Initially I was looking to buy from a main dealer but after sourcing the perfect Audi, I visited F M Motors. The customer service from start to finish was first class and they weren't pushy which made them refreshingly easy to deal with. They are a very helpful car dealer who really are there to help you get the car you want. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Paid a deposit for a car, the guy didn't tell me that this was not refundable. Two days after, decided to go for a different car. They didn't refund my deposit, very unprofessional. Avoid them.

Faisal has an eye for his motors which means that he has a great selection in his showroom.

I used FM motors in harrow for sale of my car, they gave a good price and it was cash straight away. My family also purchased a e class Mercedes from them. Totally reliable and I saw their history they have been in the area for over 10 years

Bought a car from here in August, the cars sold here are HPI checked, same as everywhere else. However, I found out 2 months later that my car was imported. I phoned to ask why I wasn't made aware of this, so they reckoned the car was not imported. They said they would send the HPI report via email. Numerous calls and the same answer being "I'll send it again". They obviously have no intention of sending anything. Avoid this place. Have a look at the number of 1 star reviews. I wish I had before using them.

I have some business dealings with Faisal over the last 5 years and i can confirm that he has always been very fair with me. He always offers the customer an opportunity to leave a holding deposit on the telephone via visa on any car that may be for sale on his website, this then illiminates any disappointment the customer may face when travelling long distances to view a vehicle assuring that it will be for sale when they turn up!
In my opinion i think he has been commented on quite unfairly with individuals trying to tarnish his very good customer reputation....i just felt i owe this to FM motors as they are a great team and lovely people to deal with

Sadly, 6 months after buying a car from here and leaving a 5 star review, the car was stolen from outside my house (all evidence pointed to an intermittently faulty central locking system). Fortunately it was recovered shortly afterwards, but the insurance process was extremely difficult because of just how many historic faults there were on the car (none of which I'd been aware of).

It had quite clearly (when pointed out to me by professionals) been poorly repaired, obviously in order to sell the car to someone like me. Lots of scratches had been painted in (not professionally), the computer stats had been amended so they weren't reflective of the servicing the car needed, and one of the wings had been badly damaged and instead of a proper repair (as was reflected in the service history), the panel had simply been 'covered in' and painted. A machine-polish would have shown this damage.



Amusingly, at the point of sale there was lots of talk of FM Motors doing an MOT as a special, thrown-in to ease my mind (I was worried about buying a second-hand car from an unapproved dealer).

What a disappointing cliche FM Motors are.

It's people like this that keep real dealers in business. I will certainly never use them again.

We came across FMMotors on Auto Trader, advertising a car we were looking for. We made contact and received a quick response inviting us to view. We made the journey across London and were greeted by Faisal and his team. Not only did they have the car I was looking for, but they had a number of other great cars that we fell in love with. Nothing was too much trouble - from answering my multiple questions, to the test drive of the vehicles. There were no pushy sales and we were given all the time we needed. These guys are the most rudest and unprofessional auto traders I have ever come across.
Make you feel very uncomfortable. Just to top everything off they even tried to sell us a dodgy car. Do not waste your time.

We were a bit dubious of this dealer- did not seem particularly professional but took a risk and wish we had steered clear. Car seemed ok but we had problems in the first 6 months and they made it uneccessarily painful, unpleasant and costly to resolve; everything they said was untrustworthy and entirely unsubstantiated, and we feel that ultimately we were ripped off. Would not recommend.

Not happy with this company seemed ok when we bought the car but sadly had a few things go wrong with it within the first month took back to them to have fixed and sadly same problems come back and they ignored us we will get fixed ourself and never use this place again. If you buy from here make sue you get the car checked over first or get burnt like us.

Purchased a very nice Porsche Cayenne from FM Motors. Faisal was very easy and pleasant to deal with. He offered me a fair part exchange price for my Mercedes which I traded in. The Cayenne developed a fault with the air conditioning shortly after purchasing it. Faisal agreed for me to have the repair carried out locally and reimbursed me promptly. Very happy to recommend!

I meant to write a review months ago - actually over a year ago! I bought a BMW 320 Touring from FM Motors in January last year. The guys were really helpful and honest, and the car was great. It still is. I am very surprised to see poor reviews but it seems that most are complaining about something they should have checked themselves. When I went to view the car, I was given the keys and encouraged to spend time checking that everything worked and nothing was wrong with it, someone even came out with an umbrella while I was looking at the engine etc as it was raining at the time. I was then given a test drive. The people there - Faisal and Raj - were very polite and helpful. I recommend them and would certainly buy from them again.

I had been dealing with Faisal. At every step he was helpful, knowledgable and honset. The car I was interested in was well priced as I had been looking for sometime and knew the market. I placed a deposit. But owing to the virus situation, my circumstances changed overnight which meant I couldn't complete on the purchase. Even 1 star is far too much for these, I made an enquiry via auto trader, received a phone call next day agreed to have a test drive the Mercedes C class on Friday, Which was confirmed by an email. Called while I was on my way to make sure the car is ready for test drive, all good. Drove all the way from enfield to Wembley and kept waiting as they were short of staff and (raj) he was busy with another customer which was quite normal. However the weird thing is that I got asked to pay a deposit, agree on finance and then I can test drive the vehicle that Im planning to buy !!! Can you believe that .. Maybe they are not too sure about the difference between test drive and purchase... sad sad sad wasted half of my day....avoide.

One word "fantastic" I came looking for one car and ended up buying 2! . The guys at FM gave exemplary customer service which is difficult to find nowadays. The range of stock was great and the aftercare was brilliant. I would recommend in a heartbeat.

Shortly after purchasing vehicle realised the back electric window didn't work reassured by owner of F M Motors he would order the sensor needed-----still waiting over a month. Then other problems started, blower working intermittently then stopping altogether, AGAIN constantly reassured by owner he would sort it------------again still waiting. Fed up with the excuses and empty promises made by this company, now taking it to a more reliable garage to get it fixed.Would I recommend this showroom, the answer was easy to decide NO. If I could of given a rating of no stars I would of!!!!!

Bought a 2013 golf from FM Motors Aug 2016. Showroom is unassuming, but there was a wide selection of good quality cars. Faisil and Raj (I think it was Raj) were very helpful with a low pressure sales approach. Both were genuine and professional. My Part-ex offer was fair, but new car was competitive price wise and well maintained. Entire process was straight-forward and painless. Very happy with both product and service provided.

Stay away, I've bought an Audi A4 couple of years back from them and had issues with it right after a month, it consumed 1 litre of oil every 200 miles and I came to know how bad the engine was only when I tried selling it. Had a very difficult time.

Update : Yes i've posted it after 2 years as I wasn't aware much about how much Google reviews can make a difference couple of years back, I don't want others to go through my pain and thought of sharing my experience atleast now

Gave a deposit and told it was fully refundable as car appeared to be lower mileage than let on. Turns out i was right - the mileage had been fiddled and despite over 30 calls and 5 visits from 30 miles away they just would not return my money. Rude arrogant and pathological liars trap.

The owner eventually returned my money after a month but by then i had lost a substantial amount on fuel going up and down the a40.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE AND READ ALL THE OTHER 1 STAR TESTIMONIES.

I bought a car and then wanted to change it (No faults in the car). They couldn't help me enough. They acknowledged and did everything thing for me.
Both guys are awesome, they always treat me like a friend and can't do enough.

Buying a car from these gents was a painless and stress-free experience. I was very happy with the service I got, both over the phone and via email, as well as on the day we visited. I was also happy with the trade-in value offered to me for my old car. Both cars I had requested to view were clean and ready for me when I got there. I was able to take the car for a decent test drive (some places literally let you drive around the block), and back at the yard I was able to inspect the car for as long as I wanted with no pressure selling at all. The guys couldn't do enough for me and when the time came to talk turkey, they were reasonable and fair. They even posted my iPod back to me which I had left in my old car. I cannot recommend this company enough. An excellent dealer managed by exceptional staff. I bought a car which ended up having a fault soon (not the company s fault, a manufacturer problem). However, the staff, specifically Faisal dealt with it so smoothly and competently, I cannot say how happy I am with the customer service. From purchasing the car on the day to completing a return, excellent and fast customer service. Definitely check out this dealer! I will not hesitate to return here again, which I plan to do soon once they have another car of my choice.

TERRIBLE - strongly recommend you avoid.
Had booked an appointment to test drive a car and when I arrived a) the car wasn t ready to be driven and it would have taken considerable time to get it out and b) the salesman had already started showing the car to somebody else and it was bought while I was waiting to test drive it.



Many weeks after posting this, the owner tried to make himself look good by claiming I was late to my appointment!!! I can not believe how bad these people are. They are willing to lie publicly to avoid looking bad.

DO NOT TOUCH THIS DEALER WITH A BARGE POLE!! And if you don t believe me, see other customers reviews where this dealer has done the exact same thing to other customers before.
