Even 1 star is far too much for these, I made an enquiry via auto trader, received a phone call next day agreed to have a test drive the Mercedes C class on Friday, Which was confirmed by an email. Called while I was on my way to make sure the car is ready for test drive, all good. Drove all the way from enfield to Wembley and kept waiting as they were short of staff and (raj) he was busy with another customer which was quite normal. However the weird thing is that I got asked to pay a deposit, agree on finance and then I can test drive the vehicle that Im planning to buy !!! Can you believe that .. Maybe they are not too sure about the difference between test drive and purchase... sad sad sad wasted half of my day....avoide.
