I'm a Telecom engineer for this great company, the way we are turning things around to make logistics easier for companies is impressive. Come take a tour, talk to our great staff and make some great decisions about moving your freight with our top notch crews and warehouses.

The customer service is awful! They finally delivered my Samsung refrigerator after 20 days of it sitting in the warehouse. All they do is transfer calls and never give you a proper answer. it took 35 days to deliver instead of 15 days...

Attempted to make a delivery on the wrong day so I was at work unable to retrieve. The earliest they could reschedule was a week out. When you pay over $250 for delivery you expect better service. Gal on the phone didn t even apologize for their mix up.

Delivery got there before the window. Had troubles getting it through the doors which isn't their fault. But their solution was to remove the refrigerator doors. They did so poorly and ended up tearing one door off along with the wires and bending a bracket. Also put a 3 foot gouge in our wall. I was upset but understanding with the size constraints. This happened on a Tuesday. XPO told me they would send one of their repair people out the following Friday because I live on the coast and am so far from their office. When I suggested I hire my own repair technician and XPO reimburse me, I was met with immediate attitude and denial of this request. I was not happy with waiting 10 days to use my $3,000 refrigerator that XPO broke. I called Costco and eventually got told I will be reimbursed for someone to put the fridge back together. The repair tech put it back together but since the wires were ripped off, there's only so much he can do. Now I am going to have to do a warranty replacement through LG so that I can use the appliance I paid for. I am guessing I won't have a say if companies use XPO but I will never willingly work with them again.

If I could give less than a 1 star most definitely would. I've read all the reviews and sounds like a pretty common theme,I've just got done dealing with all the same issues, absolutely pathetic customer service. Late....yes 2 days no call Damaged....yes I ordered thru Amazon, called there customer service they handled it with class and professional work ethics....XPO if anyone actually reads the reviews take a long look...maybe Amazon could come and do a training at your company.im thinking when it was Conway it was about the same, glad to see your motto hasn't changed.

XPO is NOT good here in the Portland Metro area. They are regularly 2-3 days LATE in making deliveries. The tracking numbers/ETAs are pointless since XPO can never hit those dates. There is always some excuse. You can hardly ever get anyone on the phone to get to bottom of things. Instead the phone just keeps ringing and ringing and ringing. Very frustrating when you have customers asking for their products. If possible, do not use XPO Logistics.

I want the time back I've wasted dealing with this company. 1.) Shipment sat in their local distribution center for two days without any call to schedule drop-off. I had to call to schedule the delivery. 2.) I was told I would receive multiple return calls that never came. 3.) On 3 (three!) separate phone calls the agent stated a delivery window that wasn't even on the same day that was discussed on the previous call. Each time the agent told me, "I see in the notes that you asked for this..." I was blamed for the delay and confusion. 4.) I took a day off work to wait for a delivery that never arrived. 5.) At my wit's end I contacted the seller. Neither myself nor the seller were able to speak with a supervisor at XPO. 6.) I still don't have my shipment. I'm curious if it will be my fault for not being present to receive a delivery for which nobody bothered to notify me. Did I mention I live down the street from the corporate office? I could literally walk the package home. (Pick-up isn't allowed. I tried.) Maybe XPO (Con-Way) has made enough cash developing Northwest Portland to afford to be lax in their core competency.

I took a day off work to have a washer and dryer delivered. They had to reschedule day of due to the truck breaking down. Then on my rescheduled delivery date (a Saturday), their ONLY driver has a family emergency and cannot deliver my items until the following Tuesday or Wednesday! I asked to speak to a manager and they put me on hold and never answered! Terrible service! Terrible company!

Paid for order to be delivered from Illinois to Portland, OR for delivery date on 6/30...when it was delivered two days late on 7/2 at the end of day, most of the order was missing for our event on 7/3. Calling the warehouse got us nowhere...no interest in helping find the missing items. Will certainly never use XPO again...super disappointed in this shipping experience.

Company sucks I ordered a tv and it arrived a week early and instead of delivering it to me or giving me a option to pick it up there letting it sit in a warehouse 20 min from my house so they can silver it a week later on the scheduled time

Terrible. We were confirmed for new Fridge delivery on Saturday afternoon. Fridge was loaded on truck, but they never showed up. No word on Sunday. I called Monday morning and they rescheduled for us Tuesday afternoon. WTF? We had food on ice in coolers, expecting delivery on Saturday...now its Tuesday. **Update: now tuesday, and still not here per re-scheduled delivery. i'll complain to samsung.

XPO Logistics was hired to deliver a crate to our residence. Driver refused to drive on private driveway. Driver refused to wait for male spouse to arrive (20mins). XPO says that we refused shipment. Not true. (Driver wanted to drop 700lb crate 100 yards from house in the rain.) All prospective customers please take this into account when choosing a shipper. Beware, XPO won't go the extra mile. UPDATE: I was not aware that the delivery service was "Curbside". Therefore XPO was correct in refusing to deliver to resident driveway. So I wonder why the shipper ("Scrapbox") uses this type of residential delivery for a 700 lb crate? Not XPO's fault.
