Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott - Oklahoma City Airport Reviews

Rather new hotel, so the facilities are nice. The front desk people were also friendly. However, I took stars off for two reasons:
1. Breakfast was not really good. I normally stay at Hampton Inns and the breakfast is normally cheap, but good. The breakfast here was pretty bad, it was dirty, and they ran out of things before 10 when it was supposed to close.
2. The lotion in our room was used. This is kinda gross and made me wonder about how well they clean the rooms.

I think overall this hotel could use some better management.

A little older building. Breakfast was par for the course. Not the cleanest room but okay.

Right down the road from the airport- clean and comfy - I've stayed here multiple times - walk to food and beverage

Guest Service was excellent. I was given an upgrade. Beautiful hotel, comfy beds and quiet. Refreshed and ready to hit the road again.

Friendly staff, easy checkin, and clean room. We have stayed here often. I'm not sure we will again. They have changed the mattresses and the new ones are not comfortable.

Rooms were great, hotel is extremely up to date and clean, no issues and breakfast was great

It was good although the pool room was to cold to be in and they were doing construction.

The housekeepers have been very boisterous throughout the floor all morning. I completely wish i d never stayed here. At least the townplace next door is quiet and professional. I figured i d change it up and that was a bad mistake. Shame on me.

Omaha, need. Great stay until we came in about 2 am got a call from the front desk within 8 minutes of arrival saying we we're noisy. O perhaps if a door slams I might be suddenly wken. But I am in a hotel. Then 3:15 phone again , what do you know the front desk saying there are complaints of noise coming from our room. Do you my suggestion went over well to come investigate little lady with red hair piled high on her head and glasses. Forget about comfort. You disturbed our sleep all for the purpose of dome Yahoo who wants aim is for a free stay next time. Don't disturb me or my family again.. we are here to bury my Grandmother not to make NOISE or get a free room. Use your head for more than piling hair. Now I can't sleep!

The service is great. Everyone is nice. The location is definitely pretty close to restaurants within walking distance. The rooms were clean. The breakfast was alright but nothing great. Just fruit and bread products. Nothing really wrong just definitely not a 5-star hotel, which is fine.

Nice ladies up front, plenty of parking. Right across the road from nice restaurants. I just walked over for a margarita!

The place was completely overrun by screaming children running up and down the halls from 6pm til 10:30, and again from 7:00am til we left. It was the loudest hotel stay I've ever had. At least the bed was comfy.
