Nice hotel for quick trips in and out of Oklahoma City.
Nice hotel for quick trips in and out of Oklahoma City.
Friendly staff an great place to relax free breakfast
Great breakfast with little pre made cheesey omelets. Nice clean room with good sized bathroom
I have stayed there twice now and it has been one of the best hotels myself and my family have stayed at.
Pretty good hotel and good price. Location was great for me to get to the airport. It is near a few food places. Some places you could walk to but its not like they are in the same parking lot. Pool is indoors and small but good enough to tire out the kids. Gym has two treadmills, elliptical, and some weights which is just what I need. Rooms are nice, clean, new enough. Breakfast was pretty typical for this brand but I liked it and coffee was good.
The looks of the hotel are nice but the staff are not.
My room was clean and comfortable. I felt very safe. They have a breakfast area with several choices available.... and there is plenty of hot coffee! It is very close and convenient to the airport. There are also some good restaurants within walking distance of the hotel.
Great location great staff I was disappointed the hot tub was filed in a couple years ago.
This hotel was very nice and the staff was very friendly. The rooms were very clean
Hotel was great and the staff was friendly and helpful
The room was dirty. I wished we had gone somewhere else. I could have paid less for much more. :( We won't stay at this property again.
Nice hotel, pet friendly, generous with pillows. WiFi had some problems.
Room was nice staff was pleasant breakfast was good
Pretty good hotel, I stayed with a group so I can't comment on the pricing but the complimentary breakfast lets you make your own waffles, and there was a pretty sizeable selection of food.
Haven't stayed here for awhile - obviously gone downhill big time - paid to much for what o
Received - hard to believe Marriott would let a property go downhill like this and still let its brand stay up.
Conference Room facilities are great. Easy access from front of the hotel, access to wifi, bright lights and large overhead/projection capability.
Amazing staff! Beautiful facility! Comfey beds! Super clean! Would recommend to anyone! Breakfast was great!!
Great location. Beautiful hotel, and excellent friendly staff.
Actually very quiet for how close to the airport you are.
Great building and nice clean rooms. Something is off with the upkeep though. Pool was not being maintained very well.
good location easy to get to. they had a very friendly and helpful staff
Rooms were clean and neat, hotel was clean and the staff was very hospitable, especially the maids.
Room is small but nicely furnished. Breakfast had large selection.
The hotel is in a nice location, easily located. It's starting to feel a little bit worn, though. There were minor upkeep and repairs needed in the bathroom, and the heating/AC unit had panels falling off, which made it feel less polished than most Marriott properties I've stayed at. Also, their website is severely outdated. I chose this property specifically because of the hot tub, which was listed on the website, and shown in the photos. Unfortunately, it has been completely filled in; you can see where it used to be.
My wife and I had a great experience here. Very friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was actually surprisingly good. It was self serve but we were still asked if everything was going okay while eating. The staff was very attentive. The rooms were pretty clean. The rooms smelled a little like baby powder when I entered but I guess that's a pleasing smell to some. Didn't bother me but caught me off guard. Check out time was reasonable. The only thing that I have to say is that there wasn't a hot tub as advertised. Not a big deal because our room had a tub pretty close to a hot tub. I will be returning as soon as I'm back in OKC. Thank you, Fairfield!
Convenient to the airport. Good restaurants in walking distance.
Close to the airport, comfortable bed, lots of restaurants near by. Great for a business trip
Another great Marriott hotel location with great access to the Will Rogers World Airport and Interstate 40 freeway in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma USA. Close to many other Marriott brands and other hotels and motels. A selection of restaurants and food delivery is close by. Easy check-in process and clean comfortable rooms with speedy Wi-Fi internet access. Another well managed Marriott franchise hotel.
Quiet and nice staff. The hot complimentary breakfast was also very good and offered many options. Lots of parking and nearby restaurants.
The hotel was lovely and the lemon lime water in front makes the Oklahoma heat easier.
Nice hotel in a convenient location. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful. Nice place to stay on business.
The upgrades are great, we spent a night in one of spa suites.
Nice clean rooms, friendly staff. Close by major stores and restaurants but not too noisy.
Friendly staff clean rooms and very quiet atmosphere
Great, friendly hotel! Clean rooms, hot breakfast, and beautiful pool.
We had such a bad experience trying to check into this hotel. The manager, Noah, and Christy were not accommodating AT ALL. They wouldn't even let us check out the potential room we were going to be staying in. We ended up going across the street to the Embassy Suites. They were wonderful! Everyone on their staff was amazingly friendly and welcoming. We'll never stay at the Fairfield Inn & Suites again OK City Airport 4521 SW 15th Street.
Up to date. Fancy, polite, and extra clean. Newer hotel. Don't smell like some .
It was simply pathetic the staff was rude and very unhelpful we were turned away at the desk telling us the credit card would not go through when we have proof that it would go through you simply did not want our business nor would want to be a customer anymore
Most of the staff at the Fairfield Inn & Suites are friendly. Rooms are spacious and comfortable with the recent hotel renovation. Breakfast has not been as plentiful and varied as in the past, but still is good and is now similar to other Fairfield Inns so is probably a result of a normalization effort. Some maintenance issues come up, but get resolved eventually.
This Fairfield was better than other Fairfield hotels I have stayed in. The breakfast was good with a decent selection which included hot food. I was upgraded to an executive room. The room was nice.
This is an excellent place to stay very close to restaurants and the airport. Hotel was cleaning staff was very courteous. There is plenty of parking well-lit and had a view of the riverfront. Breakfast was very satisfactory.
Ample and well lighted parking space, huge room and very clean towels. Well maintained facility and very friendly staff. Highly recommend!
Friendly staff, clean room, pretty good breakfast selection.
Very nice hotel. Not far from airport. Great customer service.
Clean rooms and friendly staff. It's an okay hotel, but nothing special to have it stand out. Convenient location to the airport.
Clean, newer mid range hotel in the airport vicinity. It's in the airport hotel district with about 3 dozen other hotels, and doesn't stand out from any of the rest. Clean, comfortable rooms, average breakfast, airport shuttle, everything you expect, and nothing more or less.
The stay was good, it was in a good location. The only issue I had was that I had asked for a pillow and the girl that was working there was sitting at the table with some of her friends so she came over and said I think we are out. Then the guy at the counter said he would have someone send one up. I never received it.
Nice hotel. Was able to get an upgrade to a suite, which was nice. Hotel is typical of a fairfield with the same amenities. Listed as having a hot tub, but that has recently been filled in. That was disappointing.
Amazing place to stay. Has a nice walking path close by.
Only used the conference center for a business meeting. Facility was clean and staff was friendly.
Checked in Sunday during Memorial weekend after a horrible stay at Best Western Saddleback Inn the night before. The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Will be staying here for future trips to OKC.
We have had our annual family Christmas party inside the conference room for the last 4 years and before they changed management last year it was an awesome place to have it. The General Manager was easy to get along with and the sales perso. MONA was friendly. I just went in and couldn't even get a manager or sales person to come out and talk to me. Well back to the drawing board. The hotel overall is nice and the rooms are nice. The Management is horrible.
Managers have no idea how to run a hotel they should really be fired. And there shower curtains are to short which makes the wood near the shower rot and it s just not well managed.
It s pretty nice but there s no hot tub, because on pictures on google it shows there is and says there is, but when we got there the place where the hot tub is, was filled in with concrete. The staff are very nice and attentive, and the term suite is a bit much, because I like embassy suites way more, this suite is open to the living room. The breakfast is ok but not great, plus there s not much of a selection, and get down there early they close really early.
The $120 a night room was in a small closet with a queen size bed that was like a rock also water pressure was not very good. Room was clean and hotel was nice otherwise.
Nice, clean, 6 am breakfast... what more could you ask?
You're about 15 minutes from downtown, and even closer to the airport, in a super clean hotel with a friendly staff. This place seems very new, and has a nice lobby. Would recommend.
Location has road construction which makes getting in and out more difficult.
I booked this for my husband s birthday. We were very excited to have a spa king room and the hot tub and swimming pool. That is the main reason I booked this hotel. Upon checking in we had to allow maintenance to come in and fix a lighting because it wasn t addressed before our scheduled check in time.
Then we get to the room and it is the wrong room. No spa king. I went downstairs to ask the front desk and offered to pay for the difference since it seems something with booming went wrong. The lady was polite and upgraded us for free. (Totally an extra 11 dollars from what we had paid)
My husband and I got to our rom and got dressed to go to the hot tub that we believed was a there due to the photos on their website.
I was in shock to see the hot tub has been filled in. We decided to atleast try the swimming pool. It was so gross that our hair and body was slimy.
I was so upset I wanted to check out of the hotel.
I called Marriott customer service and they were so rude. I waited 40 minutes JUST to talk to a supervisor and she was one of the rudest people. She would talk over me and cut me off every time I tried to speak.
They refused to refund us the money even though they are falsely advertising that they have a hot tub and they provided me with the wrong room in the beginning.
Honestly I would stay as far away from this hotel as possible.
Breakfast is decent. Rooms are nice. Bathrooms are huge.
Second time staying here.. first time was fine second time the pool was dirty and our toilet leaked. Overall it's nice just may be a maintenance or housekeeping issue front desk people were amazing.
Meets the needs. Staff was very courteous. I needed a room last minute and they took care of me with no problem.
The room was clean and the hotel staffwas amazing. But what iwas most impressed with was the honesty! I left my tablet in the hotel room, it wasn't until the next day that I realized it. I called them and within a couple of hours the located my tablet and called me back to let me know they found it! So if you want to stay at a hotel where you know your stud will be safe at, and if you happen to leave something and want to get it back, definitely stay here. Thank you to all the Fairfield Inn employees for having integrity and being honest.
Best motels out there unless they take out pools then I wouldn't stay .all in all one of the best motel ever an clean an convent an worth the price to stay an good breakfast an clean
You just can't beat a Fairfield for comfort, security, service and value! While the price tag may be a small bit higher than discount lodging, you'll save a ton of money with their fantastic breakfast! (Take that discount lodging rate, then add $10 per person in your party for breakfast and see if you don't come out ahead!!)
I booked our room 2 weeks in advance...When we arrived at the hotel it was nice and clean. However when we got to our room we realized it was not what I had paid for. I booked a Spa King Suit. I went down to the desk and the girls working said they had made a mistake and gave our room away. They only had 4 Spa rooms that were all taken. They refused to adjust the rate. I was not going to pay for the Spa Suit just to be out into a normal room. Needless to say staff is not very professional nor accommodating. I will not be returning to this hotel.
Building seemed new and we'll taken care of. I liked the room and everything was clean. Only complaint was there was mold in the shower grout.
