Having had a car accident and not being from the region, I chose a large Volkswagen dealership so that of Valauto de Roncq and deliver my car home on 09/08/2019.
They lent me during the repair of my vehicle, a car in a dismal state and a small size (polo year 2006 all striped, dented, the handbrake does not work, no tail lights, oil lights and heating on, broken radio buttons, the buckle of one of the broken rear belts ...)
I have repeatedly pointed out that the vehicle they lent me was in a terrible state of cleanliness and safety, and that it was difficult to transport my clients a few times.
Also, I had to rush the loan vehicle to the Volkswagen dealership in Roncq, because the car signaled on the dashboard lights indicating anomalies (oil, heating ...).
I even reported that the parking brake did not work very well.
As a result, I almost had an accident in a descent.
In addition, the brake light bulbs were defective.
The latter offered to clean the vehicle on Friday 22/11/2019 or to change it on Monday 25/11/2019 at 8am. and my insurance talked to them and confirmed them the same thing.
So I went on Monday, November 25 at the Valauto de Roncq dealership.
I made the road on purpose, while I was on Reims.

Really disappointed. My car is coming out of the garage 3 weeks ago (75,000 revisions) and the lights come on on the dashboard. I wish to make an appointment for a diagnosis I am told 80 , while the car out of the garage and so a diagnosis had to be made. It should be at the garage to take my car in charge and for free! Finally the candles to change (after having worn in another garage) on a polo candles change before 70 000. Obviously no one has seen fit to inform me at Valauto. By cons when it comes to tax for tires or brake pads there is the world.
Whenever I have a problem with the car, either the price is exorbitant for the repair or there is something else. I will eventually go to Volkswagen Delbar in Mouscron (cheaper price and better service.)
