers Fairmont Baku. Extraordinary building shape and quality of finishing, very good interiors, the service is beyond 5 stars, brilliant breakfast and unbelievable Sea and city of Baku view. Totally recommended.

Frankly, i only liked the shisha in their lounge. Other than that, standard.

Simply the best rooms I have been accommodated in for a long time

Dear hotel guests! Be careful and check the contents of the minibar before checking in the room. It does not hurt to take a picture or make a video shooting. These precautions will help you in the aftermath, when hotel managers will require you to pay for everything you did not use because of absence. Otherwise, you have to pay 50 euros for a jar of cola ... Good luck!

The best service, star class hotel with excellent service

Excellent hotel I was disappointed by the slow room service
It contains drawings of what I know from Vin Tijini
The location is far from markets and restaurants
The room rate is 280m2 in August

Staff and the view are amazing, but showers were leaking, spa wasn't working, restaurant is very expensive, location is not the best, cash exchange machine wasn't working, coffee nexpresso machine in the room was broken and I had a very unconformable situation where I got asked to pay cash for a glass of milk that I ordered in the room.

Not quite sure what to make of my stay here. The view was second to none, the reception staff and the porters were also very welcoming and friendly. The room again, pretty much what you expect. But on the other side, we waited over 1.5 hours for the luggage to come up and it never did, had to go down and pick it up myself. On the last day, we stayed for lunch at the Nur Bar on the ground floor and waited over 40 mins for 2 sandwiches. We had to get them as takeaway in the end as had a flight to catch. So overall, yes I might go back but it wouldnt be for the restaurant service.

Iconic structure at Baku. Loved staying herew with an amazing view to Caspian Sea ! Food is amazing too !!

Hotel is great but located outside the old town. 20 min walk from the old town and the boulevard.

Excellent quality hotel I am tired, I am very respectful, respectful and attentive from the reception, my English is weak, and I communicate with them through the Google Translator in Azerbaijani, Jet before the check-in date with advance notice, kindly cooperate with me, ask 500 manat 200 entries, 300 on the contents of the refrigerator and services. Complete after about 7 days of check-out .. it will always be my first resource in Azerbaijan, no doubt.
