Long wait for order to be processed and delivered. Took three attempts to get an RMA to return item that was not well described and wound up not being what I needed. To get an exchange I would be losing the price of returned item to their return process and my cost to ship item back. Had to make two calls to speak to a manager. Fully dissatisfied. I do not recommend buying anything from this source.

I originally was looking at this generator on Amazon and wanted to know about a few technical questions and went to the manufacturer's web site and spoke with Charles Somkamsaeng and he was very knowledgeable
and professional he went above and beyond to give me all of the specifications that i needed to know about the right generator to power my whole house. He was very pleasant and down to earth to talk with and he price matched amazon's prices two times that was great in itself.
I own my own business and that was the best customer service that i have ever had.
Then he went one step further and recommended a service Technician
To address a problem that i had. One of the wheels bearings was to small to fit the axle so Brandon Bower a great service technician helped me to get another new wheel to me, and had it shipped next day air because i was having a fence put in to days later and he understood my dilemma and spoke with his supervisor and made it happen. That is great customer service!!!!!!!! This a great company with a great product and i will continue to purchase their products and recommend them to everybody that i know. My generator was the Duromax 5,500 Dual fuel and has exceeded all of my expectations. I highly recommend this authorized factory outlet.

Ordered Kreg router table during a promotion in March 2015. Supposed to receive a free 60 pc. bit set. After 5 months still no bit set. Was told sorry about my luck, nothing they can do.

Our Rotary Club at West Point has had good luck raffling off a Honda generator each year. With no tax and shipping and Jesse Hurt as our salesman things were quick and seamless.

I can t say enough about the customer service I got from Jesse when I ordered a generator today. He went far and above what I was expecting. He is friendly and knowledgeable and was able to arrange for my pickup location to be changed to a location that works for me. He did all the legwork and made my transaction easy and fast. I would not hesitate to recommend this company and will go to them first for future purchases.

Had some issues with my order but Eddie was able to fix it and hook me up with overnight shipping . Amazing customer service and would highly recommend!

How so lucky for the store, no rating at zero or below! Took my money, said shipped the item, but it never made it as far as FedEx; ie, never left their warehouse! Called after a week to check status, first response "we shipped it"! No, you never did; it is still in your warehouse! Oh, I need to talk to 'manager Hosa' or whoever, who couldn't be bothered this week because it is pretty close to the weekend closing time and he has already left for the week!

Solution? "Oh, we will refund your money"! Yea, after grabbing it and keeping for over a week! Never do business with these dishonest people!

The company gets 2 stars for having a live service department.
Mixed between 3 to 5 stars depending on WHO YOU TALK WITH.
The first was rude and incompetent ... he thought propane goes bad after a year or two (which may be true of gasoline).
The second was Brandon ... night and day. He exemplifies FIVE STAR "customer service". I was a corporate customer service manager, and know he has all the skills to efficiently run the departtment

On the other hand, product policies are POOR, inasmuch as the customer must pay shipping on defective replacement parts after 45 days of warranty have elapsed.

I returned a shredder with labels they sent me to print and attach. I dropped it off at a UPS location. I checked and got proof of delivery from UPS. Once I got this I discarded my labels and proof of delivery I printed. Someone from FAO contacted me with a case number further letting me know they received the unit. I noticed I was not getting a refund and lo and behold they now told me they never received the unit. They refuse to resend me the return labels and keep asking me for the tracking numbers which they should have in their system according to UPS or they wouldn't know if they got it or not. I would not do business with this company. They cheated me out of almost $300.00.

Great, prompt and courteous service . I have dealt with Charles on many occasions. He is right on top of my orders, follows through every time The best service and prices I have received anywhere. Quality products too. Don't hesitate to call them.

I purchased a DS4000S generator through Amazon and unfortunately the unit didn't produce electricity. I called Tech support and worked with their amazingly professional technician Brandon Brower who assisted me in troubleshooting and sending me out replacement brushes and voltage regulator. When those did't fix it, Brandon was able to get me replacement Rotor and Stator to install. He also was standing by to talk with Amazon if they were going to be fighting a possible swapout/replacement.
I will definitely buy more MaxTools! They certainly know how to provide five star service!!!

Ordered their dewalt 6pc brushless tool combo. Great deal and really fast shipping. Ebay's website gave an estimated ship date 2-4 weeks out but that wasnt the case. Very pleased with purchase.

I've ordered 6 times from this site....because their prices were the lowest. No items damaged and they all arrived in a reasonable time frame.

Compared to the $100's in savings, I would except many of the problems I've read in these posts.

honestly what the hell. I ordered some a week ago it said it ll be here 3 days ago. I wasted about 50 dollars so i m kinda ticked off that I don t even have the tracking number, is this a scam?????

For such a large building, the showroom is pitiful. I think you can order from catalogs, but I can do that from home.

I had $2400 worth of tools in my Grizzly cart ready to buy but I was still looking around for a jointer because the Grizzly jointer was back ordered Then I came across Max Tool web site and they had my jointer . So I called the 800 # and talked to Charles S for about 20 minutes and he was able to order all my tools in one package and saved me $300. Every thing showed up on time and undamaged now I am a happy woodworker making sawdust

I bought a reconditioned PORTER CABLE air compressor at Factory Authorized Outlet online shop. It's leaking even first time use it. I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING HERE AGAIN. And NO ONE should!!!

Been getting Dewalt battery tools and batteries. Factory Authorized Outlet has been the only vendor that has the items in stock. The orders ship quickly and the customer service has been excellent. Use to use Amazon but their shipping and prices are getting out of control. No longer use them and glad I did the switch to Factory Authorized Outlet for tools I need.

Terrible experiences. I will NEVER ORDER FROM THESE JOKERS AGAIN! The generator arrived with a severely damaged gas tank, after being forced to wait all weekend to hear back from them after contacting them on Thursday, I finally got somebody to reply. He said they were shipping a new gas tank it. 11 days later and still No Tracking Number. After calling them and waiting on hold for about 15 minutes I finally get a hold of a person who seems to need to have my "order number" in order to track down my info. Later after recontacting them with it, after another EXTREMELY long wait on hold, I get told that "Brandon" is handling my case, and he will give me a call back. Another 1/2 hour later after not hearing from them I call and find out they have NOT EVEN shipped the new tank yet after 11 days! I ask AS-TO-WHEN it will ship and they say "We are still waiting on an ETA." - WELL SO ARE WE!

Ordered an air compressor. Came delivered as promised but box was damaged. Compressor has scratches and gouges...but did work. Looks like it was abused during shipping. In retrospect, packaging is very poor and delivery company did an extremely poor job ensuring they were careful handling the contents. While pricing was great- I'd reconsider ordering from them again without some assurances on product integrity.

I'm impressed with the fast free shipping. I purchased a Duromax XP4850EH Dual fuel generator and received it in 3 days after placing the order. I contacted customer service about a couple technical questions and the representative passed me straight through to Robert Smith support technician. He promptly addressed my needs and sent follow-up emails as needed.
The generator works very well, runs very smooth and started easily with the electric starter on propane with full choke within seconds. I checked and tightened all bolts on unit as needed. Also I added an hour/rpm meter for maintenance and run time monitoring.

Fred was most helpful & was able to completed my transaction in just a few minutes.

I ordered a propane fire table from Factory Authorized Outlet and they sent me an outdoor sofa. This was over two weeks ago and I still have not received a correct shipping label to return the product. They also won't fulfill my order and I've come to find out that it is because they advertised the wrong price for the fire table. They took $700 and won't fix their error. Terrible customer service. Buyer beware.

YOU GOT SCAMMED IF YOU TRY TO RETURN ANYTHING
The website touts a 4.2 star rating but anyone who can see this can see that's a lie. Their returns email doesn't exist, and their customer service line is POS. It doesn't actually go to a call center, it reroutes to other random numbers. I got a dude who sells generators (I bought a cotton candy machine) and a guy named Shaun's voicemail. Needless to say I didn't leave Shaun a message.

Ordered online twice. Never received confirmation called placed order on phone once. Still no confirmation. Called a second time to be told there was never an order placed that there was only one left of the item I wanted and whether I would like to replace the order. No I will not and I will be checking my credit card information to see if it has been charged and then go after the company.

I had to insist a little bit but the company and its customer service did a great job in getting an issue with a canceled order solved. Overall, great job.

If you don't have the product, please don't say you do. We depend on a seller to give us factual information to pass along to our own clients.

This is the best place to purchase tools for all trades. They are Factory authorized dealers and have absolutely the best customer service. Support small business not the Big Orange Box. If you have any issues it's easy to get ahold of an real person without hold times and transferred calls or unhappy employees to deal with. I'll be making many more purchases through FAO..

Shopping for the men in my life this year was made simple with the help of a sales rep named Jesse H. He knew exactly what I was looking for and was so informative. He was also very kind through the whole experience since I was kind of clueless walking in. I would definitely be back and will recommend him and this company in the future.

So far I've purchased three Makita LiOn power tools from these guys, about a year apart, and not only did they beat everyone else's price with free shipping, but the items were delivered on-time and in perfect condition. I'm happy with their service and ecstatic about their prices.

Even though an order was cancelled less than 2 hours after initiation, full refund denied even though I followed customer service advice. Have disputed this with my credit card company as well. Certainly not as easy purchasing, etc as with Amazon. Called and asked for a manager on duty and was told by the rep no one was available as they are working from home? My, other businesses place a high level of concern on customers. Not this company. They claim their able to charge even though the product NEVER left the ship location. Last comment, package arrived damaged and I stopped the FedEx driver making the delivery and refused it.

Ordered a Milwaukee Electric Ratchet from these folks, It arrived on time as they promised and when I decided that it wasn't the item I needed thaty were very quick and polite in assisting my return. Professional, understanding and interested in customers seem to be their modus operandi

Ordered a dewalt laser level 2 weeks ago. Never moved from there local fed ex station in that 2 weeks. I need it and have been waiting as no one local has one to stay with my 20v line of stuff. There solution was to just issue a refund not get me one by Saturday as thats when I must have it. It is Wendsday they could of easily shipped it either 2 day with Saturday delivery ( just incase) or next day no problem

Ordered a tarp and it does not fit. They would not take it bake because it was opened. The diminision are the same size but it does not fit with a peak like the picture and description stated.

Bad customer service I drove over an hour from Los Angeles to exchange a pressure washer, when arrived the manager Eddie told me that the only option I had was to get a my money back when I was told over the phone that the machine will be exchanged, definitely won t buy from them anymore.

There are always fair deals with FAO. Sometimes you'll have to wait for an item to be restocked, but to me, that just says you're getting a quality product that a lot of people want. I usually shop with FAO first before I shop anywhere else. Great tools, great prices, great company.

Put an online order in, received an email cancellation 4 days later due to fraud. My billing and ship to are different, the website specifically states you can ship to another address other than billing. Customer service rep stated I should buy elsewhere. Order FAO125350

Absolutely horrible experience!! Wiring went out on a machine we ordered from them and they expected us to fix it. Their customer service is terrible! Brandon was no help to us at all. If they had a zero rating I would have given them that!!

I bought the Microlux air purifier on Ebay a few months ago and everything worked great. I was also told that there was a 1 year warranty on the item which was great. Sure enough, one day the unit stopped working so I reach out to them on Ebay and was told parts would be shipped out to help repair the issue.

Once I spoke with them on the phone it was diagnosed that it would have to be shipped to them and replaced with another unit. What they do not tell you is that YOU the purchaser has to pay for shipping THERE AND BACK.

After looking at multiple shipping companies the total cost would exceed the value on the air purifier so what is the point of trying to even ship it? To me, this sounds like a scam. They offer "replacement/warranty" but know well enough that a person won't ship it because of the high cost, thus leaving the person to deal with the broken unit.

I sent a follow up email asking if there is something else we can do since with the shipping cost it would be pointless. I never herd back.

I decided to give this company a chance, even with the poor reviews on Google. I guess I should have listened to every one else's recommendation. I would avoid this business.

Dear mr. Jessie hurt, my 12000 Watt Duramax generator has exceeded my expectations even running it only on propane. A few weeks after I got mine my neighbor Earl through you got his own and he is also quite proud of it. So now that PG&E has threatened us with Darkness during the summer which we put up with during a heavy snowfall during winter I am now lit up whenever desired no longer held captive to the power gods. Terrible customer service. I spent thousands with them, and on a purchase of a faulty pressure washer, I was told I could return it. problem was that no shipping company will ship an engine that has had any fluid (gas, oil, etc) in it. They dont have local service, nor do they provide proper shipping. Then you get the "oh well we did what we could" response. I see now why they only get three stars. I give them one for their business model. Caveat Emptor with these guys. Cannot recommend at all compared to other outlets and businesses.

Claim to have a price match guarantee on any identical item found elsewhere. This is a total lie!! Will never shop or recommend them because of their shady policies and lies.

Never buy a tool from this joke of a business. They will not hold up to there end of the deal. I was supposed to receive a hammer and never got it. Customer service is horrible they are rude and unwilling to help.

I purchased a dewalt cordless drill and got it sooner than I expected. Shipping was free as well.

To date I've bought 2 cordless power tools from this company. A Dewalt dcf895l2, and a Dewalt dcs355d1. Both tools arrived unharmed and in perfect condition, despite poor or non existing protective packaging for shipping. I gave them a 3 out of 5 for very poor packaging protection. Both tools arrived on time and were easily tracked via fed ex. I have not returned anything to this company, so I can't compare my experience in that matter, Although my gut tells me, that it would be a nightmare.

I purchased a Duromax 4850 hybrid generator 2 years ago from Factory Authorized Outlet on Ebay. Wonderful generator! Always used propane and a few weeks ago the propane regulator gasket sprung a leak. Switched over to gasoline and was able to run the generator. Mind you, we only had about 5 hours run time on the hour meter. (Purchased separately on Ebay). Every once in a while the voltage would drop out and in a few seconds it would be back at 110 volts. I thought this was a safety feature. When I called technical support Brandon Brower immediately put in a order for the propane regulator. (NO CHARGE). I mentioned the voltage kept dropping out and he said he would send me a new voltage regulator and it should fix the voltage drop out. (Again No Charge)! It took only 10 minutes to install the new voltage regulator and the generator is running smoothly. What I thought was a safety feature wasn't. Factory Authorized Outlet is awesome and stands by their products. Brandon seemed to know everything about these generators. My dealings with him and the company left me feeling that I am a valued customer who was treated with respect. In todays atmosphere that is a rarity.
BTW; Hurricane Michael devastated our area and thanks to Brandon's quick shipping we were able to use the generator to keep peoples refrigerators and freezers cold during the several days of power outages.

Price matched to Blain's Farm and Fleet for a planer I recently purchased. Be sure to look for coupon codes for their website.

The first time I pulled the start rope on my new generator, it stayed out. I removed the starter and found a broken spring. I called the service number and asked if they would just send a new spring. Brandon said he would just send a new starter. Later that day I got a copy of the repair ticket via e-mail that show a new starter would be shipped at no cost to me. I don't think you can beat that!

Costumer service was great and polite!!! Can t wait to go back!!!!
